Of course. LWOP and guilty to three counts of murder one.

Thank you and Johnny1181 reposted your original answer that contained other observations, as I sonehow missed that. All is good!

I believe it was SW Mum that made the inquiry to Doctor whether or not SW was there or made the appointment. She was also in contact with NUA. The first place I learned that SW missed doctors appointment, and also missed school registration for Bella, was SW brother social media. MOO
Maybe SW's mom or dad texted SW several times that morning. "Have you arrived home ok?, "Text me when you wake up", "Where are you, call me" .... But no answer from their daughter.

So in desperation, they called her doctor, NUA (did they have her number?), maybe CW too?

That would be interesting if the record shows CW ignored the calls from her worried parents.

It is at night. You can't see color. People showed examples of it here previously.
Unless light is turned on then you can detect color so unless you have evidence light off as to it wasn’t noted on affidavit

There have been videos posted here by Shanann that show black and white images of the monitors.

The only way that "man" saw a blue face is because he was staring at it with his hands wrapped around her neck. jmo

He looked well rested, was well groomed, showered, and freshly dressed. All while he KNEW his family was dead! Tells me what he is, and he's not a human being!

Yeah. No signs of mental health issues. No signs of grief. No signs of deep distress. Maybe some minor nerves about saying the wrong thing.

But I keep recalling some who have insisted they went through death and were just as calm and able to eat.

But I bet they're weren't well rested. I bet they weren't grinning. I bet they had hollow, lost, desolate eyes.

He didn't.

That I can't get past.

I agree. I tend to think the doctor's office may have been given some additional details by the person who inquired and were told why they were were inquiring and why they were worried.

What I'd like to know is who made the inquiry to the doctor's office and was it a phone call or was it made in person? Was NUA aware of the extent of the marital problems? In an interview, she indicated how shocked she was when CW told her about a separation when she called him.

Whoever contacted the doctor's office by-passed CW completely. I believe NUA arrived at SW's house at noon or shortly after, and it appears she already knew the doctor's appointment was missed. She didn't call CW until 1:00 or after to ask him if he knew where SW and the girls were.

I think that whoever contacted the doctor's office knew about the extent and severity of the marital problems and may have already had some big concerns about CW as he was by-passed entirely on this, and he was the husband (and father) and in normal situations, I think the husband and father would be called before the doctor's office was contacted to find out how the appointment went, and to see if he knew where his wife and daughters were.

What happened is as far from normal as it could possibly be.
Agree with all you say, except IIRC NUA wasn't surprised by CW *separation* comment, she thought it inappropriate and didn't have time for it.

Interesting point about the voice mail, hadn't thought of that, but now I'll consider it.

I can't take credit. Someone else brought it up and I incorporated it into my thought that he had hidden the phone there.

Yes. I think that's what it was. Like why was he saying that then? Who cares? Her frickin car is in the garage and the latch is on the door.

It was like a small kid lying and trying hard to redirect someone.

He definitely hid that phone. There's no way he would not know where her phone was. jmo

That's exactly what they were doing. Folks are on east coast, and started early trying to reach SW. Last contact was AZ airport during flight delay. Can you imagine their worry when they couldn't reach their pregnant daughter, no response to texts, media, etc. as well knowing that their grandchild also had life threatening allergy. Desperate with worry about their family probably understatement.

And then their son-in-law wouldn't answer or return their calls?

Years ago, I witnessed a child on the bottom of the pool. I was in the changing room when I noticed the girlfriend of the child’s father was in the sauna. I knew (small town and everyone knew everyone in the club) she was supposed to be watching his son and his son’s friend. I ran out and sure enough, that little boy (he was six years old) was on the bottom of the deep end and he was a white boy but he was totally black. Someone had jumped in to get him. They worked on him, the rescue squad came. He did recover, thank God. The point of my story is that he hadn’t been in the water terribly long to have first turned blue and then black from lack of oxygen. I saw this with my own eyes. I’ll never forget it.

I've seen a man's face turn a ghastly blue while he was choking on a bite of steak in a restaurant at a party. A doctor nearby tried everything to save him and he died right there. That is not something I will ever forget seeing. I was told the blue color was from lack of oxygenated blood. Not long after that, my dad's lips had a blueish color. I took him to the doctor and he needed a quintuple bypass. Scary stuff indeed. JMO

It was in the 80’s and it’s still vivid in my mind.
I've said the same thing about SW's Dad in Court-- he's face in grief will stay with me forever. God Bless him...

I have a problem with CW hiding the phone. Not hiding it per se, but why would he hide it, and why the sofa? If he wanted to hide it, why not put it in her purse on the kitchen counter? Or put it in the suit case? Or in a drawer. But, why would he hide it? He didn't expect anyone in the house and he left it locked tighter than a drum. If he did hide it, why the sofa?

Ha! Definitely more stimulating and more rewarding. It was always painful for me fighting for a claim against big insurance companies and losing. Rewarding when I got a claim paid. Kept me up when I couldn't. Figuring out how to make a true difference. The PHI (which is extremely important) was most likely not revealed. All they had to say is she's not here.

I imagine that it was! I feel your pain on the group biz, (33 years for me) and it does require putting yourself in the shoes of the person who just got creamed because of something very unfair and arguing very hard for them. It's a little like being on this forum, JMO.
