I still dont see his plan, if he convinced the world the family had run away or been taken, still it would be in the news that they were married and pregnant. The only way that would not blow his story is if they divorced very quickly. Even if he had wanted to kill just her, no matter how he did it the news would say she was pregnant.

I never thought he was particularly intelligent, but how did he plan to reconcile all of this and keep the ap too?
I honestly think he figured it would never hit the news. He would just say that they had agreed to separate and she ran off with some guy she was having an affair with. I’m not sure how he figured he would prevent her parents from calling the police. Maybe he planned to text them from her phone that she had to get away. Wasn’t there some guy who actually flew places and sent postcards “from his victim” to make people think she was still alive and just traveling?

That’s a good point. We already know that things didn’t go according to whatever his plan was, thanks to the efforts of NUA.

This blew up in his face, all thanks to her.

He very well may have planned to set the stage for her having run away with the kids, and simply didn’t have the opportunity.

Hopefully we learn things on Monday, that clear things up for us.

Yeah, well he was busy with the AP being suspicious on Monday night and he had to try and lie his way out of that.
As she said, he kept trying to change the subject from his missing family.

That’s the shocking thing. His life, his freedom was on the line, and he was worried about putting out the fire with the AP.

What a moron.

Why has NK spoken prior to sentencing?
Is it to quieten CW's mother?
Would she have spoken to the DA, requesting if this is OK?
NK doing this, the DA's thunder is lessened, as we have perhaps the motive.
MOO.
I think it’s quite possible her name would be released when they release the evidence. Media has probably respected her desire to stay quiet for the sake of the investigation. Once her name was released they would be vultures, with news vans parked in front of her house and reporters w/microphones stalking her at work. By giving that interview she denied them the possibility of badgering her into an attempted scoop.

Plus she probably doesn’t know exactly what evidence would be released and it would be awful if her name was released and details of the affair, but not the lies he told her and that she contacted police before his arrest. At least she got her full story out.

As someone else pointed out, the timing was genius. She’ll have a lousy 3 days but come Monday the press will have more information to chew on amd she will blessedly be old news.

I guess that's the latest - that he killed the girls because they got out of bed and "tackled him." Attacked by 3 and 4 year old girls. They got on his back like they did when they played jungle gym on him. What else could he do?

What is wrong with these people? I am done for the night. I wish I had not scanned through it.
No they said he was strangling Shannan and they got up and tried to get him to stop by tackling him which is just as weird sounding IMO

Well they have been openly supporting CW and they got themselves involved with Mrs W, but they have sunk to a new low with this ghoulish gloating over ' inside information' . Do they really need to get so excited over the news that Celeste and Bella's bodies were still " combustible"? They were soaked in crude oil for days, what did they think would happen to them. Bad enough that they have to be shipped home as cargo, now they have the scoop that they were flown separately
because of hazmat regulations. If that scoop is worthy of celebration I think they have really lost their way.
Were they talking about flying them to NC, or flying them from the oil field to the coroners?

Yep. I was done when they started with all that talk. If there's any positive out of this, I'm seeing very few people defend him right now (although I'm sure they will come back out tomorrow :( )
Ironically, these people who have been Cindy’s bestest-friends and advocates for all things Chris will probably turn on a dime and start sensationalizing all the horrible things CW did. Then Mommy can add them to the list of females she hates and are unfairly out to get her preciojs spawn of Satan.

Brief recap of NK's interview and CW's mom describes what she knew about the affair.

I'm sorry, after all the vitriol expressed towards SW by Mrs. Watts in her recent interviews, now, when presented with facts of her son's infidelity and how he LIED to a young co-worker about the status of his marriage, Mrs. Watts response is that CW didn't share much about his personal life with them. The irony. So sad for SW..:(

Yup, according to the company safety manual, rings and other jewelry are prohibited.

“Baggy or loose fitting clothing, rings, watches, neck chains or loose jewelry shall not be worn when such items could pose a hazard to the employee or a potential for damage to equipment.”

https://www.anadarko.com/content/documents/apc/Responsibility/HSE/HSE_Contractor_Manual.pdf

Just following the rules I’m sure.

These manuals are made for all possible cases, it seems. They thought of everything, rings, watches, baggy clothing.

They forgot to include the phrase "pushing dead bodies through tight openings into oil tanks is prohibited".

Seriously. Who could have thought of this? Now they have to include it into the safety manual, I am sure.

It's not been presented clearly but I believe it would be when transported to coroner. MOO

She bizarrely downplayed it as well, saying that it was an “emotional relationship” to begin with, and became something more when Shanann was away.

Because that makes it more acceptable or something.

Yes, because in a year he could have filed for divorce in absentia.

If I were mr. Thayer I'd get my lawyer on them. What insinuations.
What convoluted theory do they have about how The Thayers were part of a conspirasy theory, praytell?

Yeah. They’re not going to use hazmat protocols to fly bodies across the country.

If this story is even true, it would almost certainly be in regards to transportation between the dumpsite and medical examiner’s office.

After the autopsy was completed, I’m sure any necessary steps (cleaning) would have taken place, and the bodies returned to N.C. for burial.

But, but, she knew everything about her son. Sissy knew about the affair from the beginning.

So here is what has been verified....

While SW was in NC with the girls, CW was pretending to be single, and he had his AP over for sleepovers for 5 weeks of honeymoon fun. He pretended his marriage was over, and asked her to help him find an apartment for him and the girls.

I do wonder now, if maybe he planned to dispose of his wife and unborn son, but keep the girls around. He could sell the house, keep all the equity for himself, and get the pity and attention for being a single father with a missing pregnant wife.

It is possible that the girls saw him killing SW and so he felt he had to go all the way in?
I still think he killed the girls first and planned on killing them all along. If he planned to kill SW then unexpectedly “had” to kill the girls, I would think it would even be hard for a bonafide sociopath to not be sad over the girls being dead the next day.

Speaking of irony, Mrs. Watts describes the beginning of the affair as an "emotional relationship." Similar to "emotional conversation," I guess. o_O
MOO
