Fox News video says neighbors camera caught him loading bags and a gas can in truck at 5 am. Also pics of site where they were found on here

I'm confused by that, too. How could there have been room?
In most of Colorado, an oil well is a tank. The gas that is naturally mixed with the oil creates a pressure that helps propel the oil into the tank portion. The term well and tank are used interchangeable. They are large tanks with ladders up to the top that employees go up to access the oil for measurements and testing.

Also, everyone has been mentioning this being a plant or being his work place. Local MSM said it was land owned by his employer. I would guess it was an empty field with a couple of these wells/tanks in it. Not skmeoshso anyone worked other than showing up bi-weekly, or monthly, or so to pump the oil out. This wasn't a plant or a place with employees coming and going like I think people are envisioning. Not a place with secured access, or cameras...just a tank in a farm field.
ETA:: I haven't seen this specific location, but that's my assumption based on the media report of it being land owned by Anadarko.

Why would his lawyers want dna test? To prove paternity?

Thanks! I was just reading up on these patches and it appears as though they’re like having a constant Red Bull running through your veins. Scary! This article says that thousands of ER visits and hospitalizations each year are attributed to these supplements.
Dietary supplements lead to thousands of hospitalizations each year, study finds
They were put in crude tanks. Crude and oil are not the same thing. Oil is thinner and free flowing. Crude is the heaviest part and is like asphalt or grease. Very sticky. I don't think the tiny bit of DNA from CW that might be on their necks could ever be recovered after these babies had been in crude for four days. I am thinking about how hard it would be to get this crude off of the bodies. I think maybe the defense hopes to use the lack of DNA as an argument that he did NOT strangle them. Guessing that later they will say that he did not do it but confessed to keep from getting the death penalty.

Do any of the locals know what time shifts usually run at his former employer? He lived 37 miles from work. And we know he left at 5:15. Did his shift start at 6? or do shifts normally start at 8? I'm just wondering if that was an usually early time for him to leave, to leave time for body disposal. Or if he left on time and the disposal was very rushed.

I think he killed the girls first, Sunday night, and kept them in the house. He would want to show his handiwork to his wife to hurt her and horrify her. So she comes home, she finds her deceased daughters, and then he kills her. Then he disposes of all three at once so he only has to make one trip. ( since we heard about him backing the truck in at 5:15 AM, I'm assuming we would have also heard if he had done it a second time prior to that.)
His employer owns land all over the state. There's nothing saying the place he went 37 miles away was where he actually worked daily. I actually think it was not. It was a rural, secluded spot that would be visited less than weekly.

Maybe he was "consumed with anger" that the baby wasn't his? In his sick twisted mind - probably his lawyer grasping at a defense. Blame the victim and drag her reputation thru the mud.

I thought the same after reading the article. Will the defense say SW killed the children and CW killed SW as a result?
The only way that could even remotely be believable is if her DNA is under their nails, and their DNA is under hers. Along with defense wounds such as abrasions on her arms. CW could have actually staged that so that the children's DNA is actually under her nails, and vice versa. It makes me feel sick to even suggest that, but nothing else makes sense about the defense asking for that specific forensic evidence.

That poor ME who had to perform the autopsies on these little girls. I would imagine autopsies on small children murdered are hard enough on them, but being submerged in crude oil for four days adds another hard layer to this already difficult job.

There is absolutely no reason that would explain killing your own children. He is pure evil.
Well, possibly one could be driven to just that if in a situation where the children were facing gruesome torture, like in WW2 when some Japanese mothers jumped into the ocean with their kids because they were told that the occupying forces were going to torture their children...that's about the only time I could fathom that happening.

Agree. There was a picture on here. The location was an oil pad where they are producing. Info about his work has been minimal but he was described as being an operator which is usually, as far as I know, someone working inside the processing plant. He work still have knowledge of the desolate pads.

Do we know a verified last sighting of the girls ? Is it possible they were murdered before she arrived home?

Oil tanks have manways in them so that workers can enter them and maintenance them. Usually they are at the top. Some have manways on the side as well. She looked pretty lean. She would have fit into one. There are cameras on most of these sites, and little girls could be wrapped to looked like something else. A grown woman would have been harder to explain. He would have most likely had to carry her up a side ladder for a distance of 20 or 30 ft. That would not have been easy.

I wish we knew what his job actually was ! Saying worked for an airline is not helpful ! What was his duties

if it is accurate that the plant closed then "worked for" might have a different meaning-

when i saw that aerial pic my first thought was gosh that place looks deserted -- two tire tracks only

Seems to be a birthday party on Sunday.

I believe he killed them before she got home.

Interesting thought CARIIS...he went snooping through her stuff while she was gone and found something.

and oh

that doll thing is not ok

i thought really i dont think a kid would do that

and if they did if i was a parent i sure as heck would not posting it online

talk morbid

oh look how adorable that -- they made what looks like a murder scene

sorry guys that was just shocking to me to when i first saw it

Why would a kid leave out the legs ?

it seems like a kid would leave the head out like it was someone tucked in a bed not a corpse at murder scene -- strange stuff imo

I am confused about that weird picture. I saw it before it was taken down and saw comments from Shannan- joking - something like the girls would stick together regarding "the crime".
I don't know if it was sent to her or if she took it ?

Of course I could be wrong;

Looking at the ingredients of the Thrive patch I don’t think any of the ingredients had any major side effects for the user.

For reference the ingredients are:

  • ForsLean
  • Green coffee bean extract
  • Garcinia Cambogia
  • CoQ10
  • White willow bark
  • Cosmoperine
Side effects of the Thrive patch:

  • Itchy skin
  • Hot flashes
  • Skin irritation
  • Muscle cramping
  • Headaches
  • Stomach upset
  • Anxiety
  • Irregular heart rate
  • Skin discoloration

I don't know where you got the ingredients list, but if from the product literature, who knows if it is a complete list? I wonder if an independent lab or suspicious user of said patches has done any analysis?

Well, crap. Now I'm thinking maybe that's why he caved so fast--he knows what evidence will\might be found on the bodies? Might be trying for reasonable (to him) doubt?

No way Shannan did this--I mean, look who's still standing.

Sickening.

Based on googling of 'oil field operator" he could have driven
heavy equipment like a crane or smaller stuff to carry pipes
around.
Maybe he used a crane to carry the girls up to top of tank to
dump them but he didn't have time to take SW up before
he had to get back to his other work. ??
