Oh man, Barry got an earlier start than I thought.

Was this also the time frame when a co worker said she heard/saw his truck outside her house? I recall it being 4 something am that day.

It’s the first inning. None of this is a surprise to the prosecution.

We haven’t heard about SO, cell phone evidence, Barry’s movements, surveillance footage, and countless other things.

It could have. I feel sorry for her that she couldn't get away from him. If she had, he probably would have hunted her down and killed her anyway. I don't believe there was any way for Suzanne to get away from him. At all.

He's been charged with M1 for a reason. I hope he stays locked up for the rest of his miserable life.

Calling JL names and assuming negative things when he has barely been mentioned, much less given the opportunity to explain seems hasty. For all we know, he made promises to or with SM to never tell a soul, perhaps in hopes that her daughters would never hear of it. Obviously just a possibility, but seems fair to wait for more info. And I’m guessing that info will come eventually.

If there are messages from Jeff trying to get ahold of Suzanne around Mother's Day, and those prove he was elsewhere at the time, no brainer.

Just his cell phone records alone could suffice to cement his whereabouts.

No but I do think the defense could try to argue that SM had multiple affairs and one of those people could be responsible. More conservative jurors could view SM as more "risky" than maybe any of us would and that opens the door for other people to have access, etc.

If I were the state I would want jurors on the young/liberal side. (JMO and not a value judgment, just thoughts on jury selection)

I must say that I'm very surprised that this was noted in the AA.

maybe because of the digging at his works sites early on? They noted that it didn't appear to be involved so when defense says something like you dug here, here, here and nothing was found correct? I think it will go to show whatever theory they present doesn't involve the bobcat.
