About the kindergarten- on thread #4, one of the sleuthers here said they went to a private preschool called Primrose. I don't know if they follow the same public school schedule?

I do know that SW commented on one of her posts about Bella being able to start kindergarten early even with a Dec bday because she was going to private school. If it’s the same school they went to pre-k then it was Primrose. I’ll try to find the post.

That’s an interesting question.
The statute doesn’t define the term - so the courts have interpreted it to mean something the legislature couldn’t have anticipated when the law was drafted. For example - they didn’t exempt autopsy reports for murder victims, or for children, or for child murder victims. It has to be something really unusual.

The “injury” isn’t really defined either, though - but it isn’t used (successfully) very often, so it has to be something really compelling. And it has to be a “public” injury (per the statute, anyway) - not an injury to a private person.

Of course, different courts with different fact scenarios make very different conclusions about what constitutes a “public injury” - it’s almost like “we can’t define it, but we’ll know it when we see it”.

When SW posted about her pregnancy, surely the AP would break it off with CW because who would carry on an affair with a married man when his wife is pregnant? You'd have to be very cold-hearted to carry on an affair with a man whose wife is expecting a child, and to want CW to divorce her.

Or he started to say “she was going to start school today” and mid-sentence realized that contradicted him telling NUA they were at a play date. Thus the stammer. To me, I saw even more of a flicker in his face there than when he heard the police dogs barking inside.

About 1:12 in the video about Bella... the reporter states to CW - ETA to add exact words: “So I read that Shanann hadn't taken the girls to school which was unusual?”... and idiot CW says: "Yeah, cuz like Bella was gonna start kindergarten next..next Monday. And they had they were just getting ready to start... start back again."

Which doesn't even correctly answer the reporter's question since it WOULD NOT BE UNUSUAL IF SW DIDN'T TAKE HER TO SCHOOL SINCE SCHOOL HADN'T STARTED YET. Maybe he was just very nervous. But I don't think the guy is all that bright.

If we can find so many errors in CW's interviews, imagine what the Prosecution will come up with: not only in the interviews, but his 'so called confession', disposal, state of house etc.
The Prosecution has far more evidence, to incriminate CW, and his past will all be revealed, if applicable.
Hearing witness statements will be interesting, especially NUA and AP.

He was in big trouble regardless. She simply expedited the process, and made the case against him that much stronger.

I’m sure he has a lot of anger towards her, but he has no one but himself to blame. Not that these guys are capable of recognizing that.

Maybe, but it illustrates the alleged AP's "morals" if she didn't kick his butt to the curb and tell him to back to his pregnant wife and support his family. I mean its lousy that she had an alleged affair with CW anyway, but I'm ASSUMING the AP knew SW was pregnant and that should have changed the dynamics in the relationship. MOO.

Absolutely. He likely didn’t have the time to scrub that data, and even if he did, it can be recovered in many instances.

You have to be pretty cold-hearted to cheat on your own spouse at all. And then to cheat with a partner who is also married with children....IMO if you can do that then nothing affects your conscience, not even pregnancy.

Thanks a bunch Unfortunately I live in the middle of nowhere and pay through the nose for satellite internet, and used up all my gigs already til Sunday. For sure I'll bring it up and watch it then!

I remember those days well. We've only had broadband for the past year. Satellite internet sorely cut into my sleuthing-I'd run out of gigs halfway through the month if the case was particularly riveting. I can only imagine what all these videos and photos are doing to your allotment.

There are a lot of things that bother me about this case, but one of the saddest things I've seen is people criticizing her for her "lovey-dovey" FB posts when it is clear that she was trying so hard to keep her family together. I believe she really did love CW and was doing all she could to save her marriage.

although women 'tend' to be more emotionally invested in affairs then men.
