I missed this earlier, had to cook dinner :)

Start at 1:19.00 and listen to Chris talk about the triangle, IMO he's pointing at Barry's boy GD.

Right after that, Mike holds up his hand and talks to "that one individual" ...

"It is always easy to question the judgement of others in matters of which we may be imperfectly informed."

P. D. James (2011). “Death Comes to Pemberley”

Great quote, and from one of my favorite authors, too. I'm assuming from your username that you're also a big fan.

That quote will prove to be very apropos to what we're currently seeing play out, methinks.

<modsnip: Off topic.>

Yes, they told Andy he should stay at the site until investigators process the scene. Probably not good advice. I think this has been physically and mentally exhausting for him.

It's pretty incredible that multiple dogs hit in the same spot in two different locations. Her body can't be in both places.
Sadly, yes it can. Or evidence.

You know what that looks like to me? A pet that may have been buried a couple of years ago, when that little tree was no more than a foot tall. And those rocks were put around as a marker to identify the site and to keep predators from digging it up.

Good point.

Maybe CCSO doesn’t want to look dumb digging up more stuff and finding nothing. Maybe the concrete at the jobsite made them incredibly gun shy. Especially because they don’t want to be shown up by some homespun guy who drove in from Indiana and is doing their job for them. As Suzanne’s brother, should LE have been able to give him some information about who they feel is their POI? I’m not saying they should share details, but I would hope they would have sat down with Andy and told him they would do whatever they could to prosecute the killer of his sister. Did they do that?

I can’t get the picture of Andy Murray, sitting in the dark outside a field, watching a spot where he thinks his sister is buried. He gave Suzanne everything he got. May God watch over them both tonight.

Beach site is flat. I have some pics from front only but they do show that its not a hilly lot. River very close to house. Not sure if i am allowed to post pics @Ontario Mom?
That tree is not at the beach site or his new property, I think it's at the Puma Path property, JMO.

Sorry if something similar has been asked, I'm so far behind.

In a scenario like today, where dogs hit on a spot, but no remains were found (I want to exclude doggo error in my question :)) would that imply a person's scent had been there, but was moved? or would the smell not be strong enough for positive hits at that point?

Not implying anything directly to Suzanne. Today's headlines just got me thinkin'. TIA :)

I might if Spezze hadn't called in CBI & FBI, so who would he have paid off?
If I reply what I really think, the mod will think I’m trashing LE. I’m not. This is a tiny town. Small sheriffs office. CBI and FBI might be only one from each office. Easy to do.

Remember a couple of days ago they mentioned that AM was in the dog house with LE for doing something on the wrong property. I don't think we ever heard anymore, could this be the lot the tree is on? BTW, ppl put rocks around those young or transplanted trees to conserve moisture. But it looks like a very new planting to me.

Im not sure if that’s where the tree is. Could be.
Someone in the PE chat said that the beach front property belonged to barrys friends brother ( the guy who done “400” tours in Iraq ) Maybe that’s why Barry couldn’t get access and had to go in via the neighbours garden.

Indeed, post your pics. We all know you were on site for the volunteer search and we appreciate your time and your investment into this case.

What are the chances some small time contractor is involved with something criminally big?
I'm having a hard time buying into it.
Imo the DV stuff seems the most likely and then a scrambled cover up from there.
I think the simplest answer is the most likely.

How does a small time contractor live the way he lives? Where did the money come from?

My take from get-go was LE KNEW within hours that SM didn't go for some bike ride...

& AM is saying quite specifically she disappeared within a 3 & 1/2 time window (working on memory folks)....so: he figures she is not far from home......Where the HECK did he get that very specific information from......???????

LE KNOWS.......they know the when & the where.....AM's statements tell me that: no reason to say such specific things.

In fact, I'm still pretty shocked that he could say those things, that LE let him know: that she disappeared within a certain time window - (which could be vast in terms of distance) but AM says she'll be within a distance of her home.....how in hell does AM know that?

LE, that's how.......

LE knows......they have from the first hours.....

JMO

They didn't even dig to find no remains!

I wondered about that, too. If evidence was discovered on private property without the owner's permission for them to be there, would it still be allowed in a trial?

According to Chris on PE, LE hasn’t told Andy anything since he came to town. Pitiful

1. They did not dig. Unkown if they did anything else.

2. Yes, it could be strong enough, like the trunk of a car, if not detiorated and the dirt can be analysed in the lab.
