I think she knew exactly what he was getting at when he asked her if she had never found out if Shanann was pregnant would she have stayed with him. Imo

Very tech savvy too, by her own admission. Knew how to cover her tracks, or any facebook stalking. But didn't manage to get rid of the google searches. I'm wondering if she was watching this pregnancy with interest, waiting to see how long it would be before he told her. She seems to have been able to walk away too easily, and that could be a sign she was always holding back and testing him when she [might have] told him to fix it with Shanann.

I know this would never happen, but the investigators could have screwed with Chris by saying "Good news, we found Shanann and the girls and they're alive and well!"

Just to see what his reaction would be.
I know that sounds bad, but it would have been an interesting way to gauge his reaction to finding his missing family.

Even better: ”Chris, we found Shanann and the girls”, not giving away if it was good or bad news.

I think CW would have been totally confused, not knowing if he should put up a happy face or in his pants.

She told both her friend, Charlotte and the detective she wasn’t sure how she felt about CW. Looking at wedding dresses online doesn’t necessarily mean she was selecting the dress for her wedding to CW, I look at wedding dresses all the time, and I’m not getting married. They’re beautiful, I love the fashion, the fabrics, the craftsmanship, the intricate details. I have friends who love looking at them, too. Could have been a “some day” type of thing for NK.

As I've pointed out before it wasn't just looking at wedding dresses. It was google searches for man marries mistress etc. She wouldn't be complaining to Charlotte about him having done it all before if marriage and babies wasn't on her mind.

I’m glad he has been moved for his safety so that he is kept alive and he endures every miserable day locked in a cell till the end of his life. If he is killed behind bars the Watts family could sue the prison service for a substantial amount and I am sure nobody wants that.

If his whereabouts aren’t publicly known does that mean his ‘fan mail’ will stop because nobody will know where to send it? If so great.

I hope he lives in fear every single second of his miserable life.

Just a brain dump and one VERY strong "opinion". But it is all jmo.

Thanks to the poster who quoted the poster who borrowed reddits break down of the discovery pages. I had skipped and didnt see the original post and that thing gave me ALL the courage I needed to "go in" after reading all of your issues with it and the length. Whew!

Still I just took screen shots of what pages I'd like to check and kept scrolling because y'alls comment are so interesting.. so as of last night I'm up to about pg 24/5 when I discover someone posted the discovery

The main thing out of the discovery I have honed in on is MOTIVE.

That ladies and gentlemen IS the motive.
Along with by his own admission and constant professing, he was addicted and his flame wanted nothing to do with him when his babies were around, oh and he is a killer. After reading that I am strongly skeptical of him having considered finances past what NK was throwing at him, alimony or anything else. He just needed them all gone.

What's up with the gift cards? I missed that.

I now see SWs heart was breaking already due to his distance and flat out rejection. Gosh. I had been wondering about 8/11. & now I see the importance. And then I see she even saw the dinner bill.

I am leaning further away from the abusive relationship. Maybe not the healthiest, your normal isn't everyone elses' though and maybe their screaming matches did not affect her as they would another.

She admitted to being a handful and a mess when they met. No judgment on that, but all we really have is the neighbor saying they "fought & he got crazy" and everyone else admiring them and SW herself fighting for her marriage.

There are still some things off with the wording of some of her posts about him and some were probably even feeding his narc. IMO and BELIEVE ME I know how DV victims and abusers can mask the situation.

About thinking NK and he had something longer.
Fall 2017 is of some importance imo the coworker noticed CW started working out. The search for SW was 9/17 presumably. Idunno. We may never.
If not with that all moving so fast maybe she has some type of Dx. BPD maybe with some of what u all described, I'm no professional and haven't even watched. But, who.. in their right mind does all that with a stranger.

I don’t reach the same conclusion. I don’t think she was that invested in him. Thinking about it, yes, but she realized he came with a lot of baggage, and she was considering whether or not to take it on. Then the murders happened.

Don't throw tomatoes at me, but I want them to keep him safe 1) just on the off chance (doubtful, I know) that he will someday reveal what really happened and why, and 2) I want to see a study of his psychological makeup as it relates to other known family annihilators.
