No. On page 2103:
0620 hours: “proving messages have been deleted from Watt’s phone, Shanann noted on several messages....”

The implication is that CW deleted messages. In other areas of this document, the discrepancy between messages on their phones is also referenced (using the words missing), with the same implication.
Thank you!

I agree. He's too weak, passive, and non-confrontational and would rather pray on the indefensible. When he talks of feeling rage, I'm sure that is his built up internal rage he's had for years (mummy and now SW) that drove him to commit the murders and dispose of their bodies.

As for the actual murders, he would have been calm, callous, and cold and meticulous. Which makes him all the more sociopathic

When I try to imagine it,I feel physical nausea. Is it normal?

I think it's perfectly normal to have a visceral and physical reaction to what this monster did. And also to have a visceral and physical need to rest after this case. It's horrific. But right now you are ok.

Do you believe that a murderer can ever be rehabilitated?

Only my opinion. NO I DO NOT! Most killers are repeat killers. I was flying on CONAIR the the inmate transport planes run by the U.S. Marshals when I was an inmate, and was chained up next to a serial killer for a few hours. Had a good chance to talk and observe him.

Think he told me he killed like 5 people. I was being transferred from a Federal Prison in Texas to Calif and he was on his way to court somewhere. He told me after you killed the first time...THE REST WERE EASY! Despite having a weird look in his eyes, he seemed normal to me, and well educated. I wasn't really afraid because he was chained up and so was I. He seemed like some guy you would meet in line at Starbucks. I never forgot that. Could he be rehabilitated, based on his comments, I'd say no. I'm no shrink but I know how to read people!

Good night, all. This has been such a depressing case. maybe because the W family had so.much to be thankful for , yet CW threw it away for basically nothing. The kink wouldn't have lasted forever in the new relationship , and then what? He threw away so.much love and devotion. it is immeasurably sad.

Well, too bad. She should consider herself fortunate she at least has her life. If she had hooked up with CW permanently, she very well may have been a victim as well, in the future. People are just objects to him, toys.

Personally, I would be more embarassed that I lied in my damage control interview and possibly impeded the investigation by lying to the CBI and deleting stuff than about Googling sexual positions and watching 🤬🤬🤬🤬.

It's going to be ok. Perhaps there's a phone number or two we can share on here to call if someone doesn't feel safe and needs a voice.

Please?

It's gong to be ok. You are not alone.

He could have been planning to kill her too. You don't know that! When he was done with her and ready to move on. Him getting caught and convicted probably saved her life!

@PommyMommy

12. Were Bella and CeCe’s blankets found? If so, where?
Quote: "I also assisted with conducting a search of the area outside of the barbed wire fence surrounding the oil well site, but nothing was located. The weeds and sunflowers were thick and it did not appear blankets and stuffed animals (previously mentioned by CHRIS as
having been left near SHANANN’s grave) could have traveled that far in the wind." They were never found. Discovery Page 616

He is probably lying about the stuffed animals. Why would someone leave stuffed animals at a grave he was trying to HIDE?

Maybe he was watching the biracial 🤬🤬🤬🤬 that NK found in her searches.

If so, he should have stuck to the 🤬🤬🤬🤬. It would have been cheaper than his affair and hurt far fewer people.

I was responding to the part about her being embarassed over her internet searches. I never implied she wasn't in danger.

I'm sorry... trying to relate this to the murder of Shanann, Bella, CeCe and Nico and having a hard time
I was asked if Killers could be rehabilitated!

Well I have to ask you, what was your crime?

I agree, she would not be free! I can only speak for myself, not others, but my guess is people feel a bit taken back because NK came out and said one thing to the media, yet when reading the documents her story didn't quite add up. However, like the thousands of people, both men and women, who have affairs it isn't really anything new. She would be trying to protect what remains of her dignity, understandably.

I do believe people feel upset because they feel protective of SW and what she went through. It is excruciatingly sad to read all the info towards the end of her life when she desperately tried to save her marriage and he was out having fun.

