If I were mr. Thayer I'd get my lawyer on them. What insinuations.

I don't think it would be considered disrespectful. In court it would be rude to address the judge as "Hey Judge Kapcow!!" Instead one should say, "Excuse me your honor."

I don't even say "you". I will say "Would your honor like us to begin setting up now?" Or whatever.

But in a letter, the way they addressed him is fairly ordinary. Not extremely formal but not considered rude, IMO.
Do they still say "If it pleases the court?" - I always thought that line sounded ridiculous :)

What did he beat her with? He had no marks on his hands. Did he come after her as she lay asleep?
That’s what I have thought all along. I think the girls were already gone and Shan’ann saw them on the monitor and thought they were asleep and then went to bed. And the coward attacked her there. Then wrapped her in the sheet and so on.

From what I've heard, they're a couple of people who run a nasty FB group that spread gossip and rumors. They have a podcast (audio show) and have weaseled information out of some of the case players under the guise of "helping" them. I don't listen, but have been told they spent the first 10 minutes of one podcast asking for money, they gush all over each other ad nauseam and one of them has a voice that sounds like nails on a chalkboard. They also have some coffee mugs for sale with bloody handprints on them. Oh, and their producer/media specialist is the one who attended the last hearing and wrote to the judge to ask that he call CW's mother. MOO
Thank you PommyMommy, a great rundown, I sure won't be tuning in! ;)

It was clever in that it was his only hope of a potential out for the murders of Bella and Celeste. But only if his confession could be sold. Of course most of us realize the evidence we knew about that existed and we saw it with our eyes, and we knew his confession was a lie.

But there were total strangers and they were all over the Internet and they seemed to really believed SW was capable of murdering her own daughters.
Yes and we have seen that he really is not a clever man, so IMO that gives weight to the planning and premeditation charge. He did not just think this story up on the fly, he had been thinking about this for a while.

They are probably operating entirely without liability insurance where there *might* be some coverage for slander. He could sue, but can they pay? If they are begging for money in their podcast? Maybe they are generating advertising dollars. I wouldn't count on it. ETA - there is, I think, the potential that NT might have to also prove the statements were said with malice. CW dragged him into this, but NT gave a media interview. Not sure if that is enough to have to prove malice.

That's what I was just thinking...I turned it off and have no intention of turning it back on...but based on what I heard (and it could have just been one of their theories) the girls woke up and tackled him...so, based on that they are saying
#1-he's guilty of all
and #2-the girls were alive when she arrived home

I've seen a few comments from people saying 'they don't know what to believe anymore'
I guess that's the latest - that he killed the girls because they got out of bed and "tackled him." Attacked by 3 and 4 year old girls. They got on his back like they did when they played jungle gym on him. What else could he do?

What is wrong with these people? I am done for the night. I wish I had not scanned through it.

Sue them. That whole discussion on mr thayer was way out of line. At least it would shut them up. 98 % of what they do is rumors and insinuations.

Yeah This has me wondering too. There has to be blood evidence.
I still don’t understand how CW could murder his wife and children without some sign of blood or bodily fluids. Racking my brains on that one as he would not have had time for a clean up.
When NUA called police, and CW blew lights to get home, they called in Detectives and both searched the house. No evidence of foul play was found on the bedding as stated in the arrest affidavit.

Oh please. These podcast women do not have an inside source leaking autopsy information. I’ll be so glad when this case wraps up soon.

Didn't he say in one of his porch interviews that he'd just love to see his girls come thru that door and tackle him or something like that? My gosh! Was he reminiscing of the night of the murders?

Just because it wasn’t visible during that cursory search, doesn’t mean they didn’t find it later.

Hours passed, and fluids would have dried had CW not cleaned them up. Blood might not have been present regardless.

I doubt it. There’s absolutely no way that LE could know that occurred, let alone these disgusting women.

I don’t think that happened anyways.

These women are not professional journalists, that's for sure. They are also probably being played by some of their "sources" if they aren't making most of it up themselves. JMO

This reminds me of another case, where the wife went missing, 'TO CLEAR HER HEAD'.
The husband lied +++. Then arrested.
The Trial will begin next month.:):)
tmar would you believe I have no clue which case your referring to …..
because off the cuff there are sooooo damn many with exactly the same narrative :oops:

Regarding the AP telling her story....
I didn't realize that I could be more angry and disgusted by CW than I already had been. He is so vile and loathsome. Poor Shannan, Bella, CeCe, and Nico. They did not deserve this.

BTW... Public Service Announcement... And this is MOO...I always advised my friends to NEVER get involved with someone who is "separated" or "going through a divorce" because people LIE, things get messy, and you don't want to be the other person that someone is cheating with.

CW. just ew. Slimebag.

I think he said "barrel rush". Pretty scary.

I listened to the whole, entire, bizzaro, ridiculous, sad podcast. I don't believe these women are credible tonight. One of her sources close to the investigation said it was not the AP nor financial concerns - but the MLM that caused the whole thing. So please guys - don't put much if any stock in what they came out with tonight re ANYTHING. While I do fully believe they have a line to the CW family, I think their sources for these autopsies/investigation are dubious at best. They put out a lot of twilight zone type conspiracy theories (implicating the Thayers, etc)...it was garbage. I think we should wait for the real evidence and autopsy reports before we give MRS anymore of our time. I know I want my 45 minutes back! Okay, just my 2 cents as always.

I was right there with ya....... waste of time. Considering Kay (?) calls herself "the queen of conspiracy", I don't put much stalk into much (if anything) that was said. The only real thing that stood out to me is that her source was "extremely close" to the investigation. Like as close as close gets...... I smell a rat!

Absolutely. Oldest story in the book. It is so easy to get information now, why would you not do a bit of checking up. I would.

Wouldn't there be blood all over the place if he beat her like that? Head and face wounds bleed a lot typically.
