this info of BM warning searchers w/ a shotgun straped on his shoulder was being reported all late afternoon on s.m. and I said to myself-
Can't be true, he's not that stupid, is he?
LE will pull out all the stops now to get him arrested, they don't like arrogant bullies who off their wife.
It's coming Barry, it's coming.

Sometimes sm rumor turns out to be true.
Trust me, I speak for all the mods when I say, thank you all, for keeping it off the forum before it was verified.
We all really appreciate that. :D

Again, Andy says tune in tomorrow because it's going to get really exciting. He says he might not be able to sleep tonight.

Another search of the Morphew home? If so, will a Bobcat be required? An arrest of a shotgun toting mountain liar?

No. But it does show Barry’s character (flaws), and what his mindset is.

You have all these people donating their time and energy to finding your missing wife, and you greet them not with a “thank you” and a smile, but a warning and a gun.

What a jerk.

I don't dispute that he's a jackass. I do dispute that his actions are criminal.

I was just thinking about those poor girls. I have NO doubt in my mind that BM is poisoning their thoughts on this whole search.

I’m sure he’s telling them that they will try to frame him if anything is found and Other BS along the same line. It’s so sad. My heart hurts for them.
Sadly I think you're correct.
He's already thrown shade at LE and his own employees (who I'm thinking may have been patsies w/o knowing it --hope they speak up if they recall anything else).

A person exercising his right to keep others off of his property hardly constitutes probable cause to believe that criminal activity is afoot.

You may be in the legal field but I have to say I disagree. He had the road to the home blocked and was walking the property line in a passive aggressive way. Maybe that specific behavior means nothing, certainly in a vacuum it doesn't. When you then consider it's his wife missing and he isn't helping? This is erratic, irrational and certainly lends itself to believe he has no concerns in finding his wife nor the responsible parties that have murdered her. It also, tips his hand to his poor judgment and decision making. I understand LS may have not been there today for her own safety. Does anyone know more? I've had little to no cell signal today.

This is MOO, his behavior causes so many red flags I can't even elaborate.

I apologize if this is scattered. That is how i'm feeling. It's much easier doing this from your living room.

Totally agree.
I think we may have a lot of people starting to speak up. And I am here for it! Bring it on.

"maybe closer to the home than i anticipated" - AM

I really want to know what his group found.

pieces of a cell phone? Jewelry? Tools? Clothing? Cooler? Burner cell phone? Tarp?

Whatever AM is referencing about being closer to home seems like it happened during today’s search because he didn’t start out the day with as much info as I was expecting.

Andy says tomorrow is going to be amazing, in information and searches.

He's stirred up a hornet's nest, he says.

You couldn't make this stuff up.
Barry perched on the edge of his property with a freaking shotgun?
IMO, he has totally lost it.
This could get really ugly.
MOO.

You'd think he'd WELCOME a thorough search of his property to exonerate himself.

Unless he has something there to hide.

Andy is a homespun guy, first time he is dealing with any of this. Yet so eloquent in his own way, explaining why LE is taking a back seat in this search. He gets it. Maybe it’s not the way he wishes it would be, but he accepts it, and finds the good in it. Polar opposite of Barry.

Ha! I hope Barry’s home. I’m so happy they searched the area near their house. That would drive someone like him absolutely crazy.
Yup. Grilling some shrimp on the barby Barry?? Or, burgers and peanut butter? I sure hope he’s found a nicer outfit than that rag wife beater and baggy shorts he’s been wearing  After all, the Daily Mail is likely out there looking for a great pic for their next issue! :p

BBM:

Which actions of BM's specifically are you referring to?

His armed patrol of his property line?

Just trying to get clarification re: what BM hasn't done that's criminal.

Andy says what they turned over (what they found today) might point back toward the home.

Wow.

JMO

Well, there was a twitter post from a reporter covering his group today that emphasized AM speaking to his team to keep their eyes out for burn piles.

Maybe not the body but evidence being burned close by. Or a shovel, tool, etc...

It makes me sad to think Suzanne would OPEN her home and her arms to her friends and family from Indiana.

And Barry meets the same with a shotgun on his shoulder.

What dumb arse academy do all these wife killers go to? I’m mean seriously, how can they be this cocky? And they truly believe that they have people fooled.:(

I need to ask a question and hope someone can help me. How would i best go about uploading pics to thread? I usually run into a error msg as file too big to upload. I have no pics yet, but will tomorrow. Would like to figure out tonight how to best share images. ;)

I cannot upload photos either.

I did some searching and found this website that looks safe and looks pretty easy to use but it says the images have to be either JPG or PNG. I have never used it but it looks like a reputable site.

I use some photo software that allows me to resize and reformat and do all kinds of things with photos but I had to purchase the software.

This website link looks free and it looks safe to me. Hope it helps.

Andy has gotten word, IMO, that something very important is happening tomorrow.
Sounds like another search warrant for the property. Course, I'd love for it to be an arrest but that may be hoping for too much.

A public thoroughfare iirc ?
He has no right to be blocking roads that are there for all to use.
Maybe just his own driveway.

That's not what it looked like.
I'd be tempted to get out of my car and push those sawhorse barricades aside.
Home made signs and all.
MOO

Thanks, Barry, for hanging the trail cams now. Couldn’t lift a finger to protect your family, but now you’re worried that people are going to come on your property?
Yeah, NOW he's interested in cameras.
