Every single one of CW'S coworkers knew he was married. They all were aware of the pregnancy. Most of them had met SW at least once.

One of the things that bothered me reading the discovery was that Chris wanted to protect NK. He didn't give her name. I can understand the initial lying about having an affair, but then when he finally admitted an affair, he still didn't say her name. When LE said they knew about the affair, and who it was, IIRC LE mentioned NK's name to him! Then even after that, he wanted her protected, her reputation protected. YET the woman he was MARRIED TO, he throw under a freight train. It's obvious the level of hate he had towards SW. I don't know if that hate was always there, if it was recent, or if it had been growing over the last year. It just struck me as even more betrayal. Of course having your spouse murder you has to be the worse betrayal there is.

It's one of the things that REALLY bothered me the most too! He added 'after all she'd been through'! If I didn't think he was nuts before I sure do after reading that doozy!
He's beyond crazy, he's a flipping delusional nutjob! There isn't enough foul words in the universe to pile onto this ! He murdered the mother of his children, he murdered his children!! Bella fought for her life and he cares about NK and all she's been through!!!!

This. Is beyond depraved. And indifference on a grand scale. CW definitely disassociated himself from being a father. CeCe and Bella were just problems to get rid of, like taking out trash.

I agree. She has questionable ethics but we all make mistakes.

I fell into that same trap when I was 19 and had an affair with my married boss. I believed all the obvious bull that he told me. I was so gullible.

And my parents divorced because my Dad had an affair and I knew how heartbroken my Mom was. So looking back, I cant believe I had an affair like that. But he was slick and believable. And I wanted and needed the attention.

There are always layers and sublayers in these kinds of relationships. Things that play into it and create the situation. It is not as simple as she was a horrible person and is the one to blame. JMO IMO

If she met a guy she was attracted to, i know she would immediately research his social media. It's my understanding that the oil company tipped off LE to romantic emails written between CW and NK before NK contacted LE.

What time did NK contact LE?

Wasn't it stated in the dailymail article that he finally decided to kill them later while they were attending the birthday party? Writing his co worker in the evening that he would make a trip to an "distant oil field" or something like that? After the party he fed them cold pizza, gave them a shower (whatever reason was behind this) and put them to bed. That sounded like he planed to realize his plan (which he for sure acted out already a few times in his head) at least earlier on sunday. But I would think he already knew for longer that he was definitively going to kill them, but was not sure, when he finally could put this into practice. So maybe, if something went wrong, he would have even packed their backpacks.

The Daily Mail used the same information that we have (Discovery document) in order to write that article.

As they have a tendency to do, they sensationalized it, beginning with their headline. It certainly had the desired effect, as it got everyone’s attention, including mine.

They took extensive liberties in the narrative they created.

They couldn’t possibly know when he decided to kill them.

And they left out the part that contacting his co workers on the day prior to work, was standard practice.

They may be right, but the way they got there is dubious.

Exactly although Cindy did not kill anyone, but did she goad him into it? I wonder if she ever suggested if it would be better if they just disappeared or went away?
The dehumanizing, constant, drama and fighting is stressful, and he had to grow up in that environment which is not healthy.
If he is a sociopath and empathy is difficult for him he needed someone to help develop empathy not dehumanize others.
A perfect storm was created.

I don't have an ounce of like for Cindy and I really believed she damaged their marriage over the long haul. But I was surprised at his Dad's comments in his interview, behavior after nutgate and when CW visited NC and his text the night everyone died (that he better not face time the girls because Bella would probably tell Mom and SW would go ballistic).

I wish I had the page number, but in Sandy Rzucek's interview she describes CW's parents not even letting SW's parents see their grandchildren when Watts were babysitting and the Rzuceks stopped by . It wasn't bedtime but the Watts sent the kids upstairs and wouldn't let the Rzuceks go upstairs. When Sandy asked Cindy about it Sandy says Cindy start screaming like a mad woman. Yes I think Cindy is toxic. I also think Dad is also toxic, in a more subdued, sneakier way. Apple. Tree.

