I’m so sorry for the dumb question, but could someone tell me what EVI stands for? Thank you so much!
Electronic Vehicle Identification

I hope that's correct. I googled EVI in relation to vehicles.;)

Andy’s interpretation of the 27 second video.

“Well, if that were true, he’d be sitting here, talking to you.”

Dr. Phil hates his body language.

Haaaa. Producer got Barry on the phone, and was told that he’s not ready to talk yet.

“Why is he not out there climbing hills with you?”

It’s too soon.

So let's say BM had his phone off from 12:30 AM to 4:00 AM early Sunday morning. Then his phone powers on and is pinging at 4:02 AM. That's powerful circumstantial evidence when paired with other evidence LE likely has.

This type of evidence was used in the Heather Elvis case, along with security video to pinpoint the whereabouts of the Moorers.
1230 to 4 is also that 3.5-hour window . . .the one Andy talked about.

I this this is more BM's style:
So Barry, when did you leave on Mother's Day? I left at 5AM.
So Barry, how come your truck GPS and cell phones shows you on the road at 4AM? I'm sorry, did I say 5AM? I keep thinking I'm in Indiana, Central Time, I keep forgetting. You're right 4AM, next question?
So why did he pull 5 AM out of thin air? There has to be a connection.

@3:20 Andy is describing the three locations the dogs hit on. The third location is described as "an addition being put in and the entrance area as blocks".

Is he talking about the river job-site where the concrete was cut out and removed?

At the very end of Dr.Phil he asks PE about the points of interest. They said we are not ready to reveal that. When they showed the wormy looking map and opined that there were plants, observers, observing the searchers.
Anyone else remember this?

Didn't we conclude that the third location is associated with his Longhorn land tract, the future entrance to the platted development? Another jobsite for him..... this is the second site we watched LE unearth.

As I recall it so JMO

I do remember that. I wondered if they knew who the plants were, how they knew, did they sign up like the others or just hang around.

It’s almost as if Barry got to thinking...

‘I can’t fake this grieving husband thing. I tried it for a week and I sucked at it. So forget that.’
‘I’m going to try and stay in the shadows and let things blow over. I’ve got a pretty good alibi and they’ll never find her. I’ll just try to shut up and take my chances.’

It looked to me like the watchers were marked in red. 4 of them I think I saw.

If they registered, their phones and names must have lit up and pinned them. Ha!

Except he wasn't good at shutting up either.

Likely because telling LE he was on the road a 4 a.m. would be even more suspicious? Just a thought.

Just one thought.......in her interview with LS, what I heard was that the neighbor refused to pin down the date. She stated she just couldn't remember, other than it was "about that time" and immediately launched into a repeat of what she heard (whenever she heard it). IMO
Exactly... she originally said MD weekend but did not know which day.., now it is reported on MSM as may 9... the day before she was reported missing

Yes. Day Two of the search.

Incapacitated?
Not sure why but that term, "Incapacitated" bothers me so much ! :(
Graphic comment follows :
It sounds like someone who has been struck in the head, strangled, or otherwise immobilized.
Made to be helpless, and unable to respond to anyone.
As in a semi-comatose state, near death but not deceased yet; the way someone might have seen Suzanne in her final moments ?
Chilling to the core....
So why did BM use that specific word ?
Imo that's b/c the last time he saw her she was incapacitated or dead. :(
@LietKynes bbm sbm
I've missed the "incapacitated" quote or stmt apparently made by BM. Agreeing in some contexts it seems to refer to a person who has been attacked and is on the ground helpless.
But regarding IN* guardianship procedures, "incapacitated person" is the appropriate term for an individual who cannot be located upon reasonable inquiry (and others as well).
What a sad situation for her family.:(:mad::(

* IC 29-3ARTICLE 3. GUARDIANSHIPS AND PROTECTIVE PROCEEDINGS,

IC 29-3-1-7.5 "Incapacitated person"
Sec. 7.5. "Incapacitated person" means an individual who:
(1) cannot be located upon reasonable inquiry;
(2) is unable:
(A) to manage in whole or in part the individual's property;
(B) to provide self-care; or
(C) both;
because of insanity, mental illness, mental deficiency, physical illness, infirmity, habitual drunkenness, excessive use of drugs, incarceration, confinement, detention, duress, fraud, undue influence of others on the individual, or other incapacity; or
(3) has a developmental disability (as defined in IC 12-7-2-61).

I think BM is a competitive guy. He was taking a lot of hits there for a while and he tried punching back.

New info:

* 3 areas the dogs hit:
-riverfront
-a tree planting
-an addition being put in, in an entrance area with blocks

Get 'em, Andy!!!!

The picture of a tree we saw had rocks around it, right? Assuming the dogs accurately hit, I wonder if the rocks at the retaining wall, tree, and addition blocks all came from the same place? The bobcat is going to be the key to this I feel. MOO

MG was interviewed five times by LE. She ‘mostly cooperated’, she had very close contact with BM around the time SM went missing. She raked out the beach. She she was asked not to hand over her phone to LE, and they made the comment that if they gave her her paycheck it would look like‘hush money’... maybe it was an enhanced paycheck? I am sure that she knows information that LE would like together it’s hands on. Then she moved out of state!

Interesting question.

Sometimes liars tell a bit of the truth in parts of their lies. Maybe the last time he saw Suzanne when disposing of her body, was close to 5AM?
