You can not say that definitively. The FACTS of the case (that are publicly known) do not point to that. CW's confession is not credible. Because he's a proven liar.

but it appears that some are saying definitely that is confession is a lie, that he killed three people

so folks really think when a married person is asked if they are having affair most say I sure am ?

we do not at this point have any proof that he is a chronic liar.

what we know now based on public information that he lied , initially, about committing murder and having an affair

not sure if chroncity is indicated when we are discussing murder and affairs

Wait! You mean smirking and showing off your shirt after your babies have been brutally murdered and stuffed in an oil vat, that's not what loving father's do?

Don't they calmly, without blinking, blithely state "I have no inclination where they are."?

Hell, the friend of hers showed more grief and desperation about his kids when she didn't know they were dead than he did when he knew they were never coming back!

Pregnant mom, 2 young daughters mysteriously vanish in Colorado

I just don’t understand why it was her business to call the police. IMO

Agreed, there was never mention of her being abusive or mean. I believe this was actually not a written post but a video she had posted. Nancy Grace shared it on her podcast, too.

have you guys not seen the like private stuff between people ??

that is not like on that Thrive fantasy page?

My current theory is that CW killed SW in their bed, not sure if kids were killed before or after but I'm leaning towards after. Other than his AP, I think the motive was money, he could have sold that house and had 100k plus life insurance to start a new life.

Going off your earlier posts of "why would he lie about killing the kids if he admitted to killing the wife"?

Well, why would he lie about an affair if he's already admitted to something that's gonna land him in jail? Why not just confess to everything he's done? In your words, it didn't make any sense for him to admit to one but not the others... so, exactly how does it make sense to lie about the affair, but not make sense to lie about killing his daughters?

BBM. A lie is a lie.

That's pretty much my theory too at the moment.
He probably could have gotten $100,000 from the sale of house also.

people show distress in different ways

I actually think he told them too and was freaked about his kids being in there

You think he told the Thayers what?

You don't? She was worried about her friend, the husband did not seem to care, so she called in a wellness check.
As it turns out, with good reason.

IMO. Murderers over many many years have counted on people minding their own business. She was right. A horrific thing happened in that house. I hope more people like her stop being intimidated into minding their own business.

Has it Been shown where this couch was at? Was it away from a wall and maybe she sat to pet the dog upon arrival and had her phone out and he came up behind her with a rope and killed her? During the struggle or the ensuing rearrangement of the cushions it fell deep in there?

She dropped SW off at home a few hours before. She spent a few days with her, likely knowing SW had an episode of low blood sugar. SW was pregnant with 2 children in her care. If you had a friend and knew these things and couldn't get in contact with her, contacted CW and him telling you he can't get in contact with her either.... What would you do? Wow. IMO I'm astounded!

Someone had to call and it sounds as though CW was delaying. Of course she was concerned about the lack of response from her friend and the missed doctor appointment.
It almost sounds as though you are rooting for the murderer to have more time to hide the crime?
IMO

You do not have to be overly confident to be a manipulator and a controller. In my experience it is the people without a lot of confidence in themselves who are more like to be controlling personalities.
Sulking, refusing to talk to the other party if they don't get their own way.

sulking and pouting are childlike

generally speaking intelligence is a component of being manipulative /

He could not complete a murder that he was allegedly planing for ages .

it would have been more ideal, (pardon word ) to kill the two children dispose of them and kill her when walked in

lots more time to not make mistake

the notion that someone would kill three people when he knew was gonna show up to work on time in three hours is pretty silly imo

why not if so planned do it when one has to time to "take care of stuff"

what happened is imo more reflective of out of control unexpected stuff as he outlined

how can we have him both ways this cunning manipulative dude who leaves everything all over -- far more indicative of a sudden mess that this grand plan

The difference here though is this is LE asking him to be honest about this - repeatedly in 1-1 interviews and in context of a really serious missing family crisis.

In such serious situations, speaking to emergency & protective services - I'm sure lots of innocent parties do actually tell the truth to police in an interview. (The police over here in the UK do also keep some of such revelations private, if it isn't material to their investigation. probably the same in US)

I was willing to give you the benefit of the doubt but with this, I’m convinced you either must be a troll or his mother, or both.

The ignorance in this statement is breathtaking.
I’ve been asking for three days now, as have many, several questions trying to get on board to see all possibilities. They won’t answer those questions.
When you ask well thought out and intelligent questions, they scroll and roll. I’m taking a page from their rule book and singing let it go, let it go. Because if that FACT, convinced like others it’s trolls for the DA team. I can’t be bothered.

Questions for LONG timers. If you block a person, can you still see when others respond? And what about PMs. Tired of it, would love to have intelligent conversations with those that would like.

He has not entered a plea yet . Will it be not guilty on all charges ? Typing that made me throw upin my mouth a little

it will be interesting to see what his lawyer suggests

i think he will kill himself when he gets the chance so he probably does not care

This is actually a good point. I'm thankful she did in this case, as I'm betting it ruined his plans for the cover up. If I put myself in the "friends" shoes, there is no way I'm calling the police after a couple of hours missing. Is there more to her story?

No life insurance. You have to wait a few years if there are no bodies
