I really do not understand why someone would admit strangling the life out of their wife , dumping his kids in disgusting oil ,and tossing his dead wife in a self made grave, while admitting to an affair has a heap of motivation to lie about the rest.
Idk, temporary insanity?

What follows below was posted last night on the previous thread just before WS closed down for the night, and when I saw it, it was too late to reply, and now it seems the Reply button is disabled, so I can’t, so I brought it over here. Please forgive me if there was a better technical way to accomplish this task. I thought this was very informative and provides tremendous insight into why NA knew something was very wrong so quickly and felt compelled to call the police. I hope the poster reads this because she seems to know much about Thrive, and maybe she might be able to fill us in on the kind of income Shanann was making, and if it was enough to wipe out the family debt. So, “isalybra” if you see this, I hope you will continue to share your knowledge on the salaries one might earn when working at Thrive. Thanks.

“I'm new to this forum and have tried to catch up on everything that is being said. My brother questioned NA's reaction the same as you all are and I'll clarify for you as well. Shanann stayed in contact with her team religiously, she had a planner in which she scheduled out her entire day with phone calls, training, conferences etc. Those on her team that were seriously in it to hit ranks stayed in constant contact ALL THE TIME. We become like family and NA was one of the closest to Shan and one of her best promotors. They were always in contact. What CW said in his interview about her talking to her people more consistently was accurate. As far as plane tickets, for the company trips (vacations) and whatnot, those got paid for by the company because of her rank. Yes CW had his car bonus as well as her. This is from someone who knew her and very much adored her. Just trying to clear up some quick things I caught but I have not read through all 48 pages”

He says the wife killed the kids because this is his only defense. It's the only way to introduce doubt. But if it happened like he said, that's a case for either self defense or temporary insanity. He could've easily called the cops to report exactly what happened and he'd be a hero. He can say what he wants to say but in court this is a terrible defense.

This. Fine, let's buy his story for "reasonable doubt" on the kids.

Let's even go with the story of protecting the children from their Mother, by killing her.

He disposed of the bodies on the way to work. Why? Why not call the police? That would be the innocent thing to do.

Years ago, my Great grandmother died at home, she fell downstairs. We called the police, because it was the right thing to do, we were not afraid of being accused of anything. They came, did a cursory investigation. Conclusion: death by fall.

Why didn't he call the police?

I hate to say it, but he has a defense.

Just because it appears she had a good relationship with her dad, mom, siblings does not translate to her thinking they will be able to help her if she is alone with the children. He may have even threatened to take them from her because of her chronic illness or expose her facade. She was tired, pregnant, vulnerable in her thought process, and the threat of being left could have been too much. Women are just as capable of committing crimes in the heat of the moment as a man.

That being said, if the cadaver dogs hit on death in the master bedroom, it is over. Because I highly doubt he removed her from the children's room he saw her in, to the master bedroom to strangle her there. He stated he saw one child blue on the monitor, and her actively strangling the other child on the monitor. Pretty sure they just had cameras in the children's rooms. If they were having an "emotional discussion" and the littlest one wakes up early as I believe SW mentioned, which is why the girls had early bed times, the lights may have been on, and the girls awake.

Yes he has a defense. One as reasonable as jodi arias' defense. Or Cristian Longo's.

his confession makes sense in this regard

his use of the word "emotional " pause and lets leave it there

why not say everything was fine

think about statement..............
I have. What man have you ever known will have an “emotional conversation” between the hours of 2-5am? I jest but am also serious.

Hiya,
But did it really? OR MLM SM posts depend on her being RELATABLE to current or potential clients?

IMO, relatable which includes complaint about your husband snoring, laundry left a foot from the hamper, etc. They RELY on being relateable, not perfect, IMO.

humm

we now know lots about your partner!

Not saying his story is true - I think this was a lie he hoped would eventually lead up to "She left me the next morning," but I have had many emotional conversations at 2am.

Actually he told the truth - he did not his father to hear it on the news.

He told LE quickly that he was going to come clean

- he confessed to killing his wife and moving everyone. An That kinda sounds like a honest murderer if you think about it

He pretended like he did not know what happened (most murderers do so) Difference here - is shortly thereafter he told the truth

he was also an honest cheater - he acknowledged thus.

I don't feel like we know a lot. We know posed pictures, we know they filed bankruptcy three years ago, we know had a relationship with a female We know he killed her and placed them .

Has anyone ever found out his exact position ? Someone posted a generic thing but we have no idea what he did to consistently provide for his family with a steady paycheck .

