Why wouldn't she kill him? I don't believe ANY woman would kill her children, then herself and let the cheater live so that he could happily go on with his life, with the other woman.
It happens. I think CW knows it happens, but he's overlooked a few other key details that would be necessary for his story to work.

She knew her marriage was in trouble before that night. Several people have stated that. We can’t go by her Facebook accounts because those were written to present a “perfect” life appearance to boost her Thrive business. Did you notice that Christopher said he asked for a “separation,” not a “divorce?” Their marriage wasn’t nesessarily over. She left to go to North Carolina for 6 weeks just before. In my opinion, that’s a sign of a troubled marriage. I’ve never known anyone who left their husband for that long for a vacation. Especially a pregnant woman. She had a family back in N.C. who adored her. She could make a new start. I just don’t see her as that desperate. To me she seems much more independent and self reliant than you make her out to be.

Just re BIB Oh I'd never thought of that. Did he really say that in his TV interview?

Why would anyone "ask for a separation"? Don't you "ask for a divorce?"

edit- please ignore my question, I just went back to check what he said in the interview and what he said in the "confession" - it's " he wanted to initiate the separation."

I have thought the same thing ... if I was a lawyer and had a client like CW, I would definitely have my minions on this board throwing out BAIT ... great way to build a defense.
Hourly wage or salary? Can you imagine receiving a paycheck for infiltrating a murder forum, and spinning posts to benefit the defense? And why not. It's been done before.

Which could back up a murder-suicide on her part. Maybe she thought she would be alone longer than she was, enough time to take her own life. IMO
How? With what weapon?

I have debated before with people actually helping with a case... A.Knox. Basically... it resembled the post for CW here with the poster arguing EVERY single thing that could go against the accused.

Hi guys! I’ve been a member for awhile, but this is my first post. This case is really getting to me, possibly because I live currently in the area SWand CW were from before moving to Colorado. And it’s tugging at my heartstrings thinking of those precious little girls who didn’t get the chance to grow up. This is just so awful.
I’ve been tossing around the idea that perhaps this wasn’t a premeditated act. I’ve wondered if CW made plans to spend a night with his mistress, and being unable to find a sitter, perhaps he medicated the children to steal away for a time and see his girlfriend . Is it possible that he overmedicated one or both, resulting in death? (Tones of Casey Anthony). I’ve thought maybe the emotional conversation he had with Shanann was to confess what had happened while she’d been away (“accidentally” killing one or both of the girls), falsely believing that she would help him concoct a story or even skip town. Perhaps instead she flipped out, as any loving mother would do, and grabbed her cell phone to call police and turn him in? He might have attacked her in that moment in a fit of sheer panic (also a reason her phone might have gotten lost in the sofa cracks during the struggle). None of this has struck me as being premeditated or well thought out in the least. I think it started as a careless accident that resulted in death(s), and he followed through by murdering SW in a fit of rage, fear and/or panic. My speculation of course. Would the affidavit have mentioned possible disposed evidence of tranquilizers in the house, or would that come later by way of the autopsies?

But, more than likely will NEVER be with again ...I hope he got enough “enjoyment” to last a lifetime.
One small consolation, from now on it's his buddy Rosie.

Looks like it's me and you again tonight, Rosie" Jackson Browne....

CW and the children set up the doll while SW was out of town. It's in the comments and the post.

I read the comments. SW never stated she was out of town or CW sent it to her. I also posted a link to the comments. If that had been in the comments prior to yesterday, why would anyone delete that?

she is alone with the children. He may have even threatened to take them from her because of her chronic illness or expose her facade. She was tired, pregnant, vulnerable in her thought process, and the threat of being left could have been too much. Women are just as capable of committing crimes in the heat of the moment as a man.

that is quite a list of stressors -- through in exhaustion , an affair , and being alone ...........

BBM.

