Does the burrito video match what we know about timeline in Discovery doc. i.e., was he really getting breakfast at a convenience store at 8am on 8/13? Or was he still at the oil field?

PS: And the beard looks off/too thin. But supposedly this video is from the DA.

I’m confused about his wardrobe changes. In the neighbor’s driveway video at 5:15 -5:30 am he appears to be wearing a black long sleeve shirt. At 8 am on the DailyMail’s convenience store video, he’s wearing a short sleeve bright orange shirt. Then when he arrives home in the afternoon to greet the cops and open his house, he’s wearing a long sleeve grey shirt. It’s August, so wearing layers would not be appropriate due to the heat.

Where are all these clothes that he’s changing out of? Is he throwing them away in dumpsters? Did he bury them? Is he showering somewhere in between?

Isn’t the smell of human death very strong and repulsive? Yet no one seems to detect it in either the house or on his person, not even the dogs. How did he manage that?

Not sure if this will work to bring over from the last thread -
I agree, and think it makes sense that others have suggested that around the time SW mentions CW is "coming around/moving forward" is also when he's agreeing to things like a weekend trip, school registration, packing the girls backpacks for school, etc. etc. because he knows it's all moot.... IMO

I think so too. Suddenly agreeing to "counseling" and that he "agreed to read the book" and write a letter back to her. Suuuurrrre..... the book he promptly threw in the trash. He had NO intention of doing any of these things IMO. (And two seconds later is saving more nude pics of NK into this secret calculator. And searching for prices for an Audi Q7. (But has a court date coming up for minimal unpaid HOA assessment fees.) And not making arrangements to go to Bella's first day of kindergarten.....and never once mentioning that it was the first day of the school is one of the biggest red flags of all. I am leaning toward thinking this "plan" was set in motion by Friday, if not before.

The August 9th interactions are pretty telling. (Also is the same day that CW sent SW the creepy doll picture.)

2227 hours: Sara Nudd asked how the conversation with watts went. Shanann replied, "omg much better. We talked. He told me he loved me back. Still cold, but not as cold. He even kissed me before going to sleep in basement, which is second kiss since picking him up from airport."

Shanann added, "I want to tell you gender, but you have to keep secret. He wants to wait till l'm back to tell everyone. So Monday." Shanann said, "He agreed to counseling." Shanann said Watts "agreed to read the book I ordered coming tomorrow and write me a letter expressing." Shanann said, "We are going away next weekend. Just us."

There is NO WAY that CW ever planned on going to counseling or reading that book. And intended to write a letter expressing his emotions? It's laughable if the situation wasn't so awful.

Bodies do not smell until they start to decompose or bodily fluids are leaking. Nurses deal with death just about every day and they don't carry a smell of death on them.

Click on where it says "watch this video on you tube"
CW Goes to jail :)
(videos snipped by me)

Watching the booking video ... can you imagine how any of the officers felt being in his presence? Ugh. Makes me shudder.

Do we think this is legit? CW says about three times he made a protein shake that morning. And yes, I know he is a huge liar. But - if he's grilling chicken and making protein shakes and "pounding fruit" and a jar of asparagus at the Sunday birthday party, I feel like a high fat, greasy *convenience store* burrito doesn't exactly fit in with his macros.

ETA: Could this be footage that someone turned over because it resembled CW, but wasn't actually confirmed to be him? You would think we would have read about his truck's GPS tracking catching a stop here. And how would he even have time to stop with that timeline?

I found this article regarding affairs types interesting and worth the read.

Having An Affair? There Are Six Different Kinds

The "It's-Only-Lust" Affair. The most common, it's mostly about sex. It can feel really intense, but it's also the quickest to flame out

The "I'll-Show-You" Affair. Rachel began realizing the depth of her anger and resentment towards her husband after years of an unhappy marriage.

The "Just-In-The-Head" Affair. Can you call it an affair if the "lovers" don't have sex?

The "All-In-The-Family" Affair. Bill thought this was fail-safe, because no one would suspect. He and his wife's sister finally had sex after years of mutual, erotic teasing.

The "It's-Not-Really-An-Affair" Affair. We humans are experts at creating illusions for ourselves. In this affair one party is available but the other isn't. The available partner believes that the other really will leave his or her spouse, given enough time and patience.

The "Mind-Body"Affair. Here's the most dangerous one of all for the lovers' existing relationships. It's so powerful because it feels so complete -- emotionally, sexually, intellectually, spiritually.

Great point about his healthy diet and this burrito.

I dont think that is him. Beard looks different and i think he was still at Cervi 319 at that time.
The article says this was at 8am. If this was him, I don't see why he wouldn't have mentioned. There would be no reason to hide stopping in a store. The bodies would have been long disposed of. I don't think it's him. I think he packed his chicken too and wouldn't have eaten that. And the source IS the Daily Mail.....

CW and NK went camping for a weekend in Great Sand Dunes park. If he texted, or answered texts or calls from SW, why could she not see his different location? Or, if he had turned off his location, you'd think she would have noticed that.

I also don't think it's him. I think the video is likely legit - meaning it actually came from the 3TB dump, but that doesn't mean it's CW. They also obtained some footage (that I assume is included) from a Walmart (IIRC) of a possible sighting of SW and the girls that they ruled out.

Didn't she complain that he ignored some of her calls and texts when she was in NC?

I have my location turned on, as does my husband, but neither of us show a location when we text? Both on Android but this has been using Apple as well. Is this maybe a provider-based 'thing'? Or maybe it's a feature I'm unaware of? Curious what others weigh in with.

I also remember that, but it seemed it was for hours, not days.

I have only a flip phone not connected to internet. But on FB if I want to have my location toggled on, it will show where I post from. I don't use location, but you'd think they would, having a family and all.

DH, DD and I use iPhones. We are in a family sharing arrangement and you can see our locations in "find my iPhone" app but not attached to individual texts/iMessages. The only place I've seen the location attached to messages is in FB messenger, but I don't think any FB messages are included in the discovery. It sounds to me like they primarily texted/iMessaged

Jay is 4 Justice
At your own risk of having your mind turn to mush. She goes on and on and on, every now and then addressing the case. She is the calmer one of ex-MRS, IMO, and does believe that CW "did it all", as opposed to the other half of the MRS duo who was always ragging on SW. She and guests liberally sprinkle all those cuss words that we can't use here, like teenagers who just discovered the freedom of cussing as a college freshmen, away from family.

ETA: if both this podcast and the exMRS have gotten a hold of discovery items: Lest we forget that they spread the false autopsy info on SW in the first place.
