Yes. Worked out well last time. :)

Just because they’re “hot,” doesn’t make them innocent.

Who did you think was hot? o_O Sorry, I don't know what case you are referring to.

Some women find BM attractive. Some women also find attractive men incapable of murder. I forget what it's called but there's a term for such a biased mindset.
I personally would never have given BM a second look but that's me.

So, either the Puma Path house was taken off the market -or- it sold, perhaps through a private off-market arrangement. Is that where things likely stand right now? IMO

It’s also possible because they were both interviewed right away, MG didn’t think of either of them being suspect and she told BM she was interviewed. Maybe his reaction scared her, coupled with what the two guys told her that if she got paid it would look like hush money.

I think I would leave town too. And since BM had the appearance of being wealthy, she was afraid he could pay someone to disappear her.
<modsnip>

I personally haven't made up my mind about how honest or truthful she is. All we have heard from Morgan is a few sound bites Lauren put in her news story. In order to really judge the veracity of what she told us, I need to hear more of the back story and events in context. JMO~

Just recalling the Frazee case, where evidence didn’t matter. Not at any point.

Kinda odd it’s the same thing here.

Absolutely. She was supposedly a long time employee of his, whatever that means. She left for a reason, and said she was scared of him.

They were fine up until that weekend, when she left for that wall job.

She has to have told CBI incriminating information.
Possibly another KK situation/arrangement? My gut tells me there are some similarities.

I’d be open to that, but KK never spoke the media.

Also, it appears that GD and TN thought something like that was going on too.

If there was though, I don’t think it factors in, at least in regards to motive.

Another one I find unattractive, lol.

It does to me as well. I recall from a PE episode, they believed it was a paper bag though. The photographer was likely using a telephoto lense, and I think it likely caused pixelation which gave the impression of texture.

@MassGuy the rest of the pic does not show that much pixelation IMO as a longtime amateur photographer. Note: the smooth tree limb to the right of the LE carrying the bag. My vote is a carpet like textile of some kind.

Bring me up to date. What exactly is her work history with Barry? tia
We would all like to have that info clarified/verified. JMO

Ha! I hear you. I saw the same. I’ve merely decided to defer to the experts.

Adding review the pics of the inside of the house, the textile is also very similar in color to the carpet in the bedroom with the little black skin rug on the floor. That room looks like the carpet has been recently cleaned, the other pics where we can see a bit of carpet does not have that just cleaned look.

Police search and carry out evidence bags from the $1.5M home of missing Colorado mom | Daily Mail Online
MOO, I also don’t believe Ziploc makes evidence bags, and it looks like a Ziploc brand bag to me.
Jumping off your post-

LE was at the house from May 19th through May 26th, IIRC.

DM took the creeper photos of the FBI forensics team on May 20th. Eight days is quite a while to hold a home, so I'm confident they removed more than what is pictured in the three photos. What gives me even more confidence this is true, are the photo's that ended up on the sale listing. Key pictures normally featured are either missing altogether or obviously minimized. Which gives us clues to key areas LE may have removed evidence.

Even more interesting, they returned on July 9th and kept the house for an additional day. Was that because the earlier evidence gave them new clues, or they received new information? I can't wait to find out the details!

My thinking is that they found something of evidentiary value from the first search. But who knows? I’m just thankful that they got a second look.

From what others have posted, I have concerns about the interim DA. Wondering if she is too gun-shy to bring charges. Hopefully after the election we’ll get a break. I don’t recall when that is.

Speaking strictly for myself, it's not easy waiting for developments.

JMVHO.
We’ve been spoiled.

Frazee had a witness that broke it open.

Letecia had herself.

Dulos took 7 months, but that’s what a premeditated case looks like, and it was horrendously executed.

That’s precisely why I gave this an over of 6 months. We aren’t there yet, and we don’t know what they have.

The one thing they have going for them is time. The longer Suzanne is off the grid, the more likely it is that she is dead.

This is once of those cases that requires patience.