I most definitely agree that the blame lies solely with him though! He didn't have to go there. And he and he alone chose to do those despicable crimes.
I think I missed some of the vitriol towards her since I left last night and haven't had a chance to be here hardly at all today.

I did point out some discepancies, and wondered why they hadn't pursued any charges for not being honest with LE, but I refrained from name-calling. It does disturb me when people are allowed to get away with things like that without prosecution because it sets up the next person to be less than honest, etc... Ultimately, I'm sure the authorities have much more important issues to pursue and that is why this was let go. Everything we're learning came from them so they are aware.

I am disturbed to discover she is completely different than Amber Frey. I do mean completely different. Her words to LE don't align with her actions at all. I can only imagine she was lapping up CW's lies about what a bad person SW was and fueling that fire in a variety of ways.

She had no respect for a woman whose wedding rings she was telling him to hock when she didn't even know where SW was or what had happened to them yet. The things she googled about marrying your mistress and such tell us she was completely aware she was, indeed, the mistress of a married man who wasn't at the end of his divorce.

I don't believe she was directly involved in the murders but the information we have now informs us that she isn't necessarily psychologically sound herself or a even a person of good morals in general.

Thanks! I sat up half the night and read a third of them. I promised myself I would not take up any family time reading them today. But come tonight, I have a feeling it will be a laaaaate bedtime!
Same here! lol I knew all of this would be waiting after I enjoyed the holiday with family.

Then, later that night 7:00 Mr Watts asked by text if he could facetime w/the girls. That never happened (alledgedly because Bella might tell SW and she would go ballistic). That was around the same time SW asked Chris to send her pictures of the girls and he sent her pictures from earlier in the day.

I too go back and forth on who he snuffed out first, but still lean towards kids first.

On the other hand,

I don’t believe SW wore a bra to bed in PHX, NUA tells me the shirt she was found in is the one she was wearing on the plane ride home and SW never removed her makeup. If she was awake enough to order hair products as OCD as she was it’s unlikely she’d abandon her pre-bed routine. Which IMO points to her being awake when she was killed. I hate the thought, but perhaps CW acted like he that to make love, got her in bed w/her pants off then straddled her and strangled her. For him to have killed the girls first in that scenario she would have bad to have limited her check on the girls to peeking in their room and looking at the baby monitor.

There’s also the report that SW’s credit card was declined when she tried to order hair products online after 2:00 in the morning. Could have caused her to challenge him about his recent credit card charges— and he decided ok, tonight is the night.

And I’m right back on the other side of the fence again. Can’t explain why, but I really want to know the order and hate that we probably never will.

Your possible scenarios really make sense.. Especially the sex one. If he did that, then it it would have kept SW from checking on the kids. Also if Bella was such a light sleeper, would she still check? Eg risk opening a door incase she wakes?

I had just added this line to the timeline on my post -

1707 hours: Watts called Sandy Rzucek and held a nearly twelve minute conversation (Maybe that was the FaceTime call which was referenced on Page 591?)

What were they talking about for 12 minutes?

Copied from previous thread:

"Thanks. I try!!

Perhaps she could be charged. But she won't be. It's nothing in the grand scheme of things and going after crucial witnesses could dissuade witnesses to future crimes who might not have impeccable characters.

Had this gone to trial, NK would've been the star witness besides NUA. Her existence and her relationship and their communications provides motive and explains the timing of the murders."

I remember in Abbey and Libby's Case (Delphi), a few folk were charged on unrelated crimes, initially in the investigation.
It was thought on Websleuths by some, this would hinder others coming forth.

Completely agree

Lying to the FBI is a felony but it is important to remember she was not involved in the murders and nor did she try and conceal CWs crimes.

If she is guilty of lying about her own embarrassing messages etc - probably mainly to do with all the nudes she sent but if you read the evidence in detail, she told the FBI she deleted them and helped them recover the messages so actually there was no felony committed in that regard

I agree she may have lied about some smaller points - like did she visit his house once or twice?

But the FBI would need to prove she lied rather than made a mistake.

The idea that she would be charged when she was a key witness assisting the prosecution is far fetched.

That said, it seems obvious the DA rather through her under the bus.
