Why is it impossible to see SW had a motive? I find it plausible she had several.
1. Divorce
Woman have killed husbands that left them
2.money
She had a lot to lose
The exact reasons CW had motive are the same for her
Because no motive exists that is either logical or supported by facts.

During our "hiatus" I did a little searching on sealed pleadings with HIPAA information, and it made me wonder why they wouldn't just redact the HIPAA information. It seems that's the way it's handled many times.
Sorry, I can't find the source for this now, so just my opinion and wondering if any of the legal minds think it might turn out that way?

wow. It's your very first post, and you still did research during the hiatus. Great job. That shows true devotion.

WELCOME to WS....

Those baby monitors with the cameras, are they in black and white or color?
Color. Although his claim of being able to see what he claimed to have seen is dubious at best.

Not that it matters though. As the ability to see something is not evidence that it occurred.

Of course common sense, and his insane/unprecedented story, tells us that like everything else he has said, this too is a lie.

I'm the wrong one to ask (sorry), I've never laid eyes on one. There were some posts from the AB show who had the actual type of monitor on her show, maybe they are on the resources thread. I'm still wondering if, when he said Bella was "sprawled out" (IIRC) if he ever said that she was on her back or front. Anyway if she was dressed, and on her back, he would be seeing a very small face to base his turned "blue" observation. Which so many posters, including doctors, have said just doesn't normally happen anyway, the blue color.

I doubt SW ever displayed any real emotion about personal problems at her business meetings or with business associates with the exception of NUA who probably knows much more than she has revealed in interviews. JMO
What makes you think that? I think many of her business associates were her friends. It's the nature of that business from what I understand.

but with her travel schedule unlikely she could handle full time custody. She had to put kids in school and she used sitters. Imo it was likely she only had them 4 hours daily since they were in bed by 630.
I've wondered whether they discussed custody during that "emotional" discussion CW admitted they had. Custody can be a very emotional topic. JMO

There were unique circumstances in this trial and IMO, this juror is using those circumstances to argue against the death penalty.

It sounded to me he was more upset that the favorable information about the defendant was withheld from the jury during the trial phase. I didn't follow the case so I'm not sure what that favorable information could have been. JMO

I wonder if there even was “an emotional conversation.”

Possibly not feeling well bc she was upset about Chris. She was looking for a Romantic getaway for them . Again it seems she was actively wanting to save marriage. Imo frantic would happen at home when she found out he was leaving.

'Actively ' wanting to save the marriage means she knew there were problems. It was not a shock or a surprise.

Why would she be 'frantic' if he told her he was leaving? Didn't the VI say that he had told her many times already, that he wanted to leave? So why would she panic and brutally kill her babies on that night?

She just spent 5 weeks without him. She had a lot of very supportive friends and family that she spent those 5 weeks with. So she obviously knew she could handle it and she had no reason to be frantic. JMO

I think if there was any "emotional discussion"at all, and that's a big if for me because it came from the mouth of an admitted liar and murderer, it was not a discussion at all but the horror of a mother finding her daughters murdered and then fighting for her life. jmo

Edited to correct spelling... as per usual lol

I agree. I have only seen black and white cameras, so it sounds suspicious that he claimed to be able to see her “blue face”, especially with the monitor screen being so small.

Since she basically ran the household, I think she would have been much better at handling parenting since CW had to be basically directed what to do. Only one child was starting school, it would be two years before the other started full time. To say she only parented 4 hours a day is inaccurate, imo. It does not stop at bedtime. It's also hard to be a full time parent when one is working full time and reportedly having multiple affairs. If not helping or saving your child who is supposedly being strangled to death is indicative of good parenting, then how about dumping, or forcing their little bodies in a barrel of oil? Jmo

This is the first time I've heard she was looking for a romantic getaway for them. Where did that come from?

The hair stylist at her mother's salon said separation was discussed. She didn't hesitate or miss one snip of the hair she was cutting when she said that in an interview. This is where a "frantic" SW doesn't fit into the story at all.

I don't doubt she felt ill on her business trip. She had lupus, fibromyalgia, was pregnant and her husband had turned into a jack A**. JMO, "ill" is far different from frantic.

If someone was truly frantic, frightened and angry enough to strangle her two beautiful babies, then I doubt she'd be able to hide those extreme emotions on a business trip.

My question was about the legal process because of the already filed motion to seal in civil court.
Huh? They are independent, and no even filed in the same court. Moving on - court will answer soon enough.

Yup. She was the ONLY one of the two, fully equipped to handle parenting on her own.

Clearly, by what he’s admitted to alone, he was never a father.

That’s the thing, you can’t trust a thing he says because of his lies. I don’t believe there was any “emotional conversation”, only him lying in wait to kill her. IMO
