And this article states that Cassidy Cordova was also hired to do the Broomfield job, but declined to be interviewed. Unless all three bunked in that one bleachy room, I’m going with a minimum of two rooms. I had also thought it was inferred that Barry intended to be in Broomfield for a number of days, which might have added to the room total. I don’t believe any of it. There was some conversation about whether or not Cassidy and Morgan shared a room, but no definitive answer.

AFAIK, there hasn't been any approved source that mentions more than one booked hotel room. Of course it doesn't make sense CC, JP and MG would all share a room, but we don't have a source that says they didn't, either.

. Lions do not torture their victims. The abduction theory could have involved a sadistic perpetrator who while keeping her alive, could have been doing unthinkable things to her. He actually said that to AM.
I believe this came from one of AMs interviews.

I’d like to see BM agree to an interview with Dr. Phil (doubt that will ever happen), but what the “devil” in me would LOVE to see is Nancy G. get her hands on him :p! I know, I know, her voice is like fingernails on a chalkboard, but wouldn’t that be seriously epic!?! :D
You'd have my vote.

NG can 'needle' people and I'd like to see BM sputter and 'B-splain' himself to her.
With him growing more upset by the moment and blurting out something he meant to keep secret.

Agreed.
I honestly cannot see MG wanting to 'bunk up' with either JP or CC.
Even though it's just for work and each room usually comes with two queen-sized beds.
Just saying.

So from a financial perspective for BM, SM’s as good as dead already?
Looks like it.
This was a possible murder motivated by financial greed. :(

I this this is more BM's style:
So Barry, when did you leave on Mother's Day? I left at 5AM.
So Barry, how come your truck GPS and cell phones shows you on the road at 4AM? I'm sorry, did I say 5AM? I keep thinking I'm in Indiana, Central Time, I keep forgetting. You're right 4AM, next question?
THIS ! ^^^

Yes. :)
MOO -- I think BM isn't alone at the Puma Path residence.
The daughters are with someone else at the condo BM had rented, but CC and possibly TS are with BM at the original home ?
I'll go back and check the links and bring it back later.
I'm interested in who is supporting BM at this time and if they've signed up for any searches or just showed up ?
Imo.

Okay thanks, I think I misread your comment earlier.
AFAIK, it was AM that mentioned that BM and one of the daughters were staying at a condo.
He originally said in Pueblo, but I think everyone assumes he meant Poncha Springs.
I haven't seen anything in any approved source that says CC and TS are staying with him at the Puma Path home.

I went back and edited my post.
Thanks Ontario Mom for the work you put into this site. :)

What would be the motive for stranger abduction? Steal a housewife? Seems way too far fetched for me. Possible, yes. Probable, nope!
I'm almost to the point of ruling this out as any kind of reasonable possibility even (and, at best, it's highly improbable, IMO). At this point, to believe BM to be innocent, I think you'd have to believe he's both the luckiest and unluckiest man alive.

So incredibly lucky to have the CCSO involve the CBI and FBI almost immediately on this case - wow, so many professional resources to help solve the case! But, unlucky for BM, he happens to get the "bumbling idiot" division of these three agencies who are only effective at messing up crime scenes, lying to people, and framing innocent husbands to cover up their ineptitude.

So unlucky that he happened to be out of town at the time SM was abducted on her "bike ride". But so lucky that he happened to have an urgent job come up on a holiday weekend three hours away, so at least he had a great alibi that could allow LE to rule him out immediately and focus their efforts on finding that @#$% mountain lion.

So lucky that BM had witnesses who could help account for his whereabouts on Sat and Sun. So unlucky that they happened to be meth heads who can't be trusted.

So lucky that SM was active on FB late on Saturday evening, proving she was alive at that time. So unlucky that whatever "SM" was doing on FB that evening was highly unusual for her and suspicious to all of her friends.

So lucky that he has such a potential ally in AM, a loving brother who desperately wants to find his sister. So unlucky that AM is more concerned with "publicity" and "blaming the husband" than looking for the mountain lion.

You get the idea. One or two of these things you might chalk up to luck...... but the list is waaaay too long to ignore (and I think LEs list is much longer than ours). MOO, JMO.

I think the easiest route was the route he picked first, by contacting GM. Well that didn't work he picked option number two, whatever that was.
I believe it was his daughter.

It was an interview that AM did with CM from PE.
At around 12:15

MOO men only would not be an accidental on FB.

