   The fact that he concocted this absolutely unbelievable story that painted her in a negative light is a reflectionn of his unfiltered contempt for her. Like all family annihilators, he blames her for her own murder. What a hopeless piece of excrement this guy is to put her family through this and waste everyone’s time! I really hope he gets his karmic come uppance because he hasn’t a shred of honor or integrity IMO.

His karmic journey is well on its way, planned out, and nothing he can lie about now, will help this guy.

Really? He goes to visit his family and now we imply that he didn't want to see his wife? Why didn't he just wait until they all came home? How will this be proven, that he didn't want to see Shan'nan?

The only problem with him deleting the account because SW kept posting like nothing was wrong, is that it doesn't make sense. He continued to spend time with her, he went to spend a week with her in NC. How would that prevent her from saying nice things like nothing was wrong? The only thing it would ensure is that no one ELSE sees what she wrote. OR at least send a message to whoever he didn't want to know about his still being with her. He had to see her in person, so the only way to prevent her from acting like nothing was wrong was to actually talk to her. Or of course, murder his entire family.

He told the VI that he kept asking for a separation. I doubt the the VI was present during one of those occasions.
He is a proven liar. I think that he has lied to everyone including the same sex partner.

The loft area is at the top of the house and is kind of like its own floor. Their’s was set up like a living room, but it seems an unlikely place to go at 2 in the morning when you just get home. Her purse was found on the kitchen counter. Why go all the way up to the loft (unless CW was up there to say hello while he was lying in wait).

Oh, I didn't realize it was a separate floor. I thought it more like a an open hallway area between bedrooms. That is a good point then-- why/how would her phone end up there?!?

I thought the loft area was located on the second floor between the master bedroom and the kids bedrooms? Or are you saying you think SW was killed on the 1st floor without ever going upstairs to the bedrooms at all?

I think he hid her phone during their emotional discussion so she couldn't text nor call anyone. Jmo

How do we know for sure when he deleted his account? Do you have a specific date?

It has its own staircase and it opens up into a large, carpeted area. I have a copy of a current real estate listing in Erie, CO that is pretty much an exact replica of the floor plan of their house with detailed pictures (which I’ve also seen many videos to compare to) and that’s what struck me most when I looked at it. It was not a place I would think of going after getting home from a trip in the middle of the night. (I stand corrected- the loft is on the top with bedrooms on either side). I

I’m a little confused by this myself. If SW did have some history of mental health issues, it will be in her medical records. The defense obviously will try to get them subpoenaed, but if they don’t exist - then what? We have no indication at this point that she ever received a mental health related diagnosis. So if no such records exist, I don’t know how they can effectively examine her mental health. Would any mental health professional attempt to diagnose a woman they could not personally examine? I could be mistaken, but I thought that was considered unethical. Jmo.

You cannot prove a negative. The onus is on the one making the allegation to prove that what they allege is true.

A poster said he went to NC to spend time with SW. All I'm saying is we don't know that he went to NC to specifically see her. There were other people there - not just her.
