If they hold the autopsy reports back, we are not going to get any new info, for a long time...No one will be talking for quite awhile.

Isn't the next court appearance in November?

From the beginning I have wondered why CW, a proven liar, and his word have been given so much stock.

who wants to be known as a kiddy killer...YOUR OWN KIDDIES KILLER.
he has so much to gain for this disgusting lie.

whats he got to loose by throwing it out there.
not a damn thing.
and its working..... just fine.:confused:

and it only takes one.:oops::oops::oops:

In Dr Teresa Sievers case. I never seen the autopsy report.

But the discovery docs was the entire case even though its still ongoing.

The same with the Dan Markle case.

But I guess the Sun shine state of Florida makes it easier for us to view all Discovery and pretrial affidavits while other states can hide this information until trial. Idk.

But I just want all of CW discovery documents released. Because it will show text and searches and redeavous and everything else. Jmo

Good points. And there could be other elements at play adding to the determination to exonerate her child.

But I have to say, you know I defended the Anthony parents for a loooong time. Despite their bizarre behavior and minimizing of their daughter's insane behavior. And later efforts to downplay.

I saw their anguished, desperate faces. Cindy Anthony trying so hard to get something from her daughter to reveal what happened to Caylee. Trying to see some sadness for Caylee. I remember her searching casey's face.

And the grandfather. His horrified crying and telling her too late that they'd take care of her and let her do what she wanted, essentially.

I think deep inside they knew. But love and fear prevented them from believing it.

Then came the trial. The defense tactic was so abhorrent to me. And Cindy continued to stand with her daughter after that. Knowing she made sick allegations against her husband.

That's when I thought that at long last, her true character was being revealed. And it wasn't pretty.

IIRC, you were able to get your hands on the actual hard drive information and found out things that the prosecution never did. (And then info was in book)

Wish we could get the hard drive and phone information in this case to go through.

Yes, but the kids he did not hate. It was not revenge on SW, I doubt she even knew they were to die, or dead. I think with SW gone, he simply did not need them. Maybe he was tired of their feet running in the hallway, too. He said he missed these sounds, but he smiled when he said it, so I think the opposite - he was overloaded by kids' noises, and enjoyed the silence.

I was thinking that with his gaze, he could have turned into someone predatorial later, a mini-version of Ted Bundy, but not on own children. Or so I hope.
The children were props to CW --they were necessary for his image but now he wanted to change his image, a do over, start over.

i continue to be amazed and shocked when cases like this occur: family annihilators: you see videos of the supposedly loving dad playing with his kids and looking like the most loving father you could imagine. Then you hear they have murdered their families and you realize that these so-called loving dads have been play-acting: acting the role of a loving husband and father and yet obviously they really had no attachment whatsoever to these babies and you wonder, how the hell does that happen? how does a person father these babies: they are of his blood, and yet he can murder them without batting an eyelash-- i know they are most likely sociopaths but it just boggles the mind to know that people walk among us who are like this.

I wonder if SW had a journal. If she did it could be telling.
jmo

SW seemed to be very communicative (at least to her fb audience, from what I've seen), and seemed to have a good level of awareness when reflecting back on her life and making sense of losses she has experienced in her life (e.g., loss of first marriage through divorce, loss of health w/ lupus, etc), IMO.

IMO, journaling can be an effective tool for some in working through and documenting their feelings on those types of losses, so I wouldn't be surprised if she had a physical diary, but we just don't know.

There is also a Voice Memos app on the iPhone, which can be used as a recording device. SW seemed tech-savvy, and since she was always on the go, it could also be a possibility that she had a "voice diary," IMO (recording her thoughts, vs writing them down).

And if heated emotional arguments happened (we don't know, just speculating) between SW and CW on an ongoing basis, it's possible in my mind that she could have recorded those conversations secretly as well, for her own proof and peace of mind, or should she have felt she would need to refer back to them down the road. The similarities are amazing, aren't they? Here's another one who thought he had everyone fooled: Neil Entwistle: A manipulative sociopath who fooled everyone

"There was nothing that might have indicated that this is the way this young marriage, this young family would have turned out".

It is quite possible Entwistle fooled everyone. Against all the evidence, his parents have always protested his innocence. His friends told investigators he was a "lovely guy " and "couldn't have been nicer."

