Well said. I consider and follow the evidence. We can only work with what we know, and what we know leads me to CW. Right now there isn't a shred of evidence that SW killed her children. Not a single thing. So what am I supposed to consider? Give me the evidence and I'll follow it.

On the other hand there is an enormous amount of evidence that CW is guilty and much of that is being dismissed or ignored. Jmo

I'm sorry, am I missing something important here? This picture was one minute out over ten thousand minutes that he was in NC. Had the picture been taken maybe five minutes before or after, we may have seen something completely different? Believe me, I'm not defending him, but this picture seems to have no meaning to me. This is the frustrating part for me too! It appears even CW's own words in his affidavit aren't considered true so his account isn't open for scrutiny because it doesn't prove anything!
Boy, I've got to learn to be more patient, not one of my strong points.

Her plane was delayed and we see by a picture posted that she knew as early as 6:30 pm that the plane was delayed. He must have been informed that as well.

Would he kill the children not knowing when she may return?

If anyone looks in their bedroom at night, can you see color?

People have dismissed him turning on the light to kill the children.

Others with credentials have said that the body does not turn blue. Others claim it does.

It isn't just about a picture but it sure builds a picture if one takes the time to read more information.

“She texted me and said she was going to need a friend now more than ever when she got back,” Atkinson said. “He wasn’t being the loving Chris that he normally was. He wasn’t touching or hugging or doing stuff like that. And he wasn’t being as attentive to the girls as he normally is.”
Atkinson said that Shanann felt “something had changed.” But it wasn’t clear what it was. The affidavit does not detail how investigators discovered that Chris had been having an affair, but says he had denied the affair in “previous interviews.”

Whatever that scene was about it seems to me it does make sense that a husband involved in an affair is most likely disengaged from his wife and children. It takes a lot of time and energy to carry on an affair. Time and energy not being put into your pregnant wife, the little peanut you're in love with, and your baby girls. jmo

Thanks for taking the time to write that out. I guess I can see where people are coming from. I know I talked to her that week, and she wasn't in the best of moods, but she was tired and cranky, was what she told me. Nothing about CW.

IMO he saw the blue on each of their faces as his hands were wrapped around their necks strangling the life out of them and his face was inches away from the faces of Bella, CeCe, and Shannan while he watched them die.

I am so,sorry for your loss. I agree, I don’t know of a single incident where a parent did not exhaust all means possible to save their child, even if the reality was they were gone.

Not only children.
When my little dog died, I tried CPR for a long time, until exhausted.

Human, these are his WORDS, he saw Bella, blue, via the baby monitor. This caused him to spring into action when he saw the next image, SW actively strangling CeCe. Within micro seconds he had determined Bella was dead. Have you seen the video posted in this thread of SW's bed talk where we can clearly see the baby monitor on her nightstand, and it switches between rooms approximately every 8 seconds? Only viewing all the evidence can one make a clear judgement call, imo. The baby monitor plays a role in this tragedy, we have the privilege due to SW postings, of viewing this evidence.
Unless something changes, I hold this opinion, CW is lying and killed them all. I'm not sure about when he killed the girls, it could be after SW arrived or before.

According to his story it would have been between 4:00- 5:00. Either way it is hard to see color of skin tone in natural light through a monitor, and even more difficult in artificial light. And like you say, that is IF the child's color was blue at all.

No I am not a verified insider. I was friends with Shanann since before CW was in the picture. I became friends with her in a lupus group, after leaving the group, we stayed friends. We talked often on the phone and on fb.

I truly believe CW killed SW, Nico, Bella and CeCe. I think the girls were killed earlier before SW got home. It will be interesting to see him tomorrow. He has had all this time to think about what he did. LWOP is too good for him. Death Sentence is too good for him. He is totally disgusting. All he had to do was leave, go under the radar and then live his life with no responsibilities. Happens all the time.

In my opinion, it was absolutely necessary for him to distance himself from them to make it easier to kill them. Jmo

Hmmm, would SW normally confide in you about CW or other private matters? Would she normally admit to feeling tired and cranky or was this an unusual occurrence? Is your opinion changing about SW, do you think she did kill her girls or CW's saying she did, holds water?