She got involved with the wrong guy..thats obvious. She was 30 years old.. she should have known better. She has to pay the consequences...he is a family Anilahator she is a home wrecker. The judge recognized him as more than a fetus. He got 48 extra yrs for murdering that baby. Everyone has to pay the consequences.

Actually, CW's employer Anadarko gave LE the info to call CW's bluff. NK came forward because she had to. MOO

RE : NK being shamed for dating a married man and she didn't ask to be involved in this situation.
It appears that CW did not twist her arm to date him. It takes two people to have an affair. Documents show she searched for information about him and SW months before the affair became intimate. She knew he was married. If he pursued her she could of said she wasn't interested and walked away. IMO, if she was married she would not be happy about her husband having an affair. And she sure would not be happy if her husband were to take his mistress into her house. All that aside, she tells LE she encouraged CW to work on his marriage when in NC with SW and yet NK continues to send CW nude selfies. She is being " shamed " because she didn't just blindly stumble into a relationship with CW, she entered into the relationship knowing he was married. IMO she knew SW was pregnant and she could of cared less.

Yes. While all this is true, it still does not mean she was implicated in the crime, knew ahead about the crime, or knew after the fact. As soon as she became suspicious, she went to LE. She did the right thing, and the only thing she could have done. Her deleting messages and not being forthcoming does not indicate she knew or suspected what was going to happen. To me it means she was very embarrassed that LE would learn the details of her scandalous affair. No-one wants the details of their sex life revealed for all to see. She did the wrong thing by not being completely truthful. She should not have deleted what she knew was important evidence. But most of what she revealed about their relationship was actually very useful and important to the investigation, in my opinion. Her input helped to prove CW had a strong motive. In fact the more I find out the more I am convinced his obsession for her may have been the main reason he came to his decision.
She was not sure she wanted to marry a man with kids. Although she claims she did not tell this to Chris, I think he knew. They were planning for their future so the subject must have come up at some point. Although I do think it is a combination of factors, I think his love and anticipation of a new life with her played a huge role.

I think SW was ok with the kids talking to their paternal grandparents. Do you think at that point CW was just trying to add fuel to the fire and make his dad think SW wouldnt alllow them to Facetime? I think SW would have been ok with that. I think ultimately she wanted everyone to get along, abd she hoped her husband could explain that to his parents but as usual, he was too much of a wuss to stand up to anyone..

Sorry if already posted, but I wanted to know what y'all think about whether CW saw the nut incident and the resulting estrangement between SW and his family as advantageous to his plan to murder his family.

From synopsis of with CW's best friend "J" pdf page 644, dp 728,

J said that CHRIS was initially taking SHANANN’s side with the most current fight, but that CINDY then contacted him and told him that CHRIS and SHANANN were going to separate.
CHRIS then told J in text messages that he had seen the true side of SHANANN and was done with her, and didn’t want to be with her anymore. J said that he told CHRIS that he knew this would be a big event in his life and to reach out to him. CHRIS told him that he would, but never did.

When asked what CHRIS meant about seeing the "true side" of SHANANN, J said he didn’t ask. J said that CHRIS’ family has always seen SHANANN as "shady."
J said he never saw it, but all of CHRIS’ family believed that there was something about SHANANN that was bad, and he believed CHRIS had finally seen what his family had been seeing.

J said that CHRIS never specifically told him what was causing him to want to separate from SHANANN, but that he told CHRIS about his conversation with CINDY and what CINDY was saying and CHRIS confirmed that he had seen that side of SHANANN and that he was done.

So shortly after the nut incident CW was telling his family and friends that he finally saw the light and was leaving SW.
Meanwhile he was telling SW that he wanted to work on their marriage right before he murdered them.
Looks to me like CW was planning to have his family and friends back up his evil idiotic plan that SW was so spiteful about the breakup that she had taken his beloved daughters, never to be seen again.
IMO, the CW capitalized on the nut incident, rather than it being any kind of catalyst to the murders.
