This I don't know but the more think about it the more I think not. He was a coward so he probably started discussing it after she left for NC, by text, less confrontational. In fact I wonder if she would have gone thru with the trip if he had mentioned it before, or at least cut it short. A lot can be said and done in 5 weeks. She probably figured they would discuss it face to face like rational adults when they returned home together. Perhaps they talked about it a lot until she left for AZ. And told him she didn't wanna separate, they had a baby boy on the way and they should try counseling first. He prob agreed to her face but had no intention of doing anything to help save the marriage.
I noticed the same thing. He is almost totally gray.
I just listened to last night’s podcast and that is Tricia’s opinion, that he was also killing his mother. They also went discussed how perp’s like Chris Watts and Scott Peterson are so unaware and leads them to doing obviously stupid things- CW calling the school and realtor, SP selling Laci’s car. They just do not see the world like we do.
We may eventually. I'm sure there will be books. I hope the author of the book "Inside the Mind of Scott Peterson," or another forensic psychologist, does some research and writes a good one. Imo
When did he say that? I did not watch the presser, was it in response to a question about the texts? Also I wonder why he said that. He also had an edge to his voice when he referred at sentencing to CW's "girlfriend." I can fully understand why, but makes even more sense knowing that, though she did go to LE, she was not a perfectly helpful open book. And I am not saying any of these are the case, but reasons to delete texts would include not just sexting (potentially a big reason, private and embarrassing) but also any ultimatums and/or indications that she knew he was quite married still. That said, the weeks away when they dated heavily would certainly be convincing evidence that they were separated. Maybe the texts showed she believed he was divorcing, and his wife was not accepting of this; maybe she was unkind about a wife (whom she did not know was pregnant) who was trying to fight for her relationship. Maybe she is too inexperienced to understand that a mother of young kids is not going to be excited to divorce her children's father so fast, especially one who SEEMED to be a "good listener," a soft-spoken, devoted father (OMG can't believe he pulled that off). At any rate, I am not sure why as a young-ish woman she was so game to date a not-yet-divorced father of two young children but it certainly is not her fault that the man she chose to date turned out to be a murderer of the worst kind. IMO MOO!
