I did not realize she was an employee. Interesting. I figured he would round up freelance contractors when he needed crew and it was probably cash payments per job they agreed to.

I imagine you are correct -- sub sub sub contractors. I was using boss and employee loosely. My bad.

Also she complied with LE and gave them her phone when asked.

I found it odd she said herself she "mostly" complied though.
To me this clearly means what she explained to LS. She did more than one interview with LE, and she handed over her phone but refused a lie detector test. If someone did everything LE asked but declined an LDT then she/he can’t say they fully complied, but mostly. Fully would be a lie, mostly is correct.

Nothing odd about that, to me this is an honest assessment of the situation.

I'm not disputing her honesty in her response, (edited..) I think you misunderstand me.

I'm intrigued by why she didnt fully comply.

Thanks for explaining what you meant.

I’m not sure I would have taken a lie detector test in her place, so this still doesn’t seem odd to me.

It’s not like her wife went missing...

Most likely she was able to proof with digital trail or with witness testimony where she was in the time period in question, told everything she knew about Barry to LE, handed over her phone and that’s all which was needed. Who knows, maybe she used to have romantic feelings for BM, or once had a one night stand with him, or worked for him under the table or sold him steroids (or whatever else) or anything else she wouldn’t be happy attorneys would air at the trial after reading the results. There is no need to dwell further into her private life, so to me she had no reason to take one, unless she becomes a suspect.

On the other hand if it was her wife who went missing I would have expected her to take the test, because anything could be found in her past couldn’t/shouldn’t matter more than to get the investigation back on track to find and to save the life of her wife.

I think its alittle odd that MG swears her innocence but yet she fled Colorado to a different state......

Agreed! It is also a little odd that
- she also was in contact with BM at 4am on Sunday morning
- Scrambled the crew together hours later
- Had her paycheck delivered in the dramatic fashion with a request not to hand over her phone and with jokes about hush money
- Was interviewed five times by LE. It is highly unlikely an innocent person would be interviewed five times, and only ‘mostly cooperate’ with police.

I disagree with this. Innocent in what regard? I feel MG has been forthright and I don’t at all find it strange that LE would interview her five times. Admittedly, we don’t know how long each of those interviews lasted but likely not 3...30 hrs. :). In fact, I would expect that she would be thoroughly investigated due to her close relationship with BM having worked with him for a “long time.” Her words. Add to that, she was in direct contact with him over the time in question, when SM turns up “missing.” LE were trying to put together a timeline, ascertain if there were any issues in the marriage, how BM was acting, likely some questions pertaining to Bob, the cat, and loads more.

I recall MG in one of her interviews in response to BM perceiving her as disloyal for cooperating with LE, handing over her phone and then being fired for it, that she was being loyal to Suzanne. That says something.

So, regardless of what issues MG may have or have had in her life, I believe she is entirely innocent with respect to SM’s disappearance. Yes, there may be things she doesn’t want known yet, but that in no way implicates her as being involved in what happened to SM.

Thank you. That was exactly what I was about to post.
Regardless of anyone's opinions about MG, I seriously doubt she'd be cleared to leave the state if LE had any reason to believe she had anything to do with Suzanne's diappearance.

If MG was interviewed 5 times, I wonder if some of the interviews were subsequent to the 3-30 hours that LE spent with BM. He may have provided details and answers to questions that needed to be verified. MG’s account of those days, and Barry’s actions surrounding Suzanne’s disappearance may have been far different than what Barry told LE.

LE can't restrict a suspect from leaving the state. They would have to charge the suspect with a crime.

And they haven't.
Curently, I have zero reason to believe MG is involved in any way with whatever happened to Suzanne.

For all we know, LE may have encouraged her to make a move. I believe it is safe to assume that some, if not many, of her statements to LE contradicted BM’s account never mind the things she knew about him otherwise. By her own admission she’s afraid of him now, someone she likely considered a friend at one time. I would be too, especially if there’s an arrest, you know, he’s got a loyal friend with lots of “experience.” As @Megnut posted upthread, she’s likely sleeping with “one eye open.” I would be too. You said LE cleared her to leave the state... they don't do that. And her leaving the state doesn't tell us anything about whether LE is suspicious of her or not.

I have no doubt LE know exactly how to reach her should they need her. Enough said. MOO