I have vague recollections of that case. At the time I found it so hard to believe he was guilty.

After being on WS for a couple of years and trying to learn to pick up on different types of signs... I'd like to go back over that case and see it with 'new' eyes. Right now I'm feeling that I was a bit naive and going on emotion when I looked at the Entwistle case back then.

With CW I am trying to remove as much emotion from my assessments and analysis as I can. I still have emotional reactions, especially when looking at the photos and videos of little Bella and Celeste. But I don't want those emotions to cloud a colder assessment. It's not about what I want, it's about finding out what really happened. If I could have what I wanted in this case, none of them would be dead :( And if they had to be dead, then I'd rather it was something like CO poisoning than at the hands of any other human being.

<3.... thank you Judi. <3
A beautiful poem. My little Dachshund will be 15 years old this month. Three bouts of cancer and two back surgeries but he’s still as loving, loyal, strong, ornery and smart as ever. Same color as Deiter too. I know he’s happy to have a new family but I am certain he is still waiting to see his girls again. One day he will.

Well said entirely, and I really like this line in particular.

CW was the only surviving human out of that house and given that, he holds all the answers. It's very telling that he chose to keep those answers secret from the public (and even worse from family and friends who were likely frantically texting and calling him). It's also very telling that he lied by telling them a different version of events. Even when confronted by LE, he continued to lie.

It was only when confronted with a triple murder that CW decides to tell his truth, and in doing so, he eventually admits to only a single murder. If CW has proven anything to me, it's that he's capable of slowing trickling out the truth, while withholding select details that he feels would benefit himself in keeping a secret. Makes me wonder what else he is withholding, IMO.

It's not a happy ending here for anyone, and definitely not a happy ending for CW no matter what the future holds. Jmo

This is what I think as well, and why I think he appears to be genuinely happy in the pictures and videos. I think he *did* love the girls, maybe as much as he is able to love, as long as they were useful to him and he needed them. When he decided he needed something else, though, he was psychologically finished with them and just wanted them gone and out of the way. Clean slate. IMO

Your post just gave me a thought. "no inclination" of where they are, misused that word. There has been thoughts here that they were smothered vs. strangled and CW misusing those words too? @MassGuy used a different term too, was it choke hold?
I also wondered about him perhaps mixing up his words. That usage of 'inclination' stood out to me too initially but some posters familiar with NC pointed out that 'no inclination' to mean 'no idea' is quite common where he grew up so it would have been natural for him to say that.
With 'strangle' vs 'smother', I guess LE would have pinned him down in his interviews on exactly what he meant SW was doing to CCW (in his version of events) and precisely how he admits to killing SW. So I doubt the words used in the summary for the affidavit could be just a result of his misspeaking.
However, I wouldn't necessarily be surprised if it turns out the children were smothered.

Yes, seemed he loved the girls enough to turn their rain machines on. But apparently not enough to call 911 in an emergency. Jmo

Sorry to quote from the same article again, but the similarities are just so extraordinary.

"Some men are good at portraying the role of a loving husband. As long as marriage suits their needs, that's fine," he said.

"They love people for what they supply and once those people no longer fulfill their needs, they become expendable."

He added: "This is not a disease of the mind. It's a disorder of the character. They are bad not mad, crafty not crazy, and when the wife and child is no longer needed and seen as a liability, they will either leave or kill."

Keith Ablow, a psychiatrist who wrote a best-selling book about Scott Peterson, who murdered his pregnant wife, said Entwistle may have feared his wife was about to find out about his financial problems or his obsession with internet sex.

"The dangerous times to be around people like that is when they feel their delicately constructed artificial personas are dissolving and they are going to be revealed as vulnerable, unlikeable and even shameful," he said. "They can then feel as though they are dying or under attack."

Crime & Justice‏Verified account @CrimeJusticeHLN

We uncovered a blog we believe to be written by Shannan Watts, posting about her pregnancy with Bella in 2013. Here’s a look at the heartbreaking posts written years before her husband is accused of killing them.

Crime & Justice on Twitter

*Video at link

They "uncovered" a blog or they saw the link on here the night before and decided to give it a whirl? I don't have a problem with them reading here, I just think it's funny that almost as soon as a topic is brought up here on WS, it winds up on TV the next day.
