I said earlier in the thread, that I couldn't believe the pics I've seen of NK are the same person. Nothing against her looks at all, it's just that she looks so different in different photos.

Question....Are there actual texts of NK telling CW to save his marriage or is that just something she told LE that she told CW?

There are text messages from her asking him if he is working things out and he answers that no, Shanann wants to separate. She is done. But Nichol told LE that she didn't believe it.

NK's interview with the FBI is on pgs 330-333 of the document dump. She contacted LE on 8-14 and went in for an interview on 8-15 with her father.

She knew. She told LE she thought he was lying. He changed his story and told her all of a sudden Shanann didn't want to work it out. She knew right away it was a lie. Imo

It seems you're weighing up the 'triggers' that played a part in CW taking out his family. If we remove the 5 weeks apart, would it have stopped him? We can continue to add to the list and it still won't make sense.
Millions of couples worldwide have children, financial woes, affairs, time apart, attractive co-workers, disagreements etc. and they don't murder their families, particularly their children.
If we go along with this thinking, if CW has everything he wants, when he wants it, discards it when he no longer wants it, everyone is safe. No, that's the right. smh

He would have fallen hard for her whether Shanann was around or not. It wouldn't have changed his decision about the murder. There just would have been more lies and sneaking around if she hadn't gone. It wasn't the the distance, it was because he had never loved another woman like that before. Imo

And really, nothing stands out about her looks wise. She looks like a million other 30 year old females out there. I doubt I would recognize her if I ran into her. And she should learn her lesson and stay away from married men. Maybe she loves drama.

Her real problem might be in securing a decent job. Not many in HR would be delighted about extending an offer to someone who has a documented history of having an affair with a married co-worker, IMO.

I agree that NK had no idea she would be thrust into the spotlight like this for having an affair with CW. I'm sure she had no idea the whole world would know about her. But having an affair with a married man who has a pregnant wife and 2 children is not going to end up being sunshine and roses. There's going to be big problems of one sort or another, murder not usually being one of them. (Although we have all seen enough Dateline, Snapped and ID channel to know it does happen often.) You can't have an affair with a married person and not expect a lot of drama and problems.

i don't know why ml popped into my mind, i could have said Donna Rice or trumps 2nd wife.....chasing a married guy or agreeing to be "caught", a story as old as the hills. Ppl make choices, and are rewarded or burned. I made my own mistakes, too. With nk i am sure she'll be alright. Few think she had anything to do with the murders, i sure don't.

True! I would imagine this is the case being the environment they were in, but do you know if relationships between co-workers is against company policy?

This is true, she's a victim of circumstance but she played a dangerous game because Shanann could've found out and come knocking at her door, or maybe, Frankie. The exposure is larger than she could ever have imagined, she's linked to a murdering , but nonetheless, she played the game with eyes wide open.

NK will be fine, change her look, stop interviews and next year, she'll be right on track again. Her conscience, well that's another thing, therapy might help.

I gave NK the benefit of the doubt when she first came out with her story, but I feel absolutely no sorrow for her at this point. She twisted details and made herself seem naive, when in reality she knew exactly what she was doing all along. Knowingly sleeping with a married man who has his own family speaks volumes about one’s character IMO. The Amber Frey search and “can cops trace text messages” only adds to the level of shadiness. She has lost trust and credibility in my eyes and many others.

The Amber Frey search got me too....you’ve just found out a man you were very close to murdered his entire family and THAT is what you’re searching?!?
