A cancer diagnosis will come with a hell of daily challenges and struggles to deal with so I hope that BM will shut the you know what up! Yep, I finally said it. Something I’ve wanted to say since first reading about this case, and reading his comments. Stress is horrible anyway, especially for a cancer patient, and something that Suzanne no longer needed in her life, and she probably realized it. I believe that she was taking her life back, taking her power and control back and that meant getting BM out of her life. Unfortunately, BM’s ego because he's narcissistic couldn’t take it and had other plans. :(

Of course this is speculation, moo.

For me, the only cancer factor was a question I had when the needle sheath first was revealed a couple years ago. I "asked" did she have a port, did she use a needle to flush and clean the port, did the daughter help her...those kinds of questions. Any family that has a family member going through cancer treatments has added stress and no one in the family is "immune" from that stress and dynamics. They were also self insured so that adds not only the emotional and day to day stresses but could have potentially added financial stress on top of a daughter in college and many of us know what those costs are. So no, "shutting" up about what they all were going through doesn't give any additional insight into the stressors. Agree that Suzanne contemplating divorce and increasing marital tension added additional stress - and that again is stress on everyone in that family. Doesn't exonerate BM but sets the scene for everyone in the family's perceptions.

Nothing new, even though tweet shows a 5/18/2023 date.

Barry Morphew filed a $15 million lawsuit this month against authorities who accused him of killing Suzanne Morphew, who has not been seen since around Mother’s Day in May 2020.

5/15/2023

Morphew's daughters said they support their father.

"I've never had a shred of doubt" about his innocence, said Macy Morphew, 19.

Mallory Morphew, 24, added: "Not one."

A Chaffee County sheriff’s spokesperson declined to comment Monday: "In keeping with the standing policy of Chaffee County and Sheriff’s Office, we do not offer comment on pending or active litigation or on-going investigations."

It is really concerning about the two supportive daughters. They're victims but it's interesting seeing the support given to their father. jmo
I have to believe they are just compartmentalizing. On one hand, they know their mom isn't coming back, and on the other hand their dad says he didn't do it, his case dismissed so....I think it's probably easier for them to choose to believe he's innocent so they still have that part of their family unit. I also think there's an element of fear there too. He's out and free and so far has gotten away with murder. They're adults but young & might be desperate to keep what stability they have left. And if their home life was turbulent they might even feel more panicked at the thought of more instability. It's sad, really. Frustrating but sad.

Jmo, but MM2 was telling the truth 3 years ago, when divulging aspects of her home life to her boyfriend and again to Sgt Hysjulien on that initial interview - I believe she has endured relentless months of gaslighting and psychological torture for that, from many people on the Morphew side.
It's not just Suzanne those girls have left behind 3 years ago, but it's the entire Moorman family - Barry got his wish - Suzanne and ANYTHING/ANYONE linked with her has just, simply disappeared. Those girls are in a darker world now because of their Dad, really hope they can find their way through those shadows cast by him and see the light of the truth one day.

This is an evil money grab, and Barry has his daughters fooled, but on a non emotional level, I respect the hell out of it. The timing was perfect, as it disrupted the anniversary. Iris knows he did it, and knows what he is. This is genius though, regardless of the outcome.

The hand holding creeps me out. I just wish Barry had the stones to do interviews on his own, no props to show that Suzanne’s daughters choose him. He needs that affirmation always. IE is a whole other story. She’s a good attorney, I’ll give her that. And I see she is on her own now, no more Eytan Nielsen.

Thinking of it as you present it, it's even more evil (my opinion). If he is innocent, this isn't the actions of an innocent man. An innocent man would want all eyes on the anniversary and all attention on his still missing wife. Yet, here it is again, just more of the same, poor Barry and he has been wronged. Nothing about his wife.

Now if he's guilty, it all makes sense. A guilty man doesn't want attention on his missing wife and certainly doesn't want anyone to find her. Distraction makes sense.

It is creepy.

It's not creepy when loving families hold hands and comfort one another in a natural way. What they do feels awkward to watch and not at all like it's a reaction to emotions that come up. just like waltzing out of the court flaunting around for the camera as if to say "screw you".. it feels forced and fake. Barry is a grown man. He shows no sadness for his missing wife. He isn't comforting his children and there is not natural emotion coming from him that then gets a response from one of the girls to grab his hand or put their hand on his shoulder or something like that, it's like a staged fake display from the start and then nothing they say matches facial expressions or body language. In my opinion it's all bizarre. Even those that struggle to show emotions don't look this awkward.

When is Barry concerned about his girls losing their mom? When is HE comforting them? When is this story not just all about him?

I can see it the other way. If I was truly innocent and 3 years had passed - I was arrested, charged with murder, spent time in jail, my family wrecked, heard/watched the shenanigans with the DA, I would be bitter, vengeful and out of my mind. Another year that passed and they are still focusing on me- I would not think the focus was on finding my missing spouse. I would want an attorney like Iris E. to go flip the investigation upside down and expose it all. imo

These three things most of us know to be true:

Barry Morphew murdered his wife on the day before Mother’s Day, 2020.

He told lie after lie, but the prosecution ducked it up.

To believe he is innocent, is to be ignorant of evidence (most of the country), or some willful disregard of reason, evidence, and logic.

Barry Morphew, a proven 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 (fraud, sexual harasser, and psychological and physical abuser etc), will get away with the murder of his wife.

The only chance now is that someone stumbles upon her body (astronomically unlikely imo), or Necrosearch has another one of their many miracles.

The latter is the best bet for justice, in the case of a man so stunningly guilty, it defies belief he’s not in prison.

I once said this on Twitter, and I’ll stand by it forever:

Enjoy every day of freedom Barry, because you never know when they will come for you again. One morning you will wake up, and climb into your truck for the final time. You won't have a care in the world, until you see those flashing lights in your rear view. Then it ends for you.

I don’t think we’ll see that day, but it would be glorious if we did. Grusing has to be fired up by this latest act of stunning arrogance, and maybe, just maybe, he gets the justice he’s searching for here.

Dream come true if the greatest FBI agent in Colorado history could pull that one off. That’s Hollywood movie stuff, I know that.

Barry, If you’re reading this, I hope you will realize this, whether you pay for it in this life, or the next.

Just keep looking over your shoulder. It can’t hurt.

It's all so sad, his daughters' lives have changed forever, they're his protection. He uses them and thinks nothing of it.
My heart breaks for the daughters. Annihilate is too strong of a word, and besides his daughters exist; however, I can't help thinking that he destroyed his family... I hope I am wrong about that, I know nothing about these people. All speculation, moo.

I can't believe his daughters are buying this garbage.

IMO, Barry will always live under the shadow of his guilt, whether he admits that publicly or not. He knows what he did.

The most tragic part is the position that he has put his daughters in.

This is ABC Nightline interview with BM and daughters- has a bit more than the GMA interview.
He says they left Salida because people in the public were “ shouting them down”
Macy says she has hope her Mom is alive.

I have no idea why the thumbnail says what it does.

from Cindizzi’s post #740 (correct # at least as of tonight) (post didn’t link properly, so citing it by hand)

The piece of land was sandwiched between two adjacent properties and not good for much except Jeff and Cheryl Titus say he [BM] lied about why he needed to keep it.

Really?!?! BM LIED? Shocking.

Well, if his lips are moving . . . .

IMO
