His work site would likely be where his mind went because he'd be close to them every day.

Thanks for the belly laugh
Having Wudge flashbacks, team Jason, the Cooper club, etc...

To put posters on the Ignore List:
*Scroll to top of page.
*In orange bar on right, click on your name.
*A drop down menu appears.
*Click on the line item: People You Ignore.
*Type into the box the name of the poster you wish to ignore.
*You will no longer see that poster's posts (or those posters' posts in the case of more than one person you wish to ignore.
*Your blood pressure will return to nearly normal.
Happy Sleuthing.

There is a method even easier. Just click on the person's avatar (here in the thread) and a box will pop up. In the box, you will see the option to "ignore" at the far right.

A very nice new feature of the new forum, IMO

I have had to question people that have murdered others and their family members. Before they ever confess, they might rock, hold themselves with crossed arms, get really thirsty, and smile. Even when they talk about their crimes, sometimes they smile. It is really disturbing because their body language does not reflect how you think most people would behave after having killed their family members. Yes, most people behave with sadness, remorse, grief, crying, devastation, but not all of them. The ones that smile, it almost seems like they want you to like them. This is my opinion based off having to question people who have committed crimes.

I suspect part of CW's smiley demeanor was wanting to come across as a nice, likeable chap whose wife had just left him.

I don't see where it says anything is inadmissible.

When you open the link it says:

THIS MATTER comes before the Court for consideration of defendant’s Motion To Redeact Inadmissible Portions Of The Warrantless Arrest Affidavit (D-26) filed on August 20, 2018. The prosecution has agreed to redact those portions of the affidavit requested by the defendant.

I almost feel like the defense team is here trying to see how the public aka jury would react if went with this or that.:rolleyes:

Why would he dispose of them at his workplace? It’s so stupid!

There are plenty who've hid bodies in their houses. I think CW felt that inside the tanks was just a place far removed from the house, a 'safe' hiding place.

Remember how many times he said "I hope they're somewhere safe". I think he meant "I hope the hiding place is safe enough that they won't be found".

And in one part he says (may not be exact as I'm going by memory)

I hope they're somewhere safe...because that means they're coming back

I would interpret that as him checking himself...why would he have to explain to anyone why he hopes they're somewhere safe? Perhaps because his real reason for hoping they're 'somewhere safe' isn't actually "because that means they're coming back" but because it means they won't be found and he won't get caught?

A more 'normal' thing to say might be "I hope they're somewhere safe...and not being hurt by some psychopathic kidnapper".

TY! I read it 3 times and missed it every time.

Oh I know, I was kidding. It does give us a small glimpse though into the garbage we will be hearing at the trial (if there is a trial). MOO

Exactly. And there's no "temporary insanity"/ "snapped" shown in the decision-making to go to work early that particular day. That's rational not a befuddled man on auto-pilot, as is going to this particular remote tank site, ensuring that the house is fully locked, putting the front door on the latch etc. All these steps after he's come down so soon after a violent mania?!)

(He said himself on the interview that he went earlier than normal, a neighbour also said it iirc )

( Incidentally a neighbour is on the witness list - wondering what he'll have to say because it can't just be about cctv footage)
LE doesn't think he snapped, either. CW has three charges of murder in the first degree and the charge specifically states he murdered them after deliberation.

And of course the other charges, however, the three first degree murder charges reference deliberation, which is premeditation. He did not just snap.

Seems unusual the strong interest from the outset. Either NU told them something important or it was fear for her health.
NU certainly felt something was dreadfully wrong when she couldn't get an answer to her phone calls. Shanann may have told NU if anything happens to me ........etc

Amonet, that is exactly what jumped out to me from the start .

"Someplace safe"
Yeah, safe where only YOU know about.

OMG. That made me cry.
i followed that case so closely. I hope he is ok these days. Turquoise porpoise, iirc. I never really thought about pure evil before that case, and now it seems so frequent.

Has he just left everyone in the house and called 911 he may have gotten away with it. However, I suspect this wouldn’t have worked because when the police arrived they would have realized the kids had been dead a few hours. I bet he killed them shortly after the birthday party ended.

I 100% agree with you especially that he killed the girls after the party. I could see them getting home from the party and Cece driving him nuts and he had just had it...perhaps her murder was an accident. I definately think he killed Cece first, in his interviews he said called her rampage and said she was a terror always yelling and destroying things like her mother, would not be surprised at all if the autopsy shows not only strangulation but blunt force trauma (specifically for Cece) my intuition tells me she was the first to go...IMO he found killing easy, and enjoyed it and decided well heck I can do this to the rest of them too, then he killed Bella and he waited for Shanann to come home then killed her too. I don't think he was enraged though, I think he was oddly calm and calculated about it all. This man is a sicko. IMO he enjoyed every part of it, and he is going to make a terrible witness. Unemphatic, Unapologetic, Unemotional, devoid of any human emotion and lacking a sensitivity chip. I don't think he felt like he was in control of anything in his life and resented his family and decided to take the power back so to speak. Personally, I suspect CW will ever see the light of day again.

How noble of the defendant to protect the mistress and make sure those details were blacked out while he accuses SW of murdering her own children.

NU apparently had a key, or she knew where a key was hidden, because it says she tried the door, but the chain prevented her from opening the door.

I have to wonder if she tried to call SW's phone when the door was cracked and whether she could hear it ringing from the couch on the loft. Wouldn't that be haunting?

I keep seeing posts like these that don't seem to be responding to anyone. That's because I've put people on my Ignore list.

Let them do their thing, there's no point arguing, you're not going to change anyone or anything. DFTT.
Good point. Agree 100%. Weed out disinformation and what remains are the facts. That is what we are all for, right?

I wonder if this is the loft couch? Big doll...wonder if that is a sheet

I have looked at ever insta post and I still can not figure out the layout of the house even with the floor plan. So I can't tell if this is living room, family room (on the main floor by the kitchen) or the loft...apparently that is a folded up twister mat...since when can a toddler fold anything that neatly?
