IMO I don't think it's likely. He really doubled down when he accused his loving supportive wife and loving mama of strangling her babies to death.

I don't think anyone who is a parent or has a fur baby could possibly believe that. He's rationally sitting there thinking of the odds that his kids might be damaged so he decides to not try to revive them?

That's not logical. It flies in the face of everything we know about parental instinct, hope and love.

I watched a YouTube video last night of a woman doing CPR on a darn armadillo. For two hours!

Well, when my little dog died, I did CPR for ages, until exhausted.
The second dog trying to help me, by continually circling us.
He was displaying love for his mate.
He is now grieving, as I am.
She, like all my other deceased Pets, have graves, worthy of kings, with lovely scented shrubs, placed nearby.
That is love, not what CW has displayed.

I wish he would, to spare Shan'ann's family (and his, as well) the anguish of a trial, but I don't think he will. But I hate that the living victims of both families will likely have to endure a trial.

riolove77 Curious if SW's cell phone and cell phone plan was actually separate from CW's cell phone plan and under her name independently for billing purposes as it would be a tax deduction expense that SW could claim on her income taxes as an business expense. That isn't to suggest that they didn't have the same cell phone provider between them but that maybe it was separate un-linked accounts for tax/business purposes.

Or, it may be possible CW's phone was on her business plan since he was also a Thrive promoter?

Do you have have any evidence or inside info that Shanann did not see a doc while in NC, or that it was recommended that she needed to see one during that time and didn't?
Or anything that supports a pregnant wife should not spend time away from her husband and with her family who lives out of state for a summer vacation with her children because she is pregnant? Particularly if that husband is a lying cheater? imo

I don't see anyone else calling it her "miracle" pregnancy.

Yup. CW saying he didn't know the iPhone lock code probably would have been just as believable as the keypad thingy being broken when LE asked for that code. Oops! Can't use that excuse too many times.

He must have also thought there wasn't anything incriminating in the house either when he let them in.

Thankfully, CW's duping days would quickly be over, thanks to the keen eyes of LE and NUA. Jmo

I actually think he was not at all done setting the scene in the house when he let LE in...but did not have much of a choice. I am willing to bet that he in no way encouraged NAU to call LE. The best he could do was high tail it home so he could be there when they looked around and hopefully mitigate what they saw. How could he ever hope to pull off his plan if he told LE, no, you can't come in and help look for my wife and toddlers? He still had hope at this point that he could pull it off without flashing a blinking red sign at the police that he suspiciously does not want them to come into his house, IMO.

It wouldn't matter----My husband writes off his cell phone as a business expense. We have a family plan with three phones on it. We just write off his portion. It is very easy because each phone # is listed separately on the joint bill.

How do you know she left her OB after one ultrasound? Are you saying she changed doctors or walked out during the ultrasound?

It's pretty obvious they had problems. He was having an affair and she was trying to keep her family together.

Exactly. You did that for a dog, and CW wouldn't do that for his children (I’m ignoring the fact that he killed them).

He didn't call 911, pronounced them dead, and then gave them a beautiful burial by stuffing their bodies into tanks filled with oil. Just like any loving father would do.

Respectfully, although I absolutely see your point, his confession is not one that says he committed murder 1. He is trying to mitigate it down to a lesser offense, done in "rage" or to protect the "active strangling" of his daughter. IMO.

I wondered about that too. If he did that in the “heat of passion” or temp insanity, wouldn’t the death of his unborn child not be held against him?
