During the preliminary hearing we learned that investigators were advised to look for 3 items that should have been together, one of them was Suzanne's journal.

In the AA, one of the daughters also confirmed the existence of a journal.

We do also know that remains that could have been a journal for were found in the fireplace.

Amazingly, the one person on earth with motive to burn that journal "did not recall" that Suzanne even had one.

This AA is the gift that keeps on giving, as I notice new things every time I look at it.

@MassGuy: Praying the prosecution is poring over Websleuths on a daily basis!! They could learn so much from our experts ;).

When he was trying to convince LE that he had used tranquilizer on deer to saw off their antlers, he said
“ I’m telling ya, I’m a redneck and when I moved here and saw deer in my yard ,I said I’m gonna get them antlers”
Paraphrasing .
He’s not humane. And he gives rednecks a bad name.
JMO

100% agree! My husband is a "redneck" or "country boy" and this is not something he would do. Walking through the woods to find antlers already shed off, absolutely. Tranquilizing them to take them nope. Shooting chipmunks? No. This man is ridiculous.

The actual question in the OP was about the arrival time Sunday and I believe the MSM link confirmed the arrival time at HIE via the Colorado Springs route.

Nonetheless, thank you @Tumbleweed for the AA citation that CC was already in Colorado Springs (and for whatever reason ended up) joining the crew in Denver [Broomfield] on Monday morning.

Going back to the MSM, I also think was reasonable to conclude that MG set out to collect CC in Colorado Springs when somewhere along the way, CC (or MG) changed their mind, where CC instead met up with the crew on Monday morning.

Perhaps CC learned after the fact that JF had been added to the crew (true), resulting in him wanting to drive up by himself in the morning. I can see this being the case-- especially if CC suddenly realized he was probably expected to share a room with JP. JMO.
According to CC in his interview with LE he called BM at 1:45 on May 10 about the job.

I do believe this was a fantasy of his, but I have no reason to believe he acted upon it.

What I find most important is how convincing he's trying to be. He's trying to sell Grusing this story, and "I'm telling ya" is his tell.

Just like his hands were his tell when he was trying to be convincing to Tyson.

Right? I’m tellin ya translates to I know You but don’t believe me or I know this sounds far fetched.

But the DISHONEST ballot that BM mailed in was flagged by the system and never went through the next steps of being accepted, opened and counted and put through a machine to cast a vote.
So I would say that voting by mail or Dropbox works very well in Colorado and prevents illegal voting from happening.
JMO
Yes -- SM's ballot was never opened and the only reason the candidate was identified was because BM told authorities who he selected on SM's ballot form.

I grew up in deer-hunting country. The hunters I knew would purchase licenses, hunt on lands when and where hunting was permitted, and follow the laws.

As opposed to someone else we have been discussing.

Isn't everybody?
Lol, that's why it made it hard to make my point.

You have Barry, who speaks and thinks on a very low level. It's like he's this "meathead jock," Hollywood tv/movie character:

"...cause I never seen it on her phone."

"...went to the job site and seen it."

"...because I fired her and don't let her work for me anymore."

Then you have Grusing, who is measured, articulate, and incredibly savvy and smart.

Barry was playing Connect 4 against a chess master.

I was searching the affidavit for something else, and came upon this. What a complete sleezeball.

...During these recordings, Barry told Holly words to the effect, "you are Suzanne to me," he held her hand while in the car, gave her a kiss good night, told her Suzanne would approve of whatever would happen in their relationship, and twice touched Holly's breasts, pretending like the touches were accidents when her husband's head was turned away or not looking.

I shows the level of entitlement he feels to do that with Holly’s husband right there. All these little things add up to one big guilty sleaze.

"Thats my husband with .22 relaxing by running around the house shooting chipmunks.

Hope a through bullet doesn't hit a neighbor."

Huh? Is that a state in this country? I never heard if that. I always vote in person with an ID.
Colorado had been a mail in voter state at least since 2013
Your ballot is received in the mail, you can mail it back or drop in a ballot box
Never had an issue

Why would biking clothes be missing??? According to what I've read here, she was in a bathing suit when she went missing!
I thought BM said a white string shirt last time he saw her. In bed of course, snoring? But he didn't see her in bed, just heard her so when did she wear a white string shirt. Am I confused? Feel free to correct me.

They "ALLOW" it but you can vote in person, which is the only honest way to vote IMO, with an ID.
Read up on Colorado’s mail in voting
Absolutely zero fraud
I’ve “honestly “ voted that way for years as have millions of others

I would think it was all of the looping back around to the same questions. Just spinning in circles and tossing out random projectiles.
Their goal is to confuse. Confused people look dumb, confused people must not be telling the truth because they're too dumb to remember. Chaos. moo

This is all news to me. The state I live in and the one my adult kids live in all had in-person voting! The only ones getting mail-in ballots were people in nursing homes and hospitals. I assumed it was this way all over.

Covid changed a lot of voting procedures across the country for the past year and a half.

Exactly.
MOO BM knew it was fraud to vote for Suzanne, that why he didn't take that last step and sign her name as her guardian or POA.
