Mostly, but they may have some specialized experts that aren’t LE."Professionals" as in LE?
Lauren tweeted: Investigators never found Suzanne Morphew's phone or the charger she leaves plugged in next her bed. So investigators had what was backed up on the iCloud as well as phone records from the phone company. Eytan asked, if Suzanne had a simcard. Harris said no.
So does this mean Suzanne's phone could not ping off of towers? How is this possible? If she just used wifi to make calls, would it use a tower? How can a cell phone not have a sim card?
@NoSI
Did BM ever wear his mask on correctly since this morning?
Did I read correctly that this photo was taken as a selfie on 5/9/2020?
Night Nosi! Thanks so much! Will try and get some sleep. I will keep thinking and post more later. Hopefully make it in courtroom again tomorrow. Night friends!

The DOMESTIC VIOLENCE line that was added after he was arrested, probably bumped it back up to M1 if it was ever an M2 consideration. If it had been a "crime of passion" (M2), and there was no history of domestic violence, prosecution may have been willing to go down that road. I am not a lawyer but it makes sense in my head.
So many times, @MassGuy you for real make me LOL! (This time it was regarding people not taking their chargers with them when they go on a bike ride). I know that I for one appreciated the bit of humor on a day like today. That’s something with no logical explanation.
Barry doesn’t appear to have staged Suzanne taking off, based on the location of the bike, the helmet, and his obsession with the “cat.”
Also, people don’t generally take their chargers with them when they go on a bike ride.
So I’ve got to believe that Barry just grabbed the phone and charger in haste, and disposed of them at the same time.
Its bizarre any way you look at it.
That definitely seems to be the window.
So the 211 obviously makes sense as that was her last communication. Something clearly happened at 2:47, and it’s documented somehow.
Is that when he began pretending to be Suzanne (if that happened)?
Or did he leave the house and make some purchases?
I’m sure there are tons of possibilities.

RSBM.From 247 pm 5/9 until 537 am 5/10 he took steps to dispose of evidence of Suzanne’s disappearance and death.
Bravo, @NoSI *applauds*
thank you for all your notes (still catching up!)
Have a good night's rest. Will you be up super early again?
okie dokie whoa!
so pleased to see SM was dipping her toe in the water again no matter where it was going to take her
woke up to be 70 pages behind!!!
Had to break it to every 5 pages to get the jist and catch up.
Can someone help clear up a blockage I can't see clear .
If JL was the last person SM texted on Saturday....
how does that correlate with LE not knowing about JL till December?
TIA
moo
EXCELLENT reminder!RSBM.
IMO, upon arrival LE was investigating a missing and potentially injured person. They brought the bike up out of the ravine and that was a reasonable thing to do at the time. But it’s also clear that they quickly switched to treating the bike as evidence after it was recovered. (Likely because of the locked front wheel.) And it’s really interesting that they needed to admonish both BM and GD for handling the bike. (The story we had until today was that it was GD admonishing LE for how it was handled.) I really expect to hear more from GD before this is all over. If not via LE’s records during the PH, then at trial.
MOO, as always.
Thank you. I recall this being another concern when Andy indicated that SM told her dad that her brakes were locked up and she could not ride until fixed (i.e., riding on Sunday not possible). On the other hand, unaware of SM's conversation with her dad, I believe TN wanted us to believe that her brakes became locked during the ride on Sunday leading to the crash. MOOIt has happened to me once while cycling in Spain. If you "ride" your brakes on steep descents it can overheat and lock. It is frightening but requires repair to be ridden again. I can only speak for cork brake pads on a carbon fiber wheel and a road bike. Not for her specific bike. Until it is fixed, it's not moveable.
TN eluded to this in the phone interview he did before he went radio silent.