The statistics completely blow this statement apart:

"This evaluation found that 75.6 percent of all offenders were male and only 20.1 percent were female.

According to these results, men commit violent crimes more than three times as often as women [source: United States Department of Justice]."

Are men more violent than women?

The download failed for me. It states dues and not any fines like fences, wrong paint color etc.?
They absolutely could afford it, so I’m just stumped as to why not pay and be done with it.
Maybe they really couldn't afford it, and were living on credit cards, and they thought they would sell enough product and be able to pay before all the extra expenses were added. I think they lived way above their means and it was catching up with them again. Not a fan of MLM. People have tried to recruit me. No way. JMO

I also believe as there is too much being put into his smile, there is also too much being put into the oil. When a child dies , some parents have them cremated. You're basically burning their whole body to ash, but that is acceptable? IMO

False analogy. All bodies are, hate to use the word, but...disposed of, in some manner. Burial or ashes are both respectful and the norm. Most times done with dignity and grace. Dumping your child in a vat of oil in is neither.

The comment of turning blue bothers me .
The baby monitor on FB is black and white unless they bought a new one .
I have no knowledge of the physical effects of being strangled , I assume you may turn blue bc lack of oxygen however it is never mentioned he rendered CPR . I would think immediately your response would be to throw her (physically he is stronger) and try to save them and it would be a struggle.
Does anyone know when the “ blue” part would happen? He claims it was a short time period from conversation to this alleged act.

My job with the organ / eye / tissue bank that I referenced earlier started out as a tissue recovery tech. I would take veins, heart valves, skin graphs and various other anatomical gifts from recently deceased people. I moved to a desk job when I got pregnant and liked that better so I never went back to that, and then I shifted careers because I didn’t really like this job.

All that to say I did recoveries on over 150 bodies of all ages and never once did I see anyone blue. Grayish, maybe? Lots of pale people. Some bluish lips. Recoveries were usually within 8-12 hours of death. I did see a few suicides by hanging that were probably more like slowly strangling but they weren’t blue either. One was fairly red faced, but the other two were just sort of whitish with blown capallaries around the eyes and on cheeks.

but he is not an innocent person . He murdered his wife and moved bodies.

Shortly after that , he told authorities where to go to get his babies out of horrible oil things

panic

the stuff about hiding smells makes no sense - you bury your wife close to the surface and worry about decomp smells

i think the oil reflects total panic
Don’t call them HIS babies, they are not HIS babies because no man or woman who loves their babies could throw them into a vat of oil, no matter how traumatized or stressed - which by the way doesn’t show in his interview.
Do you see a man who appears to have cried his eyes out over losing his child???
I’ve seen - first hand - Fathers - my own father and my own brother - after they lost a child - and this man that is listed on their birth certificate as father does not deserve to be called father. He was a sperm donor, PRN caretaker of two precious innocent little girls that HE strangled to death.

If that was the case and CW intercepted a murders/suicide event by SW, would not SW have yelled something to the effect, let me die too? And would CW not have taken that response from SW and subdued her instead of killing her? It would have given CW pause hearing SW stating her suicide intentions and he would have told the police that rather then him snapping and killing her instead? Murders/suicide doesn't hold any water because I think SW would have died herself in order to save her children and unborn child from harm then to kill them herself.

But since you brought up the murders/suicide DAdvocate perhaps that was CW's plan all along himself, murders/suicide but he chicken out on actually killing himself.

Keep in mind we don't know what was going on between CW and his mistress to explain CW's state of mind. The mistress could have backed CW in a corner regarding leaving SW. The mistress could have broken up with CW over SW so until we know more about the status of their affair at the time of the murders there could be many selfish reasons why CW chose what he did.

knox fans or paid employees though?

The fans were the worst... but there were actually people debating that worked/helped (don't know if paid) on her case.
In the very old days of the case even her step-father would be posting on some forums.
It was like debating with a stone wall tho... nothing would make a difference in their opinions.
