My guess is the AA has way more details than we have heard because if it’s just an affair - while a stain on their mother’s memory- it really doesn’t rise to sealing it unless there’s some really horrific information to come- perhaps regarding method and biological material?

From what we've heard so far, there's a chance Barry rendered Suzanne unconscious. That's very dark. Horrific possibilities involved here. Even if the details are not entirely known, so far the evidence would lead almost anyone to some nightmarish possibilities.
Then why not take it to a medical center or vet that has medical waste disposal facilities? Why drive with it all over his patch of CO? He just happened to find the expired doses in his pocket during his trash dumps?
I figure it's because it's certain that those places will have
monitored cameras. Medical waste is supposed to be kept locked up/difficult to access. The place where I work (not a hospital) monitors its larger trash dumpsters via CCTV from 7 am to 10 pm, and then just records in between those hours.
Medical waste pick-up is expensive. Some members of the public, as we see here, think it's okay to use private or public resources for their own benefit. So, at our college, we used to get a lot of dumping near the back of the cafeteria areas, done at night, people leaving bags and bags of trash if the dumpsters were full. The camera is very obvious and two other cameras catch cars from both directions of approach.
I'm guessing many hospitals and vet clinics do the same. The set-up usually alerts the person who monitors the cameras when there's motion near particular places (there are monitored cameras all over the place - in businesses, hospitals, schools).
I'd figure that a hospital would be more likely to be monitoring, even on weekends, and that a Men's Wearhouse might not even have a camera at all. The RTD stop didn't have a camera, which doesn't surprise me at all. There are various clues as to whether cameras are in use at strip malls...Barry was kind of hit and miss in his avoidance of cameras. Makes me wonder what he tossed first. He was hoping trash pick-up was daily at that RTD spot, but I bet it wasn't, during COVID.
I wonder if we'll hear next week that Barry tossed duct tape.
