I don't think it's true because nothing Inmate Watts says is true. I think he took it off SW's finger right before he buried her. I think he put it in his pocket. Then at the house all he had to do is pull out the ring and say he found it on the nightstand. JMO.
And given that he called NK to ask what to do with the ring...the real question was, “do you want the ring?” She told him to pawn it, which meant, no.

I think he his SW’s Apple Watch for the same reason - to ask NK if she wanted it.

Brrr...horrible type.

He probably tossed the clothes he was wearing out the window, along with the babies blankets and stuffed animals.
He a monster. Killing and tossing out his daughters blankets and stuffed animals is unimaginable.

Yes that is possible. Maybe thinking of pawning that too?

Once you get past the lying, manipulating, and victim bashing, they really are decent people.

Even the people on their good side, are on their bad side.

I found RW’s lack of emotion during CW’s confession (to killing Shannan) . Maybe it was an element of shock that came into play, but you would think if he found out his grand babies were strangled, he would be distraught... all sense of hope gone?

CW was NOT going to admit to dumping those girls in the oil tanks in front of his dad. The investigators sensed this and encouraged him to step out of the room to make his text/call to family members . They were very in tune with what they needed to do in order to pull info from him.
They made him feel like he would be viewed as the “good dad” by taking care of his babies one last time .... allowing investigators to locate them. He was so overly concerned with the opinions of others...this is what seemed to bother him the most. I saw the most emotion when the question “What will people think of me” was running through his mind. People viewing him as a monster was more devastating to him than the heinous acts he committed upon his own family.

Doesn't look like the same person.
I saw that hos weight said 190. I thought he weighed like 225. If true, he has lost a lot of weight.

Do many people take their wedding ring off to sleep? I only ever took my rings off when I was making pastry.

I take mine off every night. I have a special stand for them in my bathroom. If I sleep with my rings on I end up scratching myself (or my husband) with the stones. Or my fingers fall asleep. And I never shower with my rings on either. I'm too afraid of losing them (or the stones) down the drain.

It's odd LE never found the little girl's blankets and toys? Wonder where they went?
He told LE the blankets and stuffed toys were at the oil site. Strange, how they were never found. As kirkassoc said:
he tossed everything out the truck.

Exactly. Those investigators played on his weaknesses beautifully.

They knew he wasn’t going to confess to murdering them all, so they fed him the story that SW may have killed the kids.

He obviously liked that one, and it certainly moved the ball.

They wanted those bodies, and they made him receptive to giving them up.

No father ever decides to annihilate hmy
is family just to avoid such hardship, IMO. It's usually a combination of factors plus an incredible defect of character and the mind.

When it's financial often the annihilator dads kill themselves too. But if it is just to avoid support, crazy dads may just kill the wife.

Typically, however, there's more than just one issue. It's usually loss of control and/or an affair and/or failures or lies that might come to light and/or an unwanted pregnancy, etc.

The family court system is not responsible for the family annihilator phenomena.

My husband had to garnish wages as an employer for men who did not pay their child support. They would complain about the 25-30% they had to pay,

My husband told them they were lucky. He told them 100% of his pay went for his family. ( he was disgusted by their attitude)

IIRC, CW stopped near an Erie landfill, he could have dumped it there but this isn't a fact just a guess.

I view it in a different way.

All his life someone told him what to do. It would be interesting to see how his life was before the marriage, btw, who was it?

Mom did, Shanann did, Nichol did. And here he is standing with dad, waiting for Dad to tell him what to do.

Dad may be indecisive, or really not know what to say.

So the police takes him away and says, essentially, “do the right thing”. Someone took the responsibility. And he does the right thing.

The reason I went through it is that I am still perplexed at his decision to kill the family. Was it his only own decision, or did he think that it was expected of him?

In prison, I think, he will eventually find someone who will tell him what to do. And if/when that person is released, there may be a crisis.

And I hope he is alive. Too many unanswered questions.

Worse. Atleast mommy spews her vitriol in public.

Her daughter does it from the shadows of the Internet, manipulating weak-minded people who are willing to grasp on to anything with which to attack Shanann.

“I’m friends with CW’s sister! She’s telling me all these things that no one else knows.”

Lies.
I’m no shrink, but I don’t think they think what they’re saying is lies. It’s so weird to me. For example, their treatment of Shanann over the nuts issue was not only life threatening to CeCe, it was disrespectful, self-serving, and obnoxious, but they can’t ever be wrong. There’s no place for introspection in their lives, they’ve got to fight and win, and in order to do that, they have to find a reason to blame the other person involved. They came up with bi-polar for Shanann. Then they went around telling people that. That is crazy.

BBM. Of course they knew it was lies. Not only lies, but malicious acts like the nut incidents. RW lied when he said that CW told him that he could not put the dead girls with his dead wife. No such conversation took place.
Of course they lied when they said SW did not have lupus and the girls did not have asthma.
How would they know. They would not, so they lied.

First of all, I love the name "Inmate Watts" lol. Like you, I was always suspicious of why SW's phone (and watch) would be under the couch pillows and thought CW hid them. Shanann was very organized and seems more like the type to lay these items on a table, near a charger. While studying family annihilators, I came across this fact from a study in the UK on FAs: "Sixth, typically escape routes are blocked, and a time chosen when the family are near-at-hand, sleeping or watching TV. Keys are hidden." So, if CW did hide them, it's in keeping with this psychological profile. The study also found, "Seventh, it is likely that there have been “lesser” preparatory and experimental attacks before the final showdown." I thought of the photo of the doll that CW sent to SW when I read that. Another point from the study, "He likely relies on past romance or deep-seated trust" - this brought to mind CW's sudden turnaround before SW went on her trip, agreeing to go to counseling, promising to work on their relationship.

I cannot take credit for the name Inmate Watts. I saw @PommyMommy using it first. It fits him. For the rest of his life he will be Inmate Watts and nothing else. He will never get any honored titles like father, daddy, husband, or beloved ever again. When he annihilated his family he destroyed the only people in this world that bestowed upon him titles such as "my hero" and "my rock". Monster and loser are too nice of titles for this family annihilator. Inmate Watts deserves to be called many ugly names but that is against the TOS here (and I don't usually use profanity myself). So Inmate Watts it is. :D

You know, he looks crazy here. He looks odd on most photos, but on this one, scary.
Have you seen the picture of him with SW in San Diego, June 2018? She's sitting with her legs in the jacuzzi, and he's standing behind her, ribbing the back of her neck? He's looking at her in the most sinister way.... IMO.... it used to be on SW's FB page if you want to look... June 2018...

Yeah there are a lot of dysfunctional families out there but most don't end up with a murderer in their family. It's always easier to blame someone else instead of taking responsibility and owning what we do. It just seems to be a part of human nature, IMO.It does take some introspection which a lot of people don't want to do and discover who and what they really are inside, although that usually comes with some level of maturity IMO.

Somewhere in those docs CW or someone says Shanann only took her rings off to dye her hair.

No menAll he is ever will be is some dumb 🤬🤬🤬 P whipped selfish 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 that blindsided everything that was precious and gracious to him and made him look good (which is a first for him we now know) and it shows physically mentally and emotionally in every way, he is LESS THAN NOTHING NOW!

He probably wanted to pawn it so he could go to Aspen with his girlfriend, that's the way this shallow narcissist thought!!
Did you see the part where NK tells CW to pawn the rings??
