MOO, but let’s say that LS in her interviews with BM, MG, and JP has gathered a lot more info than she has released in her stories. Is there a possibility that she could be called as a witness in a trial and thus has been asked to step away from this case as not to taint any reputation she may have as a witness?

That could explain the immediate silence and not being allowed to talk about it. And it seemed to happen right on the heels of her last BM interview.

I thought by rambling he meant BM was wandering a long way or digressing from the usual route. I'm not sure how he would know that though, unless he knows what the GPS data reveals.

Where did you get the idea JP followed up with BM at 4 AM? That really makes no sense.

Don't you think it's clear that BM most likely contacted MG at 4 AM -- asking her to put together a crew for Broomfield project. (As told by both AM and MG).

I recall JP stating he met BM on Saturday afternoon and also contacted him Sunday to confirm that BM really wanted him to travel to Denver on mother's day.

What is great about this new information is that his vehicle information did not only disclose gps coordinates but how fast it was driving! Plus, we now know he had his phone on! Barry: you are the gift that keeps on giving!

If I am not mistaken, it was MG who said she was called Sunday morning to help get a crew together to go to Broomfield.

We also know she had a working relationship with him for over a year or more so waking her up at 4am with a phone call would not bother her as much as it would some others.

Its also interesting to me that she moved out of the area and told us she is fearful of him. Im hoping maybe LE is lining up their witness list and maybe they helped her to get out of harms way and stay safe until a trial. Probably just some wishful thinking there.

SM family member when contacted by the media for comment about the petition.

If he wasn’t desperately in need of building an alibi, why would he call MG or even text her at 4 am? It’s not like they were going to start work till Monday. He had already spoken to JP Saturday afternoon. He told TD that he had to go to Denver to set up the job for his “crew” because they were coming in Sunday night. Who the heck calls a mother at 4 am on a Sunday morning, Mother’s Day no less, when he could have called her once he arrived in Broomfield? That would be that excuse of a husband that disappeared his wife, the mother of his children, that very night. A man who had no respect for his wife or any other woman I suspect.

While the PE Guys and their teasing of ‘we know more but can’t tell you but here’s a cryptic clue’ is starting to drive me crazy, I can’t help but take a guess.

They are speaking directly to BM and referencing 5 and Bruce Lee (like a 5 finger/pronged take down) Then Chris apparently references 5 again in relation to an upcoming press conference or press release.

Considering that we haven’t exactly seen much in the way of press conferences or press releases in this case, I think the event Chris is referring to will be the announcement that BM has been arrested. The five will refer to:

1. CCSO
2. CBI
3. FBI
4. Local DA
5. Federal DA

And the charges will be more than just murder.

Before Suzanne's family could step up and say "No, this was Suzanne's inheritance (or for her daughters only) and not yours to squander. " ?
Sadly, I think that money and the $$ from the crowd funding are long gone.

BM is going to continue to control those closest to him for as long as possible and maybe even behind bars -- possibly through other family members.
He didn't turn out to be the type of person he is today all by himself.
Maybe he was indulged or other past transgressions overlooked ?
It happens.

Another strange thing is that it looks like he didn't book enough rooms at the hotel. Leaving for a family emergency suggests he wanted it to look like he would have stayed, but then he handed over his room having already used the towels and possibly the bed.
