The 3 biggest issues for me right now on our wiggly timeline are as follows:
1. Which night was the loud machinery heard? Friday or Saturday?
2. When did SM’s texts with her bff end abruptly?
3. If SM did go to lunch with BM in Salida, was it Friday afternoon or Saturday afternoon?

As regards #1 - MG stated that BM worked on the beach at the Salida dig site on Friday. As with the text with BM on Sunday morning, she never says what time he worked there. Also, there has been discussion as to whether the neighbor remembered the night correctly.
As regards #2 - we won’t know until somebody tells us.
As regards #3 - It appears the Saturday afternoon sighting falls in with LE’s report that she was seen later than they thought. However, the last sighting that I had heard about before this was at the bike shop on Thursday. Following that line of thought, Friday would be later than Thursday, too.

Ok just something else I’ve been thinking about and then I’ve got to go do some stuff but is it possible LE did find remains? Would LE deny it just to get everyone from the search out of town and out of the way so they could get the situation more under control to further excavate those sites without being watched? And so they could make an unexpected arrest without incident? If they had found Suzanne that day it would have been a media circus and BM could have tried to flee or had a stand off. Didn’t someone say they prefer to make arrests away from the home in a surprise manner such as a traffic stop? And even if they didn’t find remains could LE have decided to go forward with an arrest now because they are confident they have enough evidence without a body? Maybe October was their cut off time for finding Suzanne? I’m probably just overthinking myself into false hope again...is anybody else having these kind of thoughts today? I will admit having been influenced (again) by PE last night. Chris saying buckle your seat belts and pop the popcorn got me riled up again. Now I have to go run some errands so something will surely go down while I’m away.

Yes, Ive been thinking exactly this ever since the AM search was happening. Maybe it's just wishful thinking...

Also, just to piggyback on the PE guys for a moment... why does it seem like they have "inside" information... "stuff they don't want to talk about or discuss" but allude to or mention in vague terms. Do they really have the information or are they just yanking someone's chain and trying to turn up the heat? If they do have inside information, how would they get that when LE is supposedly holding info close to the chest? MOO

I believe at that point, no Colorado eateries could serve guests indoors, but could provide curb service (take out) or patio service with a social distancing plan approved by the local health authority. IMO

Generally, the pecking order is spouse, adult child, and parent of the protected person. There was no forgery or wrongdoing by BM in filing a petition for guardianship of SM.

Personally, I think BM asked GM to sign the consent that he could avoid telling MM about the legal action he was seeking for as long as possible.

Trying to remember the timing on the gimme fund change from Mom to MM? Did that corelate to the legal filing of the guardianship time wise? I could see him spinning that to MM in a deceptive way.

yes! I forgot to add to my previous post that the lack of the ordinance might be good news for those looking to identify people via CCTV.

Andy used the abducted line again, but he clarified. He thinks she was murdered at home. By “abducted,” he meant moved while dead.

He said he believes Barry killed her.

That makes more sense. Abduction usually applies to a live person so at first I thought he meant BM coerced her or took SM to another location.

Now all we need is to get a few other details cleared up.

Just one thought.......in her interview with LS, what I heard was that the neighbor refused to pin down the date. She stated she just couldn't remember, other than it was "about that time" and immediately launched into a repeat of what she heard (whenever she heard it). IMO

It's still "too soon" ...

Barry needs to be quicker on his feet, maybe a cheat sheet would be helpful. Keeping all those lie-balls in the air is getting difficult for him.

Now, I think the case against polys has been made ad nauseam. But why not do a voice analysis?

More importantly, why would the police/CBI/FBI need his voice? Against what would they be comparing it?

edit: answered my own question. I think he meant voice stress analysis, so another test of deception. That was unclear from the clip.

According to JP, he met BM in town on Saturday afternoon and that is when he was lined up for the job on Sunday.

I'm now questioning if BM specifically asked JP about working at the Broomfield job Sunday when they allegedly met on Saturday afternoon.

I think it's possible that JP was looking for work for the upcoming season and MG was trying to help JP out and put him together with BM. It's my impression that MG knew nothing about going to Broomfield on Sunday until she was contacted by BM to put a crew together where BM allegedly gave her the OK to contact JP. I understand that JP also contacted BM on Sunday to confirm this job offer.

At this time, I believe BM was texting MG at 4 AM Sunday. I'm also giving MG an ounce more credibility on her interview with LS than I'm giving JP's story to the DM.
