When I first read this, I thought it was pretty bizarre. Wouldn't it seem so obvious to the police officer and NUA that CW was trying to get ahead of them and hide things/make sure everything looked as it should? Under what guise might he have used to justify his actions? I can't think of a decent excuse to get out from under the officer's sight without looking suspicious.

However we are talking about CW here...someone who thought he was so smart that he was smiling in his TV interviews. Yup, CW, you sure had us fooled you sneaky sly one!

He didn't fool me at all. Maybe it's the Domestic Abuse survivor in me. Blinders off picking up on little nuances,and inconsistacies.
It breaks my heart that Shannan,and her precious babies didn't get out alive.
She worked so valiantly to keep her family loved,safe,and happy.
While CW,and NK plotted behind her back.
Not saying I think Nk Helped with the murders, but she sure was gung Ho to replace Shannan at CW,'s side.

Wow. NK really did do her research on Amber Frey. She truly thought that she was going to be the poor and played mistress. Notice the stark similarities to AF in this picture from the type of dress, facial expression and makeup. Unfortunately for NK, she doesn’t seem to possess even a fraction of the character and integrity that AF displayed during her time in the spotlight.

Yes and it was after he told Shanann he would be at Bella's first day of school in the morning. So he knew at 5pm Sunday that he wouldn't be going to school with Bella because Bella wouldn't be going to school.

Has it been discussed that he was seen stopping by his work truck in the Lexus while under surveillance? I can't find the discovery page at the moment, but he was observed moving what appeared to be children's itens and placing said items into a bag.

Later, he was allowed to give his "gym bag" to his father.

Could that bag contain the blankets and stuffed animals?

He was worried about what everyone thought of him. He said it to several people. When he finally confessed to killing Shanann he was worried about what LE thought of him. Throughout the whole thing his only concern was that people would think he wasn't a good guy.

He isn't a good guy. Far from it.

I’m not sure he got enjoyment out of that part of it. I think he said it to appease her, and make her think that everything was going to be ok.

It suited his purposes, as it ensured that she wouldn’t expect the horrors to come.

He wanted to make this easy for himself.

JEREMY said that prior to SHANANN starting with Thrive, she and CHRIS struggled some, financially. JEREMY and JENNIFER said that SHANANN was doing well with Thrive, and that the company paid their car payment, and SHANANN won several trips. They said she was somewhat frugal, and cut coupons and at one point had a part time job at Children’s Place so she could get a discount.

Thanks Tippy. I was just wondering how that would work. I can't see the company putting their name on a car, with all the liability envolved. Then making the payment in some months, maybe not others. I suspect she got a monthly bonus for a car payment, with the car in her own name. Assuming she reached a certain sales level.

eta still confused...wouldn't a Lexus require a humongous dp, unless it was simply a leased car? I bet it was a leased car?

I think there is more going on with the Watts and I’m hoping this 2nd discovery goes into it. I believe their true colors are really showing. According to the MRS host, Jamie and Cindy told her they are the ones who encouraged Chris to write that crazy letter. They gave to defense and it was unsealed after the plea deal.

She also states that she was given information about the state of SWs body from the funeral home as well as "second hand" information from Frankie. I find it difficult to believe he would be willing to speak to the MRS folk, especially after what they've done to his sister.

I feel like this funeral home employee should be out of his/her job.

Then when CW handed the phone to LE, the attachment had been added.

This is bizarre. Why had he removed the attachment and how he reattached it without anyone noticing.

CW was observed stopping at his truck during surveillance but I do not recall that what he moved, touched, or placed in a bag was ever identified. I also thought the bag removed from Lexus at the police station belonged to his Dad (travel bag), and he was allowed to retrieve it when police were taking him to a hotel. During his police confession, CW said the blankets were left along with bed sheet at the CERVI site and likely blew away. No record these items were ever recovered. MOO

Written here somewhere, CW stopped his truck, at a housing estate.
Could he have placed these items into a bin, now gone to landfill?

Total consternation and terror. It is said to be an agonizing death. To Chris I think he just thought it would be the easiest and cleanest way to go.
I bet LE knew how he killed them even before the polygraph. When he was asked to think of all of the ways to kill someone he said, " you could stab someone, shoot someone, you could beat someone or use an object and hit them in the head, poison them.... "then he appeared to be thinking and at that moment when the investigator said, "you can strangle someone," they knew the cause of death. Then he agrees and quickly adds, "you can hang someone." It must have been painfully obvious when he mentioned all the ways except for what he actually did. Imo

Yeah...if those condoms were manufactured late 2017/early 2018 as NK deduced from the expiration date, and CW/SW were trying to have a baby, there is no way he was using those with SW. NK knew when she made that connection that he was lying. I don't think CW was cheating on SW the ENTIRE relationship, but I think he had some flings in that whole year prior to this. He referenced that year of falling out of love several times. I just think that NK was the first one he had "feelings" for.

I think that’s exactly how it works. Sounds great until you don’t qualify for the bonus.

Exactly. And caveat: I don't know if he's a sociopath or psychopath. Probably a narcissist.

A particularly intelligent poster though, early on, challenged my notion that he probably was one of those things. She pointed out how he doesn't fit the criteria really for NPD or APD.

I wish we could've explored that more and other contradictions like that which could've pointed away from CW as a stone cold killer, rather than devolving into the baseless, "open-minded" hate-fest against poor Shanann, that I feel the debate about his possible innocence, became.

Because the contradictions are interesting. The questions about what a murderer of his own kids looks like or can look like, and how he did or didn't match, could've been productive and intellectually-driven.

A psychologist told me a person with NPD is a psychopath whether they ever act on their impulses or not. I was dealing with a stalker who was court ordered to take a psych eval he was diagnosed with MND and a psychopath.

Do you think psychologists will ever interview CW's and make their findings public?

And then the next day says he is in for a fantasy football league. For some reason, that was one thing that really jumped out at me. (I know, there are so much worse things in the report, but this one just really irks.) One - for being so callous that he could even care about fantasy football after murdering his entire family. And two - for being such a dumb criminal who should at least be PRETENDING to care that his family was missing. He was too stupid to even put on the charade. At least act like you are too distraught about your missing pregnant wife and little kids to even respond to emails about joining a stupid fantasy football league. (No offense to fantasy football leagues and fantasy football players.)

A million thoughts passed through her. He is killing me..His past cruel behavior suddenly and finally made sense to her.. thoughts of Bella..CeCe..Nico..Dad..Mom...Frankie...

Heartbreaking, I just can’t imagine. Just why the hell didn’t he go AWOL with NK instead. So many people do that.
