I would love to be a 'fly on the wall' and hear CW's statements to his Defense.
They possibly have a good laugh, when he isn't around.

I speculate all of them were killed while sleeping and in darkness. He did not turn on the light to avoid neighbors noticing.

Maybe he turned on the flash light on SW's cell phone to light up the hallway/loft/stairs area by setting it on top of cushions on sofa so he could start to bag them or wrap them in semi darkness. The phone eventually slid and fell in between the cushions.

I so agree with you: Even Scott Peterson and Lori Hacking's husband, and other killers made an attempt to look sad and at least act like they cared about their "missing" loved one. This turd Watts, I was aghast when he was smiling and giggling while talking about his "missing" wife. I think he was really satisfied with himself to the point he couldn't even control his glee at how smart he thought he was. I knew then and there he did something really terrible.

Imo his strange peculiar behaviour is more telling of him just trying to cope with what he has done....like a full disconnect.

CW didn't have to admit to anything. We don't know if SW was strangled or not because the autopsy has not been released. What all did CW lie about to police? He denied an affair initially but admitted it when LE confirmed it.

CW told police he saw Bella was blue on the baby monitor and that SW was strangling CeCe. iirc, that would be prior to him leaving the house that morning.

I think it very possible CW killed SW in the heat of passion. If he had called 911, I have no doubt he would still be right where he is.

No. They won’t, nor should they.

If you believe him, he’s the worst father in the world, who should rot in a jail cell.

If you don’t, which is most of us, you likely feel the same way.

Life in jail, or death. I really don’t care either way.

We'll agree to disagree. LE obviously didn't think CW's statement was "worthless" because they included it in the affidavit. There is no evidence whatsoever that CW is HIV positive or even may be positive. I consider it salacious rumor planted by entertainment media. JMO

At least CW is still alive and he can speak up for himself, or his defense can speak up for him if CW feels the media is being unfair to him by publishing salacious rumors.

It's pretty shocking but these type of men always have followers. We are just able to see it more now with social media. Putting the CA case aside, I have faith that there will be an intelligent and logical jury in this case who aren't going to fall for his ridiculous story and well sculpted beard.

Yeah, I agree. Other than an insane story that is unlikely to sway a jury, there is the fact that multiple children were killed here.

A jury will be much less likely to believe him, considering that.

Me too! But I think that especially those youtube videos (uploaded by a user called "Plunder") didn't do Shannan a favor! People in the majority are so negative towards her...! She would not feed their children, Chris did all of the work, she was an addict to Thrive, she was clearly mentally ill etc. etc. Seems like people lost their common sense over this few minutes of video and make absolutly crazy assumptions!! And I now believe that this was just exactly the purpose of uploading those videos!

I don't believe CW is a compulsive liar but he's had good practise at it. I'm sure SW's questioning left her satisfied he was telling the truth about anything and everything. SW was wrong about CW having 'no game', he MUST be the great pretender! Every day was a lie, for how long, will be revealed once this goes to trial. JMO

Very good points. CW must think he is smarter and more convincing than he actually is. SW loved him and I think she wanted to believe in hin. He probably lied to her from the very start

It was extremely upsetting to read. I don't understand the people who have disparaged Shanann at all, and I don't know how anyone could possibly start in on those precious, adorable little girls who were so incredibly innocent and defenseless.

I haven't seen this reported anywhere on the 'net. Can you provide a link to it? The only place I've seen it is on here, and then not reported as fact, only as speculation by long-time members (ie, members who appear to be legit and not plants by the entertainment media).

I was very sad tonight thinking about Shanann, Cece, and Bella and also wondering about the kids trick or treating in their neighborhood. So much needless damage to so many by one selfish, horrible man! He is a real life monster.

Since I’m the one who posted the initial question about HIV positive results possibly being the reason for requesting health records be sealed, I’m safe to assume these comments were directed at me. My questions/statements were NOT biased or uneducated or a “sign of the times”, in fact, quite the opposite. My comments from the first thread have been consistent and from personal experience. As I’ve already stated on here but will again; my son came out as bisexual in HS but later admitted to me that he was gay. He said he did this to soften the blow. Little did he know, I couldn’t care less and love him more than anything in this world. In addition, one of my best friends from college died of AIDS ten years ago, one of my sons good friends just told him he was HIV positive (only in his 20’s) and I found the results of my sons HIV test on a card stuffed in a book bag in his car. So once again, my comments/questions do NOT come from biased, uneducated assumptions.

Edited to add my theory that I’ve held since the beginning - CW motive was that he is gay and couldn’t face his wife, kids, family, society, etc finding out and how society has not come far enough on this issue. MOO

We have a better understanding of HIV/AIDS. Antiretroviral therapy (ART) preserves the health of people living with HIV and strong evidence is showing viral suppression under 200 copies/ is showing no risk of sexually transmitting the virus.
I was in the military before gay people were accepted. It was a witch hunt for anyone suspected of being
gay, including friends of mine. Makes me mad, how people were being treated based on being gay.

I respect your theory on CW motive that he was gay and couldn't face family and society.
My personal feeling on CW. He was a slow pressure cooker that exploded at the last minute.
