This lends credence to the idea that CW is emotionally immature or has narcissistic personality disorder imo. Who gets mad at their toddlers like this? They hadn't seen him in 5 weeks.

Also, in relationships, you have to give a little to get a little. Could the children tell something was amiss in his behavior? Apparently SW's parents noticed he didn't give two craps that Shanann was vomiting and feeling ill. Didn't he also refuse to go to the beach with the children? If he wanted the girls to like him, maybe wine and dine them like NK.

As a parent of a small child myself, I feel ill imagining the way he treated those children, in life and in death. Their last meal was cold leftover pizza. Really? You're about to murder your two innocent little girls and you give yourself steak on the grill and they get cold pizza. You beg to keep NK out of the media but have no qualms shoving your babies down oil hatches, then listen to a song about not killing your family.

A part of me wonders if Bella witnessed something that night. I know he premeditated the girls, but she was the only one who had defensive wounds. He even stated she woke up twice that night to ask for SW. Perhaps when he opened the door to her room to kill her, she was awake. Perhaps he decided to kill her anyways because time was of the essence and SW's flight delay complicated his planned timeline.

Didn't the cadaver dogs pick up on something near the stairs? My heart hurts for that sweet girl. CW is the worst kind of human excrement and the most pathetic excuse for a "man".

I've been reading letters to the prisoner...and my eyes are bleeding.

The one that disturbed me most...was one with some sort of pseudo-philosophical nonsense about there being no real rights and wrongs. According to this genius, society has a set of rules of what is OK and what is not, but those are just made up. Apparently, right and wrong is so fluid as to be defined by whatever the heck we want it to be. Apparently, murdering your wife and three children is not always wrong. Dang! With people thinking like that , is it any wonder society is so screwed up? I guess adultery, theft, lying your tail off, molestation...and yes...even murder should be your decision to make. As long as nobody judges you. Because apparently the only real sin is someone else thinking you did something wrong.

Kinda! Generally you can roll over your funds from your previous 401K into your current one.

Good point. He may have done that. Shanann still couldn't have taken a loan out against it though. Only he could have. In the docs he said she did. As if he had no say in it.

Maybe, but I can't remember who pointed it out but they said it was at the top of the list so it would have had to have been first in sequence...unless the typo then led to a sequencing mistake. She also searched CW I believe in January of 2018 IIRC?

Maybe the program sorts into date order so even if it was a mistake it goes automatically to the top rather than being put at the top. IDK.

At the hearing Sandy pronounced her daughter's name SHAN-an (Shannon).

And look what I spotted on Shan'ann's FB: "Pronounced name SHAN-an WATS"

I wonder where the alternate pronunciation came from, the one used in the media.

This was also in the discovery documents. Sounds like Shanann started pronouncing it that way deliberately in her youth. She was referred to as a bit rebellious. It was how she wanted it pronounced I believed, based on how it was spelled.

It possibly was a thing she did in her teenage years, that she liked, and it stuck. I have a friend who has added an 'h' to her name (Meghan) as she liked it better in her teen years, and she never went back to Megan, though officially that is what she is.

Does anyone recall seeing anything in the docs re: NK and Chris being in their relationship prior to June 2018? Something about this feedback coming from a co-worker named AB? Don’t you think they were seeing each other for longer, and perhaps that’s why things seem farther along, in terms of how they interacted with each other? It would also help explain why NK was searching Shanann’s name in late 2017. Did LE look at interactions between NK and Chris prior to June 2018? Because it seemed like all the stuff in the docs was only June-Aug.

Agree. I recall it was less than a week before WCJ guard noted that CW attempted to manipulate staff on whether or not he really had to use 2nd floor shower facility.

Please tell more! I don’t feel like reading those gut wrenching documents anymore. What happened with the shower?

I can understand having a hard time reconciling your friend with these actions, but to say he doesn't judge CW...wow.

If my friend kills his pregnant wife and preschool aged kids I'm judging the he11 out of him.

You roll them over to another tax qualified account (like an IRA).

I don't know if this has been discussed, but I found it interesting how CW's parents (or his mother at least) thought Shanann had embezzled money from the business she worked at in North Carolina (something to do with wheels). Of course, I highly doubt there is any truth to that.

I am going to have to preface my posts with IIRC. I read the document pages from beginning to end like a book, and I do not have it in a searchable format.

I remember the VI (T78) mentioned her working there, and someone found the court case against the company.

Anyway, I'm not sure what all of that was about, but I found it interesting when I read it because that had been discussed on the forum, and I can't remember the conclusion that was reached at the time about the court case.
