Has anyone come up with the reason why NK was searching SW on Google in September 2017? Is NK still classified here as a collateral victim of CW?

I think she was seeing him long before June. Maybe she was interested in hooking up with him long before that and is the one who came onto him. Maybe she had no concern for his marriage, his wife or his children. Maybe she even knows more about their deaths than LE knows. Maybe LE didn’t search her past enough. Maybe some of you believe this is all irrelevant now. I am very suspicious of her involvement now. Yes CW did the killing but what did she know and when did she really know it?

I do not see her as a victim anymore of anything.

ETA: The Denver Post quoted her as saying she and CW didn’t discuss a future but her google searches show she was searching wedding dresses, and he was searching jewelry and vacation spots. They were very much into the future.

We have decided to drop that line as it doesnt fit this thread and some find it offensive. I appoligize to anyone whose feelings I may have hurt or found my comments insensitive. I normally deal with real world issues and criminals so I am always suspicious. In no way did i mean to shame the memory of SW or the kids.

Yes, this is a victim friendly site. She was viciously slaughtered. So no one cares if she did or didn't hurt his feelings or have a boyfriend ...doesn't matter one bit.

Look CW was a peice of garbage, I AGREE. It's terrible what happened. I agree. He should get the Death Penalty I agree. My intentions are not to shame her. I'm dropping this entire thing on this site.

Don't worry, he won't be anyone's favorite. I won't judge on anyone, but have found prison guards to often be well suited for their positions. They don't go out of their way to provide hospitality and customer service for the guests. And complaints to the management are not well received.

I don't know if this has been discussed, but I found it interesting how CW's parents (or his mother at least) thought Shanann had embezzled money from the business she worked at in North Carolina (something to do with wheels). Of course, I highly doubt there is any truth to that.

I am going to have to preface my posts with IIRC. I read the document pages from beginning to end like a book, and I do not have it in a searchable format.

I remember the VI (T78) mentioned her working there, and someone found the court case against the company.

Anyway, I'm not sure what all of that was about, but I found it interesting when I read it because that had been discussed on the forum, and I can't remember the conclusion that was reached at the time about the court case.

Here, the Court Material was posted.
Shan'ann's name only appeared, as she was 'Co Manager' at the time.
It appeared there was not a Case to follow.
There was no criminal activity involved, on anyone's behalf.
Another 'made up' "storm in a teacup".

Frankie Rzucek has posted an utterly heartbreaking post on his Facebook. Even in his family's grief, the first thing he mentioned was the pain and admiration he feels for the people who had to deal with the bodies, and how he prays for them. He is a really beautiful man, I think.

They are still very angry with NK and he says his family is not done seeking justice yet.

Because she was having affairs then, she must have been having affairs up until she died.

If she jumped into a spaceship and traveled to a parallel universe, she could have perhaps switched places with CW.

If she switched places with CW, she would be a murderer.

You have valid issues. But my training tells me to look past things, to see things that can't be seen. I know my investigation experience is inferior to yours, but I will refrain until more facts come in. This is speculation on my part.

Imo.... we have over 2000 pages of facts.

Exactly. The whole “don’t be judgmental” thing kinda goes out the window in circumstances like these.

We’re humans, we judge. You can bet that I’m passinig judgement on a lot of people involved in this case.

I don't understand people who say they don't judge. Do they mean there should be no punishment for crimes? They remind me too much of the Watts family dishing out forgiveness and absolution, before the ink was even dry on the court papers!

I am very, very unsettled, upset, suspicious of her lying to LE and the deleting of texts and web searches.

I don't care how nervous I am or how embarrassing my internet history - if FBI comes to me because a man I'm seeing murders people, 3 of which are children, I would cooperate 100%. I'd be totally honest and I'd be racking my brain for anything that might help.

NK's behavior is extremely disturbing.
