Thanks for the welcome. I completely understand, and at this point, anything is possible, and nothing should be ruled out. Just wanted to share a bit of background that I was aware of.

Very true as well. I truly wasn’t insinuating, just responding to the fact that people were questioning the large sum.
There is a Facebook page now. It is find Suzanne Morephew

Perhaps she spoke with one or both daughters that day and told them she was leaving to go on a bike ride. When they tried calling her later, long after she should have been home and couldn't reach her, they panicked (rightfully so it seems!) and called the neighbors who verified her bike was gone and therefore told authorities she "went on a bike ride and never came back." MOO

I'm wondering if the neighbor was actually the one who found the bike? That would def be alarming!

A neighbor calls you concerned that something may be wrong, haven't been able to reach Mom. She said she was going for a bike ride earlier, but we haven't been able to reach her for most of the day. Neighbor reports back that they think they see a bike in a ravine near the house, but Suzanne is not around nor responding to calls for her. Family says to call 911.

Just a thought how how it could have went down.

Colorado mom, 49, vanishes after setting out on a Mother's Day bike ride | Daily Mail Online

I’m posting this for the pics. Such a cute family and those girls are so SMILEY in every picture! I feel terrible for them. My girls are similar to their ages & we’re very close & I’m a year younger than Suzanne. I can’t imagine if I went missing what it would do to them. :(
There is now a Facebook page set up it is Find Suzanne Morphew

Trevor Noel, nephew of Suzanne Morphew tells me her bike was recovered Sunday. He said Suzanne is a loved family member and beautiful, sweet person. #FindSuzanne He asked for volunteers to continue to share her picture and information online. They plan to search until dark.

Is family searching for Suzanne, or is TN speaking of LE?

Along with Tbone144...I've been seeing where a lot of animals have been roaming the streets in towns where they normally hide, due to the home-sheltering.
It may not be too far-fetched that this could be an animal attack.

But, they're are so many other scenarios to take in to consideration, I'm stumped.

My first thought was mountain lion. Attacks are rare but they do happen. Puma is her street name (address, not nickname)

This one was able to drag an adult through the trees in WA
Mountain bikers in fatal cougar attack did everything right, authorities say

runner attacked in CO
A Mountain Lion Attacked a Runner. He Choked It to Death and Escaped.

Adult male dragged away in CA:

this one sites April and May as time cougars go into urban areas.

I know she’s more likely to encounter a two legged predator but I wonder what they have that they are dismissing animal attack so quickly.

LOL! I needed that laugh!!

Suzanne could be found alive, no doubt that hope exists. But the odds are decreasing by the day :(

People have been citing other similar cases, remember Sierah Joughin? No cornfields in Denver, but unfortunately monsters are everywhere.

Man, reading some of these comments makes me wonder if I'm a terrible person for not spending every moment of every Mother's Day at home with my mom...

Do we even know that she was alone all day? Maybe they had spent the morning with her. Maybe they all celebrated on Saturday instead of Sunday. Maybe they don't like all the commercialism around Mother's Day so the day just isn't a big deal to them even though they love their mom.

I also don't think it's weird at all that Sheriff's Office isn't getting into details about how much contact she had with family that day, and I don't assume that their silence on it means that they didn't visit or even call her. I'd actually be surprised if they did talk about that stuff at this point.

I feel like some are being a little prejudgmental towards the family here and flirting with blaming them.

Edit: also the fact that he's a firefighter makes the Mother's Day thing seem even less weird to me. One of the first things fire families get used to is missing holidays or celebrating them on other days. I can't even remember the last actual Thanksgiving I spent with my husband. Everything about holidays changes.

When I was a kid, MD was a day we all got together.... cake and ice cream. But I was raised by grandparents. It was a special day. Times are different these days, families are busier than back in my day.

If they are thinking signs lead to an abduction while biking, I am a bit confused why they aren't putting out an appeal to the public like "If you were in the area of these roads between these times on Sunday, please contact us." Or "if you remember seeing a woman biking in this area" or "if you recall seeing a bike matching this description in this area, contact us." Maybe their clues are leading them in a different direction? I just remember in Mollie T's case, they did put out there about the time she went running (and I think even described what she was wearing) and had people calling in saying they saw her running. I know this isn't necessarily a neighborhood with a bunch of houses where people might be out in yards or what not, but people may have spotted her or her bike as they drove past.

The more and more I think about Suzanne, the more I want to know who saw her last alive.

And when.