We have proof (although grueling!) that he made an attempt to do some collage work - i assume in an effort to provide for his family (speculation only tho)

we know he bbq

he drove his truck backwards into his garage

and guys

i think this a tragedy where LE is totally done saying one thing.

The autopsies were a week ago

I think they are done releasing

Honest murderer? I watched the interview .... he knew they weren't safe and weren't going to come home yet he lied. Moo.

I never stated my belief that he could not do it!
I didn’t say you did.... was only trying to understand where you were coming at, for me to look at all possibilities. Nothing more, nothing less.

Well, since the code to the garage door was broken, I guess you couldn't get in through there. I wonder if they have the same garage door code security people that the couple in Bonita Springs had, which help determine it was somebody coming in from out of town and changing the codes on the garage door panel and when they did those security code changes.

By the way, if the front door was latched and the garage door was broken with a code and could not get in and the back sliding door they could not get in, how did they get into the house?

BBM
We don't know that the garage door keypad was broken. All we know is that is what CW told the police
so they would wait to go in the house until he got there.

That wasn't my question. I asked what the posts said.
You started off by suggesting the lack of posts might indicate she was mentally struggling. I'm telling you there were posts you didn't see and those posts gave no hint of her mentally struggling. :)

I have read most but not all threads, had to step away from this - it seems like my mind is going in circles after awhile without having more information or facts.
I keep telling myself, it will come out in the trial - let it go, but I’m back because the WHY drives me crazy - I need a REASON because I don’t believe the CW version of events.
I have a friend very similar to SW with abusive spouse - both in Thrive business. Hope she’s following this story.
Questions:
1.) Could overdosing on Thrive patches - supplements have brought on a psychotic episode?
2) Was there any life insurance?
3.) Does anyone know for a fact, if it was SW or CW who wanted to move to Colorado?
4.) Do we have any information on CW - prior to
marriage to SW and moving to Colorado?

I have the same questions. Would also like to know if steroids were used by CW.

I understand staying in close contact with friends on a daily basis. I have a hard time jumping from isn't answering the phone to I HAVE TO CALL THE POLICE! Unless her friends were told if I don't answer, call the police.

I think he became sexually obsessed with the mistress. He obsessed about her all day and about the “objects” that were in the way (his family). He decided to remove them so that he could fulfill his desire and obsession. He killed the girls and waited for SW to come home so he could get her out of the way and go see the mistress, but she was late and really screwed up his plans. He thought he would go and tell his mistress that SW left and it was over.

If it was simply a case of him “snapping” I think he would have shown more emotion in the courtroom. He would have had some realization of what he had done and broken down.

His family members were simply obstructive objects to him. He removed them in the simplest way possible. He had thought about it for weeks or months... IMO

The only real thing we know about THrive is that it has wrecked lives, put 16 people in need of a ride to the hospital , and can't find any figures on what anyone makes

read the small print about the car - it is like a horrible word problem! Hated them

What is that old adage if it sounds to good to be true.........................

The notion that some entity is gonna hand out Lexus for someone selling 80K of anything is preposterous ...providing travel about the USA for 80K after handing out luxury cars turns it in a sit com

All we know about thrive for sure is they bought a ton of the nonsense -- because it is on their body in the multitudes of pics

and the head of it has been arrested for like money BS (linked earlier)

In terms of financial participation to take care of family the only thing we know is the dude worked ,in what is likely not rewarding, to provide for his family, for years.

The only other thing we know as it relates to money was they were in a 5 bedroom house prior.

He does not hit me as the kinda of guy that wants designer anything - he was in an old truck and is in old cargo shorts and old polos in the pics

just mo - i picture him more at Wal Mart than Macy's!

Extrapolate

pure speculation only

I imagine the mortgage company will foreclose on the house, and then they should tear it down and make a pocket park in that space. I can't imagine anyone wanting to buy the home with all that bad juju.

All personal effects will technically be CW's, though he is not supposed to profit from the death he caused. I imagine SW's family will be allowed to come and get what they want, and they may cooperate with CW's family if they can get along at all. Both extended families are victims here.

I would buy it for half price, I can't be the only one. I live in AZ and remember the people that bought Travis Alexander's house and they had no idea there was a murder there until the case got huge. I think they still live there.

If he had done this in a fit of anger, he would have been beside himself when he came to his senses. He calmly went to work after disposing of their bodies. I just can't imagine that.

Okay. I accept that. But would like to know what the posts did show?
