I think during those interviews, he was pleased with himself.
He thought his actions will not be discovered, and he was so smart, in figuring this out.
He felt, his disposal site (the tanks) was his brilliant idea.

The OB who weighed in here said she couldn't recommend it because she didn't know the quantities of content or something to that effect. No OB would recommend unknown supplements. My opinion is based on MY knowledge and experience, not on the experiences of other posters.

We have no idea what SW's OB told her because none of us were there. Your opinion is based on YOUR experience, but you didn't have HER doctor. Others have had different experiences than you with OBs and nutritional supplements. YMMV

I fail to see how any of this plays into her murder.

I’m not sure. We did get a copy of the warrantless arrest affidavit, but unless the search warrants are attached as exhibits to a motion, I don’t know whether we will have access to them.

I remember with the Casey Anthony case, everything was released. I wish the same would happen here.

Why on earth would LE presume they were on a family plan? Seems to me they would want to protect the integrity of the investigation by obtaining a search warrant. JMO

Thank you for the brief synopsis on the Oprah situation. That was a long time ago but I remember the mad cow debacle now. When you said she criticized a meat diet I was thinking of Paleo, lol! Good point on the altitude thing. I just can't see how a jury would buy that the Thrive patches were dangerous because they contain ingredients that many adults take daily without issue. But perhaps it would be wise for the prosecution to have a counter-expert ready to testify as to the safety of taking caffeine and vitamins in the amounts in the patches. JMO.

I read in the past, that placing loads of scoops of caffeine, into a cup, and drinking it, can have life threatening outcomes. MOO.
Probably, the many bad reports about these caffeinated drinks may be used, in stating they affect the body adversely.

That isn't to suggest that they didn't have the same cell phone provider between them but that maybe it was separate un-linked accounts for tax/business purposes.

What I wouldn’t pay to see the interrogation video of CW telling that insane story to LE.

I’ll bet they were completely incredulous, but wanted to let him go with it, as it locks him in to a particular narrative.

If not for the tragedy here, I’m sure those investigators would have been holding back laughter. What a dope.

Can you imagine the chatter between members, after their interrogation.
Being a fly on the wall, would be terrific.

In my country (not USA) we can sell our principal residence without any time frame constrictions of when we can sell it and without having to declare capital gains as long as it is your principal residence and not a rental or investment property. I am wondering if that is the same in the USA regarding principal residence and capital gains matters.

They would want to protect his constitutional rights. If he consents, then they have met their constitutional duty. Nothing further would be required.

Consent or a warrant. Either one works. Both satisfy the 4th Amendment right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures.

So Shanann lied to her entire following about her OB approving these Thrive patches which were bad for her pregnancy, and not ONE person who actively took Thrive and watched these videos is said to have come forward to say she was harming her unborn child for the sake of promotion and profit.

And with the viciousness over the videos, it would have been mentioned and picked apart like crazy by now if it had.

IMO there is no way any of us can diagnose Shanann's pregnancy risk after the fact, and state that:

1. The OB would not have approved these supplements and they were dangerous to her pregnancy
2. She willfully lied and risked her child's life due to said supplements
3. Therefore she didn't care about her children's lives
4. In fact would deliberately attempt to harm them
5. And could have strangled her babies before CW in fact strangled her and was the one who killed their unborn child.
6. Without being a doctor and without seeing her in person. (A doctor would not diagnose this way either.)

If this can fly in any way whatsoever, I'll be waiting for the massive class action lawsuits connecting Thrive to vanity, greed, pregnancy loss and total sociopathic lack of caring which can result in the murder of your children.
