I must be alone in finding CW's appearance repugnant...

The photo smirking is the same in the video you posted. Look at the bricks and siding in the background and shirt.

Missing your point? Bricks and sidong and shirt relevance?

If everyone was attracted to the same type, some of us would be very alone.... lol

This has puzzled me for days......
Me, too. Thinking maybe Shanann promised to call her as soon as she found out the gender, she didn’t, so Nicole called the doctor, but would a doctor give out that information?

Why are people STILL talking about NA knowing about Shanann missing her appt.? Strawman.

Clearly someone told her. This may or may not have been in violation of HIPAA--either way, it's legality is not relevant to the crime at hand. And even IF someone violated HIPAA, I would bet my bottom dollar no one is punished for it given what the breach of info led to.

I still think, as popular as Shannan is, she and NA may have had a mutual friend at the clinic.

I really think she was meant to go to the doc with her. I think there are quite a few things that haven't been released to the public yet and this may be one of them.

Maybe because SW had no family close, the friend was a contact number and the receptionist rang her.

It states CW terminated SW pregnancy and SW died as a result of the termination of unborn child. Does this confirm CW killed the baby first then SW?
I posted about the same thing last night. That is exactly how I am reading the charge against him, too. That he terminated the pregnancy and that SW died as a result of the termination of the pregnancy. I hope someone with legal expertise might be able to shed some light on this wording and what it means.

That was my thought. That they were supposed to meet at the doctor and Shanann never showed up.

I think that that has been explained threads back. In killing SW, he terminated the pregnancy.

Their friendship/working relationship seems to be closer than even SW and CW’s. I would not know by noon if a coworker missed a dr. Appt at 10am. As matter of fact I would not know if any friend of mine miss3 an appt. that fast.

I respect that you find it unbelievable. It seems unbelievable to type. But he may have put them there to keep them warm. As for SW, he may have felt less concern given what happen at the house.

Whaaaaat???? So let’s play “devils advocate” ;) and say he did not kill his daughters. Instead of, ya know, trying to revive them, calling 911, etc etc, it’s reasonable to say “hey, I should def put them in oil tanks to keep them warm. And then continue to lie to LE and the media for days until my stoopit self gets caught”.

It is plausible that SW and her daughters were going to join NU for SW's medical appointment or just before medical appointment but SW did not arrive. Not too complicated a scenario to imagine.

Yes, as who were the two girls to be with during the appt. Chris said she was going to friends house, but never mentioned a dr. Appt.

snipped: In attached news report it states: "On Tuesday morning, K-9 search teams were seen going in and out of the Watts home while Chris Watts was providing interviews to the media".
The scent of death: Police dogs and the Chris Watts investigation – The Cadaver Dog Network

You can hear the K9 dogs barking loudly in the background as CW does his interview in video below and they don't sound like a wiener dog that was known as the Watts family dog. THE K9 DOGS WERE CLEARLY AND LOUDLY REACTING TO SOMETHING WITHIN CW HOME.

This is a photo of the K9 dogs used for locate the scent of death.

He made the decision after the events in the house that he was going to go with the missing family story. He knew he would be blamed if he called 911 after the deaths that night, but of course chose the worst option by going with the missing family story. He likely knew that admitting an affair right away would point to him even more. He couldn't admit that, he had to keep lying. It was a bad choice. He should have called 911 after the events in the house. But he didn't.

How do you know what he was thinking and why he lied the way he did? Not being sarcastic, I’m just asking because you are making confident statements about his thought process after he murdered his family.

WS should update their like button to this. There are a bunch of posts that need this. (I'm sure I'm guilty too)

I believe the incident happened shortly after she came home. He then spent three hours trying to figure out what to do. He made a bad decision by not calling 911 and decided to hide the bodies to make it look like she left. He tried his best to stick with that but couldn’t. His court demeanor he looks very devastated.

The only people in the court room who looked devastated to me were SW's father and brother. In contrast, CW looked quite collected. JMO.

Shannan could have placed her friend on her list, and the doctors office could have called N when Shannan didn’t answer her phone. Just a possibility.

I can't remember where i read it, but I understood that the NA and Shanann's mom were texting back and forth. Perhaps it was SW's mom who alerted NA. Maybe the mom was trying to get up with her and then called the doctor's office and learned she hadn't shown up. Which then prompted NA into action. The mother more than likely is authorized to access medical info, I authorize my mom and my husband on those forms.
