I have no idea what a terabyte is but I did download the docs and it is taking forever to get through all that!!!!
I do want to see some video's and pics though which I think will be helpful on timelines etc.

The doc dump is already too much. Not that I'm complaining...the info is great to have and I like to see how the process worked at each step. But, my slow internet connection tires out with the big doc. I should've started an index when I had the hunch it would be needed.

There is some deviation in some of the documents as far as wording in a few different places. I believe I remember reading in one document that CW was the one that took money from the 401K to help pay for medical expenses for SW and the girls that had accumulated.

I remember reading something about that too. Something like close to $100,000 maybe? Can't remember. Wish I know which section that was in.

When reading though, I remember thinking why such enormous medical expenses when CW had a great medical insurance coverage from work. Don't medical insurance come with catastrophic benefits? I know mine does. After $5,000 out-of- pocket expenses (for all family), my insurance covers 100%.

Hmmm. Having also now read the text messages with her friend Charlotte, who has also lied, if I were in her shoes I’d be changing my name and moving interstate.

I don't consider myself a prude by any stretch of the imagination... but I was rather shocked at the language in the texts between these 2 women regarding what CW was into. It seemed more like a conversation 2 crude teenage high school boys would have instead of 2 30 something year old women. Maybe I'm old & sheltered... but I was quite shocked.

This conversation was in the spring, March or April, according to the witness. That's before she left town for the summer. Things were on the rocks before the summer.

I wonder if CW was stringing her along at that point, saying whatever he thought would get her "off his back" about the relationship. And, then she got pregnant....and he panicked about the added responsibilities...and then he met NK.

IMO, he was having an emotional affair with NK and it became physical once SW left town for the summer. Nico was an effort to save to marriage and give CW what he wanted.

I am surprised there were no interviews with Chris’ mother and sister. Why is that? Clearly they were never formally interviewed. I don’t think those records would have been left out. Perhaps they refused interviews but you’d think there would be a record of that too.

Don't think all of it was recorded as they had an issue with camera in room one. In the days he was interviewed they took place in both rooms but one continued to have issues throughout incident so at points only audio..

His mom said something to that effect, which by default, makes me strongly doubt that.

Things certainly changed during those weeks, but I think it’s probable that things were already physical before that point.

They just accelerated while Shanann was in NC.

SW's dad wrote a statement about how CW was acting towards SW and the children. The children wanted nothing to do with him. SW's Dad said he turned the tv off to sleep and CW laid on the floor. He also said CW was mad at the children and showed it.

I have clearly read too many cases here at WS. I wasn't shocked by the language or the topics they discussed. Especially after following and moderating poor Yingying Zhang's case, I don't even know if language can shock me anymore. This stuff seems tame compared with some cases.

It didn't shock me because I'm a little raunchy myself and I've had conversations like that...when I was 21. The maturity level all the way around didn't seem to be very high where this affair was concerned. And despite his claims to be in love and saying that he didn't think he'd feel like this in a million years, it all came across as two young people just infatuated with each other.

Where did we hear (prior to these documents being made public) that CW told NK he had been in NC to finalize his divorce? It's not supported by the discovery docs I've read so far.

I thought NK stated this in the Denver interview, if others can remember.
But I have heard here, somewhere, that NK stated this.

The screen name was her biggest mistake. She was so concerned about her identity being leaked. In some respects, it was amazing she was here and could hace given so much insight, had she not been so blatantly trying to throw mud.
