@gitana1 or @Mrspratcher .... is there any chance the search warrants and what was recovered will be released? I'm not sure if that information is typically released.

If I could ask CW one question, I would ask him, “Tell me exactly what happened from the moment after you noticed Shanann strangling CeCe until the moment you drove away from the oil field on your way to work.” I know he’d be lying, but I still want to hear this story he wants everyone to believe.

Even this one answer, will probably produce, a great deal of rubbish.
It would be great to hear his response.:D
I would think, his Defence, will not have him on the stand, as his answers, and accounts of happenings, will be laughable.

Has anyone been able to find out what the mysterious Thrive ingredient called "Forslean" actually is? TIA
Hi flourish I think it is the following:

ForsLean is an extract derived from Coleus forskohlii roots, a plant native to warm temperate habitats including India. Coleus forskohlii is the only known plant source of forskolin, a natural compound that has been shown to increase lean body mass and help optimize body composition.

What are the risks of taking forskolin?
  • Flushing, fast heart beats, and low blood pressure when taken through an IV.
  • Upper respiratory tract irritation, cough, tremor, and restlessness when inhaled.
  • Stinging of the eyes and enlarging of the blood vessels in the eyes.
  • Headache.

It is up to an individual OB to decide what may or may not be safe for an indvidual. Even the OB who weighed in here couldn't give a definitive answer. You have no way of knowing what SW's OB approved for her, so assuming she was lying on SM is IMO a stretch. For every OB defense puts on the stand saying Thrive is bad, prosecution will find one who will say it was fine. I had 4 pregnancies with 7 OBs and 2 midwives in total. None of them agreed on what I could and could not have. I have no trouble believing that her OB okayed the patches.

I agree and I can’t see why this would be bought up in a trial anyway, even if she was advised not to wear the patches, it is nothing compared to what CW has done. If I’m correct, it’s CW that is facing trial, not SW.

Sleeplessness and dehydration are the main ways people who AREN'T schizophrenic, become psychotic.

They can surely try to make such allegations via just touching on it opening statements (you cant being up in closing anything that hasn't been introduced into evidence) or via experts and they should not be liable in a civil lawsuit for such a theory.

Also Infections.
Patients can become violent, need to be restrained in hospital.
Once the Infection is treated, back to being normal.
Some of these infections, have no outer skin damage etc.
They are diagnosed only through blood tests, and so others are not aware an Infection, is causing this behaviour.
I guess, we must also include Drugs here.

Thanks Gitana. And thanks for all your hard work presenting evidence and explaining things. It really helps.

We should expect a response to the people's motion from the defense, tomorrow.

Does this mean the Defense has requested the reports to be sealed or the prosecution?

So what happens if there is not enough physical evidence to convict CW of killing the girls? Does killing Shanann and also the unborn baby (under the ‘I was enraged, because she killed the girls’ claim)—would that conviction alone at least bring a life sentence? I guess what I’m asking is, what is the worst case scenario where he could get off of certain charges?

In my opinion, what they are trying to get at is a heat of passion defense, which can reduce murder to manslaughter. If the jury buys that the girls were being strangled by SW and he went into this "rage" he claims to have had, he would obviously not be guilty of the girls' murders, and could get a manslaughter conviction for SW's, in addition to the lesser chargers regarding the body disposals. That is why I think CW (aka the defense) came up with this ridiculous story.

You seem like the best googler on Websleuths. Thank you for your quick Google replies. ;)

Do you mean CW would intentionally search for a video on strangulation or just come across it like JRH?
Yes, I mean CW is stupid enough to intentionally search for a video on strangulation.MOO

And Ross Harris was interested enough in that video he found on Reddit to watch it and remember it so well he could describe it in vivid detail. Just like he described everything else in extreme detail but conveniently 'forgot' things like who normally dropped his son off at daycare (him over 80% of the time!), who dropped his son off the day before, his lunchtime car visit, etc.

BBM
It's simple for me. He was thinking, "Nobody will ever find them here."
MOO

I am thinking, perhaps the crude oil, over time, will disintegrate the flesh and bones. MOO.
Perhaps, he had planned to place SW in another tank, and left her in the shallow grave, to deal with later.
NUA stopped any further actions, in moving SW.
MOO.

I think it’s more arrogance than stupidity, although they seem to be closely linked.

I also would not be the least bit surprised if he “Google Earthed” the dumpsite at some point.

Technology has advanced exponentially that the collection of all the technological forensic science will be invaluable to this case from their computers/cell phones.

So are you saying they won't be able to see what searches CW did in regards to a premeditated murder plot?

What will be invaluable due to technology?

Im confused because I skipped 20 pages. :(

Hi DexterMorgan,
I simply meant that the technological forensic sciences available now will be extremely useful and indispensable to gain valuable sources of information with CW and SW cell phones and computers.

CW had the legal authority to consent to the search of SW's phone? I think LE would get a search warrant whether or not CW gave permission. JMO

Nope. Likely they are on a family plan in both their names. The phone was located in the house where they both live and so he has the authority to give consent.

The OB who weighed in here said she couldn't recommend it because she didn't know the quantities of content or something to that effect. No OB would recommend unknown supplements. My opinion is based on MY knowledge and experience, not on the experiences of other posters.

That's what I don't understand, either. What would it have to do with the case? What, specifically, would the defense be trying to prove?

Nothing. First, they would have to prove that she lied on SM about her OB okaying them. Then they would have to prove that she was actually wearing the patches and not just pretending to by taping them down. Then toxicology would have to show that she had high levels of caffeine (one of Thrive's biggest ingredients) in her. Then defense would have to show how these high levels of caffeine *might* have effected her.

And prosecution would fight them every step of the way.

IMO it wouldn't prove a thing. It would only serve as validation to the negativity that SW seems to inspire.

PS-I consume a lot of caffeine, probably more than the average person. My OBs all okayed me drinking it because while caffeine may not be great for pregnant women, caffeine WITHDRAWAL is definitely bad. A lot of what OBs decide is based upon the individual woman and what their lifestyle is already like. For instance, a woman who runs several miles a day pre-pregnancy can generally keep that up during pregnancy (with perhaps some minor modifications), but for someone like me, it wouldn't be encouraged to suddenly start.

Lol. I must be tipsy. I took invaluable as nonvaluable. Lol.

Sorry my friend. I admit my wrongs and Thank you for the wake up. :)
