Agree, the pics of "the hunt" are very helpful. IMO Barry came home with a plan to immediately execute. Since he saw her last sunbathing, I think his plan was to simply shoot her outside with the 22 (so there'd be no evidence in the house) and then bury/hide her body. I think it would be easier to clean up any blood evidence outside, if it existed. But I don't think she was outside, and perhaps taking a shower as others have surmised, so, he went to the garage and got tranquilizer dart(s) and headed to the master bedroom, where he had to break down the door to get to her. I think he had planned for either contingency.

My desire for location data is centered more around "the disposal". Where is she? We don't have location data on the property for Friday night (really Saturday morning) but we do know that from 12:06 AM to 6:46 AM (~7 hours) Barry's phone had AIRPLANE MODE ON while at the Morphew residence with an unusual amount of location activity. Was he preparing a burial location? What else would he be doing (IMO)?

Then later, from 2:47 PM to 10:17 PM (~7.5 hours) , AIRPLANE MODE ON again, and we all have our opinions on what transpired, but IMO, it started with “the hunt” as shown in the pics. But what about disposal?

My first inclination is that he disposed of her body before 10:17 PM while Airplane Mode was “on”. (I think his assumption would be that if Airplane Mode was “on”, then GPS would be “off”, so he would think he is untraceable.) We do have some location data from the truck telematics, which puts him near the house during that time period. But what about the phone data? Does it show him out and about the property, going back and forth to the garage every hour or two, to open and close doors? If so, where was he? Or did he put his phone in the truck or garage and it sat still during that time, in which case it would look like he was in the garage/house the whole time, and LE wouldn’t have any interesting location data to analyze. I think that is probably the case. And if true, he could have been working on the disposal for a couple hours, head back to the garage to open/close doors, work disposal some more, open close doors some more, etc. And, I don’t think this would preclude him putting her in a mine shaft either. There are several close enough.

My second inclination is that he disposed of her body between 10:17 PM and ~3:25 AM May 10 and I think this is what LE believes? But at this time, his phone is not in Airplane Mode. I think he would believe that they could trace his movements during that time. But interestingly (brain fart?), his phone moves down to near where the bike was found, and then gets brought back to the house at 4:32 AM, before being turned back into Airplane Mode for about an hour during his Garfield trip. So, what does the location data of the phone show after 10:17 PM? Is it stationary, left in the truck or better yet, the house, so he can portray being asleep or is it moving about outside? When are the unusual 210 locations occurring? Are they all after 3:25 AM time or is some of it quite a bit earlier? This is the data that I am wondering about. I just hope he kept the phone on him the entire time, but since they haven't found her I am having doubts. If I am missing some phone location data from these timeframes, please let me know.

On May 12th he was at the Poncha Market allegedly digging in the trash can and then wrote the note about what she ‘might” have been wearing.

Butala is a store manager at the market and watched Barry on May 12th around 8 p.m. write the note on the back of a receipt.

I just had a thought that the DNA that the Defense claims was found in 4 places in the house could be from the daughter’s boyfriend. Is the Defense trying to say this DNA matches the DNA found in Suzanne’s car?

I believe MH2 was swabbed for comparison. There is an extra redaction in the AA as to excluded males. He was still a minor.

I agree about the phone theory.

I believe the AA stated there were 80 events about the truck. It did not state how many times the doors were opened or closed. There was a lot of discussion here on that issue. It may have indeed been only five or six times.

As far as him being at Mens Wearhouse, I still think he was regrouping. Trying to figure out what to do next. A place where no one was around and he could be still.

He had the hotel room and stayed in it about five hours. But I think he was pacing, washing up, waiting for a call. Very hyper and nervous. I think he said he was watching TV but I bet he couldn’t tell you what he was watching.

It seems to me sitting in a parking lot with no one there gave him some time to think and get his thoughts together. Not sure one can do that while driving; not after committing a murder. JMO.

He was not just sitting there at Men's Wearhouse.

From 10:47 AM to 11:18 AM, the location of Barry’s phone was in or beside the lot of Men’s Wearhouse, 160 E Flatiron Crossing Drive, Broomfield, CO. From 10:50 AM to 11:17 AM, the driver and passenger doors of the F-350 were opened and closed at least seven times in the parking lot near Men’s Wearhouse, 160 E Flatiron Crossing Dr, Broomfield. Barry said, “Not to my knowledge.” Barry was asked if he took things to a trash can and he replied, “I could’ve.” Barry was told he was there for about 40 minutes and asked if he remembered what he was doing there. Barry said, “I think I was still cleaning my truck, umm, yeah, yeah I mean, like I said, I just uh, I would, I was probably getting crap out of my truck like I said, which I’ve done my whole entire life.” (Agents labeled this as Trash Run #4). I'm unsure if Barry was pacing around the room or trying to get a little nap in. He was pretty sure the hard part was over.

Yes, hearing the convos could be interesting.
I do, however, find that I really dislike BM as a person, independent of the death of Suzanne. I find it hard just reading his direct quotes and still be able to maintain some objectivity as far as what is known and what I believe to be true. I think that hearing it would make that even worse.
You are very much the champion of sticking to the facts and have reminded us frequently of things on which the evidence is sketchy. While I might not always like it , I appreciate it.

Want to add that I too appreciate @Momofthreeboys, our own Sgt. Friday. We may not agree on much about this case, but you're willing to stay in the mix and reconsider as the info comes and that's all I ask of anyone.

This jury will likely have some nerds and tekkies on it....but it will likely also have people who are accustomed to meat and potatoes information. Can the entire jury process and fully comprehend the details and connect the dots?

I do plan on working out the animations on Google Earth, but I need to have the timeline as accurate as possible before I start.

Do we know if anyone got the transcripts for PH Day 3 & 4? Is anyone looking at getting the transcripts for the current series of shenanigans? E & N are a fount of GPS locations and precise times while trying to discredit the telematics and CAST reports.

I'm reasonably certain that if someone had the time to dedicate to the search, the floor plan for the PP house could be found on a Colorado architect/house plans website. It would be a long, probably incredibly repetitive search, though. Home plans websites tend to have a LOT of crossover and I just don't have the time or attention (literally, ADHD) to dedicate to that.
