Was this also the time frame when a co worker said she heard/saw his truck outside her house? I recall it being 4 something am that day.Oh man, Barry got an earlier start than I thought.

It’s the first inning. None of this is a surprise to the prosecution.
We haven’t heard about SO, cell phone evidence, Barry’s movements, surveillance footage, and countless other things.
Patience friends.
It could have. I feel sorry for her that she couldn't get away from him. If she had, he probably would have hunted her down and killed her anyway. I don't believe there was any way for Suzanne to get away from him. At all.SM having a 2-year affair somewhat supports her reluctance to relocate to Colorado. I'm thinking this started about the time she was diagnosed with cancer, again. MOO
Taking the wind out of the prosecution’s sails maybe. Why is the defense bringing this up? Are there more bombshells coming??
Just his cell phone records alone could suffice to cement his whereabouts. If there are messages from Jeff trying to get ahold of Suzanne around Mother's Day, and those prove he was elsewhere at the time, no brainer.
<modsnip> Jury selection will be key, I guess.
Ditto on the chess clock!Same Fallis playbook, pure time domination to establish them as the narrators of the situation.
Stanley needs to smack that down.
Judge does know why they don't "understand."
"Stop hitting your brother."
"I don't understand"
Judge needs a chess clock for E&N.
Nope. He's worried about 8 witnesses and 45o exhibits!Wow, is judge worried he may lose his T-time at the golf course?
maybe because of the digging at his works sites early on? They noted that it didn't appear to be involved so when defense says something like you dug here, here, here and nothing was found correct? I think it will go to show whatever theory they present doesn't involve the bobcat.I must say that I'm very surprised that this was noted in the AA.
looks like some meat on this bone.#AA
On May 10, from 2:47 a.m. - 5:30 a.m. Barry Morphew took steps in disposing of evidence according to activity on cell phones and truck. Neilsen is referring to Page 2 of the arrest affidavit.

Finally we are learning a timelineAshley Franco @AshleyKKTV 3m
The defense is talking about the system inside #BarryMorphew truck that tracks certain events such as when the doors open and where the truck is. On May 9th day before #SuzanneMorphew goes missing it shows at 10:05 am the truck is at a worksite @KKTV11News
They'd be on my list if I needed to defend a murderer! They're very sharp.
I was reading their bios, very very impressive.
Defense demanded”equal time” at the last hearing. They were only supposed to have one hour with this witness.Wow, is judge worried he may lose his T-time at the golf course?
