His atty made the special request for DNA work during the autopsy so it remains to be seen how this plays out in court. Seems like we could have dueling DNA experts at trial similar to the circus of the OJ trial. So tragic.

Attorney may have just used a form and no one changed the gender.

Whoa, I think we're jumping the gun that the mistress even knew there was a wife. Heck, for all she knew, they were separated. Narcissists are manipulators and good liars. It wouldn't be the first time one has convinced a woman he was separated/divorced and was actually living a double life. It's no more her fault that he murdered his wife and kids than it was SW's.

I think the two blacked out names are the deceased daughters. They also blacked out their names in the Complaint.

You know what's going to happen? It's obvious that Shanann loved her children and was so happy to be pregnant again. There's no indication whatsoever (and it will be proven! ) that she could EVER harm her girls. So Thrive will be brought into this....that patch, it is responsible....made her go crazy, she didn't even sleep more than 3 hours etc. way too much unnatural energy and bad side effect yada yada.
Defense lawyer will milk this all he can.
