But the truth is, even if there are marks on those little girls’ necks from long acrylic fingernails (for example), the Prosecution (and people who already have their theories set in stone, like you) will say he put them there.
If there already is so much irrefutable evidence that he did it, why would the autopsy results potentially alter the charges?

They wouldn't and they won't. It wasn't those who feel he is guilty who have been suggesting the charges would be altered based on the autopsy results.
