• Two counts of first-degree murder – victim under 12/position of trust - Bella and Celeste
• One count of first-degree unlawful termination of a pregnancy - Niko
• Three counts of tampering with a deceased human body - Shanann, Bella, Celeste

Children’s deaths are given as between 12 - 13 August and Shannan’s is said to be 13th August. All of the tampering charges relate to 13 August

So he more than likely killed his children first, perhaps at bedtime. Then he had to wait for Shannon, who was late.

It's unclear. SW was obviously not home on 12 August, so she could only have been killed on 13 August.

Based on FB posts her flight was delayed last Sunday which is why she got home so late. I am curious about the timing of this.... if she got home on time what would have happened? Just thinking out loud

I think it's just the only Colorado law that "fits" with regard to the unborn son.
