Thank you @Niner, @OldCop, @oviedo for all the time and effort you put into creating the timeline.

Here is what I am trying to understand: BM contacts MM1 @12:05 and then there is no further familial contact until Mr. Ritter contacts him at 5:15 to tell him Suzanne is missing. Why did they leave Barry out of the loop leading up to 5:15? Obviously the girls were concerned; they contacted MM2's boyfriend to check out the house, they contacted their friend's step mother, brought the neighbors into the loop. Why not Barry?

I wonder if that is complete, or not. Could it just be partial info?
I was also imagining more of a relay/tag effort.
I was also wondering earlier, if after BM was informed that Suzanne was missing, did he try to call her?
If I got a call that my husband went missing, the first thing I would do is try to call him.
It maybe wouldn't make logical sense, but I'd automatically do it anyway.

I'm half expecting a version of :

'Let me tell you what happened, I was shooting at chipmunk, um, 82 and I missed and caught S in the arm, I had to run round after her in case she fell, I caught her and took her up to M's room to sleep it off. Whilst she was sleeping I popped to S.S and S or DSI for a mechanical thingy on the bobcat. Got back we had a 'perfect night'. I left 5am for work.
The rest is everyone else setting me up and mishandling evidence, they're all meth heads'.

Awful thing is, I think some of that truly happened :(

I've never heard of anyone using a .22 to shoot tranquilizer darts, much less at a small animal like a chipmunk. If he wanted to get rid of them why not just shoot them with bullets?

What did he do with them afterwards? Collect them while they were unconscious and then re-home them in the wild?

The thing I'd like to know most is, why throw the tranquilliser material? If you had nothing whatsoever to do with your wife's disappearance off the face of the earth, and if tranquillising her was not involved, why throw it at all? Not just throw it, but throw it some 2.5-3hrs away.
Does he believe that people are not going to find that bizarre?
The thing I would like to know is why he volunteered he threw away the tranq and why a tranq cap was left in dryer....could he be scheeming some defense? Yet can't remember any other dump? Just seems said for purpose.IMO

The time came from the proprietors of the store per the defense but the retired FBI agent testifying made it a point to say that he thought they were mistaken as to the time.
Yes, but if the store closes at 2:00 pm, I'm wondering how he could have bought anything between 4-6.

Then why not take it to a medical center or vet that has medical waste disposal facilities? Why drive with it all over his patch of CO? He just happened to find the expired doses in his pocket during his trash dumps?
Because people do stuff like that. Our mayor got caught dumping trash in a business dumpster.

Even though the order expires a week after the PEPG hearing, could it be released sooner, like when he's bound over for trial? Would the week after expiration date have been put in, just in case the hearing goes longer or is delayed for some reason?
I believe the new Rule 55.1 (in force as of March 2021) requires both an order stating why an AA will be withheld and a date certain for release in total or with redactions. The judge can postpone the release with a new date certain.

He can also release it at any time but I don't expect him to do so until the prelim is over at the earliest.

They spoke to the lady at the dumpster. How close is it to their house that he wouldn’t use it? Is it on a map?
IIRC, the dumpster they saw the cleaning lady at was relatively close to their home.

Do we know anything about these properties the cleaning lady was dumping stuff from? BM would have known no-one would be staying there. Do they have land attached to them ?

OMGeeee

I just had a thought, this was during the lockdown.

Our residential garbage didn't run as scheduled and no recycling during that time.

Could Barry have made those 5 dumps because he needed to dump the stuff at a 'public site' where he knew they would have to empty the garbage daily, ie McDonalds, bus station, etc.?

I have a sneaky suspicion that the 50 lb feed bag is going to come back into the scene.

Stay with me on this one....think "FOOD CHAIN".

Spread feed out in a well known area of deer & their prey. Place a body in that area to lure an additional scent to the prey. Could be just a matter of hours before the evidence is taken care of. MOO

I think they were rentals VRBO, Homeaway or maybe even private rentals? IDK for sure, but I do remember something about rentals.

I wonder why he made six stops to throw away garbage instead of putting it all together and making one stop. Barry seems like the type of guy who doesn't like to waste time, so all that driving around and changing clothes makes no sense. Was he hoping he wouldn't be recognized on camera if he changed clothes? Maybe that's why he didn't pull his truck up to the dumpster.

I was just reviewing the Judge’s order on the AA’s release being delayed, and “protection of the Morphew daughters”. It made me think about protection of JL’s family, including his daughters. I get that their mother wasn’t murdered, but what’s the deal here? What are we protecting the Morphew daughters from?

I think he was shooting chipmunks with a 22 or pellet gun and not using tranq darts. I think he was being flip with LE...probably not the smartest thing to do.

I've never heard of anyone shooting chipmunk before, i was horrified, they're so damn cute! But after reading through the posts, I get theyr considered a 'pest' so understand the need for them to be not near your property etc. Still, though, think it says more about BM and his train of thoughts tbh
As to what he did with them, who knows - I can't see him removing them to rehome, but I may be biased considering what he's in jail for.

To add to that, if Men’s Warehouse was closed/not open to the public, trash bins probably weren’t scheduled for pick up on a regular schedule. Just speculating, but LE may have retrieved one of his trash dumps.. That, or surveillance was good enough that LE was able to zoom in and identify items he tossed. I don’t know why BM would’ve fessed up to disposing of tranquilizer material if LE didn’t have something on him (other than the tranq cap). My2cents

<modsnip> Nobody reported him saying he shot tranq darts at chipmunks. BM said he used a .22 to shoot chipmunks. Important for LE because a .22 is a weapon that tranq darts can be shot out of. <modsnip>

No tranquilizer darts were used in shooting chipmunks. They are what is known as a "foil tactic." And a most absurd one, at that.

The 22 rifle owned by BM can shoot tranq darts or bullets. The drug used would be a controlled substance.

As I've said before, this tranq to shoot chipmunks myth is not in evidence nor is it logical. It also drives me personally crazy for some reason (anyone else?).

LOL and JMHO (very humble)

Well, I was kidding when I said maybe he planned to rehome them. I think it's more likely he shot them for fun. I don't believe he meant to tranquilize any chipmunks at all.

Exhausting. o_O To excuse every piece of evidence against BM is exhausting and frustrating for everyone using deductive reasoning.

I agree, but I think @Momofthreeboys is just trying to see what the defense might come up with. Just "thinking aloud", along a different line of speculation, for what might come up at the hearing/trial.
I think so, anyway?

But I could be wrong -- a while back I "Liked" a post that said maybe Suzanne is in Ecuador -- I thought they were kidding.
I'll have to admit, I think that was the first time I ever "Unliked" a post, when I later realized that they were serious!
