I do, but I once looked Ted Bundy in the eye.
Ohhhh, that made me <shiver>. Scary. Bundy was nice-looking when he wanted to be -- based on the pics I saw, but people who got close to him said his eyes were frightening.

I wonder if CW has that same scariness.

Where? I was in a van at Fisheating Creek in Palmdale Fla. And later at his trial in Miami.

We stood outside the courthouse after he was arrested here in aspen for killing a nurse. He smiled and waved at everybody. Creepy stuff.

I am afraid that's what it looks like, or defense wouldn't be asking for DNA evidence and other physical evidence. I am guessing he confessed to hiding the bodies but not the murders.

wow ee \\

so could that mean she killed her self or he killed her for killing her kids??

I agree the goal will never/can never be complete prevention. Results will be slow as it is a significant cultural shift in our education systems, social services, criminal justice systems, and family systems. But we are already seeing positive outcomes.

As result of the Adverse Childhood Experiences (Aces) study, we now understand trauma is a public health issue, not a mental health issue. That combined with neuroscience over the last decade that shows the neurological impact, we are making significant strides in understanding personality disorders, physical health disorders, psychological health disorders, psychopathy, on and on.

I do think overtime we can make a large impact on personality disorders (more so prevention) and antisocial behavior as we continue to adapt to understanding trauma as a public health issue. MOO.

Yes yes yes. A million times yes, People can read about ACES online. Excellent info.

He looks gross to me. Because I know what he did. But he is conventionally attractive. Hard to say about that creep. But he has even skin, symmetrical features and his body is toned.

None of it matters. He is repulsive in all ways.

Without knowing what I know about him I would say he’s a “looker.”
Meaning he’s easy to look at. I’m the type that needs to talk to someone before I can decide if they’re attractive or not.

While this has not been brought up, I wondered if the hiding the girls in tankers with oil/gas was a way to hide any signs of sexual abuse. The autopsies are going to be a mess with the chemicals.

Reasonable doubt? Really? The guy confessed. Which surprised me, he is obviously not as intelligent as JM or SP.

The theories now are that he killed his wife and children due to financial difficulties? I can't wrap my head around that. But if you read about MLM scams, the companies actually encourage the sales people to live beyond their means, living a fantasy life, while getting further and further into debt. Jon Taylor did quite a bit of research on MLM and the psychology behind them, and how they do destroy relationships. MLM-thetruth.com.

Sad. Those little girls are absolutely precious.

oh brother

the abuse speculation led me to bad places maybe she walked in on him and that was the emotional conversation

he would also know that the cops would be questioning the children about their mommy so maybe he was afraid one of them might say something

only speculating

Chris Watts' attorneys request for DNA samples suggest daughters were strangled
Newly released court documents (motion filed by defense to compel coroner to take DNA fromnecks.throats of the chuldren) -- suggest daughters may have been strangled.

In the motion filed Friday, DNA expert Richard Eikelenboom concludes that DNA evidence “would remain on the necks of the decedent children.”
[Eikelenboom is a forensic scientist who has claimed to be a DNA expert in trials in Colorado and across the United States, but was discredited two years ago in a 2013 sex assault case in Denver District Court.]

The motion, which also indicates the children’s bodies were submerged in crude oil for four days, was dismissed by the judge.

The manner and cause of death of all three bodies are pending further laboratory results and will not be released at this time.

The request for the defense to have their own dna expert there was denied. Also denied was the motion for the defense to dictate the manner in which dna is collected and the autopsies performed.