IIRC it wasn't it reported that she appeared as a "suggestion" to all BMs friends that she was not friends with? Rather than an assertive requests.
Andy also stated that somebody "friended" all the guys his age on Suzanne's FB account. To me that suggests her account accepted friend requests or sent them out and the other person or people accepted the request.

In one of the PE shows, Andy said when he was with BM looking down the hill where the bike was, he told him it looked like it had been thrown down there. He said BM did not want to hear this, because it might mean someone abducted her and could have been harming her, or something like that.

From photos over the past few months, it doesn’t seem masks are a popular accessory in these parts.

Perhaps this is why those that wear them seem to stand out. I’d also imagine that if there is one person who would be acutely aware of the importance of masks, it would be the immuno-compromised SM and her devoted husband.

That he doesn’t wear a mask to prevent becoming a covid vector is concerning, especially if he thought that SM would be coming home at some point.

And if he didn’t wear a mask before she went missing, then he’s just as disrespectful to her in life as he is now during her absence.
It became mandatory in July to wear a mask according to the Chaffee County Times by Gov. Polis. Sorry I can't link it because I'm using my phone to post. I wonder if SM were one, though. She very well could have. BM? Seriously doubt it. He seems to have done what he wanted to do forever.

I wish we knew where that information came from. If SM was caught on security camera inside a sandwich shop vs. a witness verbal tip, makes a big difference.

The timeline I really feel is credible, Suzanne was killed and her body hidden between O' dark-thirty Saturday May 9th and four am on Sunday, May 10th.
That very well could be, but why was BM acting strange to MG on Saturday morning at the beach site? Banging my head against the wall trying to figure the timeline out.

Were sandwich shops even open on May 9th because of covid restrictions?

If not (which I think is the case) this would point towards the 4pm sighting being the Poncha Market as they could be open as a gas station and just not be serving food due to restrictions.

Does Poncha Market have video? Could they have caught SM & BM stopping to fill up with gas and then go who knows where?

And depending on it being security video, and maybe “SM” not getting out of the car, are we sure that is even SM and not another woman?

So

Were sandwich shops considered essential food services in CO? They were here in SC.

Also, according to MG, BM calls them on Monday morning “crying” about SM being missing. He tells them to stay there and wait for materials for the job to be delivered. He never asked them to come and help search for his wife. We don’t know when or if there was another conversation between BM and his workers. MG says they sat around until Tuesday and they still hadn’t received the proper tools or machinery. They decided to return to Salida. When they did, BM apparently found out because he sent TN and GD to talk to MG about hush money and (not) turning her phone over to LE. I don’t know if these two messengers also spoke with JP and the third worker.
If MG’s statements are true, BM did not want these witnesses back in town and he evidently thought there was something incriminating on MG’s phone. There was! The broken alibi! He was not at home with his sleeping wife at 5:00 a.m. He was on the road at 4:00 a.m. talking to MG. Even if he destroyed his own phone or a burner, MG’s will tell LE a lot that they needed to know. She turned her phone over either Tuesday or Wednesday and had at least one interview with LE. When BM found out, he fired her. Imagine his rage when he realized this woman might be his downfall? No wonder she left town.
He has since labeled her as a meth head.
MOO
Wow!!!

Take out only, no dine in on Mother’s Day per State Safer at Home restrictions.

This coffee shop went rogue and lost their license.

A Colorado Restaurant Hosted A Crowd On Mother's Day. It's Now Been Closed Down

Castle Rock, a small city about 30 miles south of Denver, is the county seat of Douglas County. It's in the jurisdiction of the Tri-County Health Department – which issued a reminder Saturday, urging people not to form groups of more than 10 on Mother's Day and to keep everyone at least 6 feet apart.

All Colorado restaurants have been under tight restrictions since March 17, when the state health department's order closing bars, restaurants, gyms, theaters and casinos took effect.
Arellano's decision to reopen her restaurant at full capacity came days after the governor extended the state's disaster emergency declaration through June 6. As Polis issued that order last week, he cited the threat of a disaster that could bring "widespread or severe damage, injury or loss of life."

On Friday, Polis said restaurants may be able to reopen by the time Memorial Day weekend arrives at the end of May, depending on the latest data about the coronavirus outbreak.

In a news conference Monday afternoon, Polis said a decision on opening restaurants will be made on May 25.
