I agree. I bet that’s why the DA was so confident.I definitely think there is evidence on both their phones.
Again, CW was so stupid. He gave LE and the DAs office his evidence neatly wrapped with a bow.

I think the “gleam” is the mood, high nervous energy; and this gleam might be predictive of the mood, but not of the thoughts or intentions.
We may see it and assume that the person is at the “height” of the mood and expect that there might be some changes in the behavior, but we can not predict the specific behavior. The behavior would be person-specific, not condition-specific. And the condition itself would probably fall into subcategories, I am sure.
Ted Bundy would go out on a hunt in this state. Another person would give life’s savings to the poor. Someone would run away with a newly found guy. Nietzsche would move to Vienna and write about his forthcoming conversation with God to the colleagues.
But speaking of CW - I do see this “gleam” in some photos, and multiple partners would not surprise me. Debts would not, either. Annihilating his family, however, is still linked to the way he thinks, not the mood.
I don't think it is information about Shanann filed under seal by the defense through HIPPA protection. #3 leads me to believe it was info about the killer himself.

ETA there's no evidence that Shannan was experiencing emotional changes and it certainly is not evident at all that "the public is already against her". Certain members of the public seem to delight in dragging this loving wife, mother and friend through the mud but that does not represent a general public opinion. jmo
I have to wonder if she might be feeling better about herself and grabbing life by the reigns after the difficult period of feeling sick then getting diagnosed and then waiting for the medicine(s) to kick in. From being sick and scared to happy and successful again. For all we know CW liked the sick and needy SW but not the happy and successful SW.ETA there's no evidence that Shannan was experiencing emotional changes, had a lupus related condition that caused emotional changes
I'm a bit confused... I'm sorry. I don't think you meant to quote my post with this response. If you did, I don't understand the response as it relates to my postAnything. And it probably does not matter.
I was thinking of one situation when both the defendant side and the prosecution would agree to not disclose the records.
It would be not to disclose the diagnosis that would stigmatize a very huge group of people having the same condition but not being at risk of becoming killers or annihilators.
But the way it is written, it seems that no one cared about other people, only CW.
So my simplest guess is, some lab work. Won’t explain the kids either way. And won’t make him worse if we knew.
I know people are aghast at crude oil burial. To me, once he squeezed the life out of the first child he stopped being human. I don’t care where he buried them, even if he organized the best burial ever and cried a lot.
Great podcast! Thanks @Tricia @gitana1 @liltexans and Levi (not sure if he's a member). Job well-done!
All of you did an excellent job of expressing the disgust and displeasure the majority of us felt with the most ardent CW defenders. As always, @gitana1 was flawless in her expression of the legal aspects of the plea with regard to the system being specifically designed to prevent successful claims on the part of the defendant in the future. Let's all hope everything goes as planned on the 19th, and we'll then come into some more information!
Kudos also to @Colorado303 for her decision to delay speaking to us until after the 19th. We'll be here waiting to hear from you when the time is right.
You know, I agree. Thanks for posting this! He was so great as well but I had no idea how to find him. Great insights. Can't wait to listen to some of his podcasts. So much for studying... and dishes... and laundry... lol!Thank you for your kind words. Yes, @Levi is a member here. We are lucky to have him and he has his own amazing podcast, called Crime and Scandal. If you've never listened before, you will get hooked!
I do care where he disposed of them. Not enough that he sees fit to end their lives, he then has to strip every bit of dignity from them in death. He may have stopped being human when they died, but they did not.Anything. And it probably does not matter.

Sorry for not reading it right! I know you're not a supporter of his and so I was thinking ??? I'm sure she doesn't mean that. lolNot by me, by his defenders.
You're absolutely welcome! We do really appreciate the people who keep WS up and running. I've been a moderator in the past and am well aware this case has been a huge headache for all of you at times. I'll have to check out C&S since it sounds so good!Thank you for your kind words. I really hope so! For some reason I just have a need for this "man" to be completely exposed for who he truly is.
I am pretty sure that defence has to be told all of the evidence.Apart from the autopsies, would the prosecutor have disclosed other evidence to the defence yet? (prior to the plea deal)
CW agreed that they held enough evidence to convict him at trial.

Are there any insurance experts among us? I have a question. Since there were life insurance policies through CW’s employer for Shanann and Bella, will these policies pay to their estates? Is Colorado law similar to other states in that a murderer can not benefit from his actions?
Also, for the attorneys, will he be prohibited from profiting from a book deal or selling his story for a movie?
